He is not one to get involved in the “touchy-feely” side of the business, but the minute Alba arrives on the scene, all his best intentions seem to vacate. Will these two souls be drawn to each other finding a way that might just surprise everyone on the ranch, including themselves? What a wonderful story of healing and forgiveness. Alba left an abusive relationship and ended up at Lost Arrow Ranch. There she met Ajax, but she was not ready for love, despite what her heart said. She had always been loved working with numbers and when she got the job at the Ranch, she couldn't have been happier. Of course, her ex had to show up and try to ruin things, but he lost the battle. Alba started running figures for expansion to the ranch and came up with one to partner with the ranch on. They all voted for it and now we have to wait to see how these expansion will help the ranch. I'm ready for the next book.

Everlee is an awesome author. Thank s series are short stories. Alba comes to the Lost Arrow Ranch falls into Petra’s arms. Alba has left an abusive ex husband. Alba has no self confidence in her abilities. Ajax takes care of all finances. He doesn’t want anyone intruders. Alba has been assigned to the accountant department. Ajax is not a happy camper. Alba is a wiz with numbers. No task is too small or too large. Alba explained to Ajax there could be other vendors or buying in bulk to save money.

I enjoyed this story about Alba and Ajax who become friends through working together at the Lost Arrow Ranch in Michigan. Alba left an abusive marriage to seek help at the ranch. Ajax grew up on the ranch where his Mom was the cook, and he was the financial administrator who Alba was assigned to work with. The safety of the ranch helped Alba overcome her fear so that her talents blossomed. I received an ARC and this is my voluntary and honest review. I recommend this as a clean romance.

Great new series

I received an advance copy of this series for an honest review. I love the relationship that forms between Alba, who is just feeling beaten up by life, and comes to the ranch out of desperation and Ajax, who is very focused on handling the financial aspects of the ranch and doesn’t get real involved with people, that is until he meets Alba.

Family love and commitment

This is all about family love and commitment. Siren and Willa help people through the workings of the ranch. When Alba arrived at the ranch, she is a broken person due to years of abuse from her ex husband. With the help of Willa and Ajaz, Alba finds herself again and even falls in love with Ajax.

This is Ajax and Alba's book and Alba comes to the ranch needing lots of help to come to terms with things in her life to forgive herself and her ex-husband. I received an ARC of this book and I am leaving an honest review.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. My heart went out to Alba in this story. I'm glad she has people around her that can help her through hard times. I love how Alba was able to give them some great expansion ideas for the ranch. But poor Raven!!! Very well done!

Loved It

I am loving this series. This was more around Alba and Ajax. Alba’s ex showed demanding that she gives him her house. She isn’t ready to forgive anytime soon. Looking forward to reading the next book
