The Attributes of God is a 6-week study on God's character. God's attributes are His characteristics. They tell us who He is and what He is like. When we know God, we love Him, and He changes everything. This study walks through God's incommunicable attributes, which are characteristics that are only true of Him, as well as His communicable attributes, which are attributes that we are called to reflect.

I enjoyed the devotional, scripture readings, and overall layout! I was just disappointed with the questioning at the end of each chapter. I felt like they were very shallow, but there is room to add your own thoughts as well.

K. Schmucker does it again with a really good study of The Attributes of God. How can we know and trust God unless we know HIM? 4 -4.5 stars.

I liked the format of this study. It was broken down into daily devotionals and Scripture readings that covered the parts of God’s character in language that was easy to understand. This covered attributes that only God can possess, such as His sovereignty and omniscience, as well as attributes we can seek to emulate, such as love, mercy, and faithfulness. Most importantly, each lesson tied God’s character back to the message of the Gospel. That’s the foundation of the whole study. To begin to understand God and His character, we must first have a personal relationship with Him through salvation.

I really enjoyed this study, each day had a great overview of each of God’s attributes. The only thing I did not like was the questions- they seemed repetitive and lacked depth.
