This book is such a great resource for women working in the technology industry. Each section covers a different aspect of developing oneself professionally, and is actually written by a different professional woman, so you get many voices and many perspectives in one workbook. I wish more self-help books did this, because it keeps the content fresh and varied. If you already like to journal and enjoy writing out your intentions and reflections, but need more specific guidance on which questions to ask yourself that are the most impactful, grab this workbook and be prepared to experience some transformations. The lead authors and every single contributor are real women working in the tech industry in America, and I can't wait to read more international perspectives from them some day, either as follow up online content, interviews, or even another book.
