Le pongo 3 estrellas porque creo que es un libro muy bueno para personas que recién se inician el temas de desarrollo personal, pero, siendo alguien que ya está en este camino hace mucho años, para mí se me hizo muy básico. Lo que sí, es muy fácil de leer y tiene ejercicios para no solo tener la teoría sino poner en práctica los consejos que la autora da a lo largo del libro.

Covers most of the basics, but honestly, when you're in the rut, at the bottom of the hole, under the cloud, whichever metaphor you best prefer, the small simple things can be the ones that break you out and start the momentum again, and this clearly outlines them, in a visually tidy, easy to read format.
