Love has to be enough

Do you want a treat? Do you want a book that you never want to end... yet in the end you are crying ? Action adventure fights...This is the series for you! Every character had life, love, pain and truth in who they were and what they ultimately fought for? Unconditional Love ! It was so heart warming and beautiful to read! I can only recommend it but in the world we live in today one can only hope for people to see that through it all we need hope for a better tomorrow, acceptance of each other and most of all to love! I could not put it down and can only hope that you feel the same . Love!

I really enjoyed this series! It follows seven young couples in a group of friends, where at least one of each pair is a werewolf hiding in plain sight... until they're not. The big plot of the series kicks off with Jaze in book one, with someone killing off alphas of werewolf society, and he and his friends slowly chip away at different pieces. Each narrator (and their mate) have a role in the bigger plot. Each have a slightly different viewpoint coming in. It's a great meshing of stories that expand this great group of friends. I don't want to spoil the plot, but I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with a love of YA werewolf suspenseful romance.

Mixed feelings

This series really created mixed feelings for me. I found several of the middle books resorted to more telling then doing and so I was feeling let down. Then I hit the last book and after I got over being furious at losing best friends, I was stuck with tears. That is not how I like to leave a series, except I know there is a follow on series with which I keep consoling myself. I have been spoiled and want my HEA!!

This was such a great series and I quickly feel in love with the characters as they each developed through the series. The focus on new characters for each book, but with the main MC still involved and same characters allowed the emotional development of the series to continue.

Overall the series was a good solid 3.5-4⭐️ with good action and worldbuilding. The story starts off with Jaze, an Alpha teen wolf who has just moved to a new territory following the gruesome murder of his father. We follow Jaze as he finds love, comes into his power and does everything possible to save other werewolves and broker peace with those that would hunt them.

Each book follows a separate pairing who have to face their own trials, obstacles and demons. Each with their own strengths that make them unique. Jaze helps each pairing and they join his ever-growing pack, working to make the world a better place for werewolves. At times it feels like the conflict is resolved a bit too easily, or that it just ceases to exist, but overall the books do a good job building the tension and presenting the stakes.

I was only ever really taken out of the story in the second book because I kept being distracted by trying to figure out the passage of time and how the MC could be in his teens. Nevertheless, it was one of my favorite books of the series, even if I felt that the main antagonist was delt with too easily and got off too lightly.

Of the seven books, there was really one book towards the middle that I did not enjoy as much (the antagonists were clownishly over the top and the battles and plot felt repetitive - the whole story felt like it dragged on too long). The story felt a bit like it jumped the shark, which the author might have felt as well since the following two books focused more into local and territorial antagonists, while still keeping the larger government villains in the shadows.

The last book broke me. Especially the end. Here I was, enjoying these interconnected standalone HEAs where, sure, bad things happen but we are victorious in the end, and then I'm hit with the gut punch. Honestly, I should have known as it was the only book that really started with everyone happy and relaxed. I let down my guard and I shouldn't have. The ending was bittersweet and hopeful for the future, but we went through it to get there.

I might get into the next series, but I'm gonna need a break before I jump back in this world.

You'll Cry

Great story. Lots of heart ache in this series. Loved Jaze & Nikki a true hero to all the werewolves and a great friend , protector to all wolves. Lots of hate from the hunters, the scientists, & doctors who abused and mistreated them. They were awful what they done I hated reading that part. But they got their just due. Just saying. Loved Jet another true hero who was caged and made to fight. Sad. But it's an interesting read. You'll like most of the ending. I'd suggest reading. It makes you feel part of the story well written.

endearing

I enjoyed this series. Each story felt a little rushed and could have been developed a little more. That being said, I still truly enjoyed this series. The cast of characters were quirky and interesting and the last book of the series tied things together so that you had a real ending but there is room for more. I would recommend this series for anyone interested in a good found family story.

absolutely loved this serious

I absolutely loved this serious. The characters, the storyline, even the tears that came with book 7. The overall plot line flowed so well between the books as the new characters were introduced in their own book. Ms. Alsop is now on my list of authors to read.

Silver Series!

I liked that there was humor and action, that's number one. I think every book out of the series has its charm. I think getting to meet everyone was the best part of the books. But book 7 is horrible in the sense that I cried for like an hour while reading. The ending was great, though, and I can't wait to read her next series!

Worth the read

This book has alot of sad parts but maybe they are like life.hard to truly enjoy the happy parts with out the contrast. Overall the writer did a great job of portraying how people(werewolves) from different background could all come together.

Fantastic

So well written that many nights I stayed awake reading the next book because you become so invested in the story. Brilliant characters. Fair warning, book #7 was emotionally draining due to the talent of the writer.

DO NOT READ THIS SERIES!

If you are like me and just love and adore the characters of a series, than this series is NOT for you! I am filled with so much anger I could spit fire. The good guys are taken away while evil strives on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERIES...EVER! I had several family and friends reading it too, and told them what to expect in the last book and they deleted the series before finishing it. This started out so good and then you had to go ruin it! Thanks for killing off a whole series and wasting hours of my time!
