All the Dark Reasons #1

Princess of Hell

Rate this book
Being the Princess of Hell, Lucifer’s only daughter is not as awesome as it sounds.
My father, Lucifer, is a very controlling single dad. After he caught me kissing a boy put a chastity spell on me.
I am an Untouchable now!
Literally! If anyone is touching me the shield around me is activated and the skin of the one touching burns.
I am Silver, princess of Hell and an undateable weirdo. Who wants to date or deflower a she demon knowing that her Dad is the ruler of Hell?
Like every good princess I should be looking forward to getting married to some high-ranking demon I never met, a guy Dad picked out based on political reasons.
I say F it!
When the only heirloom from my mother, my necklace, gets stolen, I run away from home in a attempt to find it and retrieve it from the human realm.
Who knew that The Fates will have me cross paths with three hot werewolf shifters?
This is going to be complicated because I have to hide my identity, find the necklace, get a hold of my mom who apparently isn't dead and navigate through the relationship with Jacks, River and Drae. All without touching them...
Could be easy if not for the hot mental asylum inmate I picked up, who has visions of me since he was six and my betrothed Caspian who leaves Hell to hunt me down.
Ah, and Lilith, my father's on and off girlfriend and the coolest stepmother a Demon could wish for!
I can't touch skin on skin but my imagination is very active and I find out that latex and leather games are lots of fun.
This is a naughty demon and werewolf shifter why choose story fit for an audience over 18.
Silver likes to curse and there are kinky things going on.

AI Slop Cover Art.
AI Slop Writing.
Hypocritically angry at people on FB for review bombing her poorly "prompted" works.
Defends the use of AI in writing that notoriously creates deluded and nonsensical fiction at the cost of our environment.
An insult to creativity and authored works alike.
Why do you think she only creates #1 of series? Because if she tried to prompt herself a second book the consistency wouldn't be there.
It saddens me there are good reviews of these books as it means some people didn't even clock it was made by a robot.
Avoid this person at all costs.

I had a hard time rating this since I DNFed it. I found the premise and introduction interesting, but by the time the first real scene ended, I was 20% through the book and realizing the whole scene was used as an information dump. The whole thing felt rushed. Instead of taking time to build a world and natural character relationships, they felt thrown together and instantly lustful. The men in the group all felt the same, too. Since I didn't finish, I'm not sure if they developed more as the book went on, but in their introductory scenes, they felt almost like the exact same person with a couple of extra character traits and descriptions tacked on to make them artificially feel different to little success. I get the RH genre and tropes, I'm no stranger to reading erotica, but nothing about it lit my fire. This could be me since I prefer an intellectually stimulating beginning to my relationships, of course. For others, that could be different. Overall, I think it was a really epic idea that was poorly executed, but would be willing to give the author the benefit of the doubt and try reading them again in the future.

Author has admitted to using chat GPT to write paragraphs and edit the book. Sorry “Kitty”. Guess you’re just simply not meant to be an author if you can’t create a story!

I really liked the idea of a badass Princess of Hell coming earthside on a quest to track down her mother’s stolen necklace while trying to uncover information about who is as well, meets up with some hot bounty hunting wolf shifters, and tons of crazy shenanigans ensue. Like I said, great in theory, but unfortunately the execution is a little lacking.

My biggest issues were character development, it’s kind of nonexistent, and pacing. Silver’s character has the potential to be awesome. Same goes for Jacks, River, and Drae, but none of them really have personality? & the chemistry I was hoping for isn’t really there? There was just no build up & I needed more than Silver’s brief interaction with the guys before things got sexual… & the entrance of Preach and Caspian, just odd timing and then instantly sexual.

The spice is good, 🌶🌶.5 spicies

plenty of steam but stunted and childish writing style

I enjoyed this book at first but as I got further into it the writing style got very frustrating. Sentences don’t make sense and it makes you stumble as your reading them. I wish I could read this story but the writing is such that it was a real struggle to keep going for last 40% of the book. Even the sex scenes lacked real heat because they’re monotonous in their build up and stuff just happens.

In this book we meet Silver, who is the daughter of Lucifer. We meet her while she's on earth and being attacked behind a biker bar.
This is when she meets Jack's, River and Drae.
Things start getting crazy and twisty from this point forward we also meet Preach and then Caspian nearer the end of the book.
All these guys around Silver make such a steamy atmosphere, that you won't want to put it down. Right upto the cliffhanger ending.
You also read this book from the pov of Jack's and Caspian as well as the main parts being from Silver's pov.

An extremely steamy read!! Who could have thought not being able to touch skin to skin could give way to such 🌶️🌶️🌶️scenarios.
Silver is the daughter Lucifer and since her first kiss more than a century ago (poor silver on that point) she had been unable to touch anyone with bare skin thanks to Lucifer. After a wonderful day spent tracking her mother stolen necklace and fighting for her life agaisnt a demon she meets 3 hot as sin shifters. Jacks, River and Drae. They agreed to help her find her mother necklace and things get 🥵🥵🥵🥵
Did I mention the hot as sin Caspian, son of behemoth and Silver's fiancé?
The 🌶️🌶️🌶️ still leaves enough room for an intricate plot with the mother and secrets that need to be unraveled

Okay

The story was going well until Preach showed up. Then, everything seemed a little forced. The men changed. Could just be my imagination, but all in all pretty good book. I loved the demons and magic in the book.

Wow. I can honestly say this book is amazing! Silver is just a breath of fresh air. I really think she's is a brilliant and determined character. The saying 'where there's a will, there's a way' comes to mind when I think of how she went through her life. The steamy scenes that she takes part in prove that without a shadow of a doubt. And the MM action, I felt like I needed a cold shower after that. I'd like to have Drea open up abit more in book 2. He was a bit too quiet for me. But they say its the quiet ones you need to watch out for, so we will see what book 2 brings for him. It will be interesting to see how everything unfolds between everyone with Silver keeping hold of the key to River's cage and with Caspian being thrown in with Jack's and Preach!
Thank you Kitty for recommending this be the first book of yours I read. I an definitely wanting to read more. I look forward to book 2 and your other series/standalones

Princess of Hell is the first book in Kitty Siberia's All the Dark Reasons series and it was beyond fire. This fast burn multiple perspective reverse harem had all the elements that I'm looking for in a paranormal romance, there was a sassy but sweet female character who is a badass and has a complicated background and an even more complicated future. There are hot shifters, a sweet alpha, a beta who is a bit of a jerk, and the silent type, all who meet the main character are up for a wild adventure. Then mix in demon hijinks, a stolen property, a secret of epic portions, and an arranged marriage and you have this book.

I loved the characters right away. The leading female character is Silver she's a demon and the daughter of Lucifer and she's great, Silver is a strong capable female who excels in all kinds of combat. Silver loves her dad is super close with his advisor "Uncle" Chris (not related) although there might be something there because she's feeling it and he seemed a little... anyway, due to spell her father puts on her at the age is sixteen Silver has gone without any kind of physical contact except for her father (who isn't really around that much, he has a realm to rule) and Uncle Chris. That's almost two hundred years of practically no physical contact so when Silver goes to the human realm to get back her mother's stolen necklace and meets three shifters things get a little spicy.

Jacks is the alpha and kinder than I expected but also powerful and has confidence issues with his scarred appearance but bonds with Silver on a deeper level right away. River is Jacks' brother and his beta, dude has an attitude for days and while sometimes I can understand where it comes from but other times it's just rude but he gets better (wink, wink) in unexpected ways. The pack rounds out with Drae who is still a mystery, he didn't get much time but I'm hoping we get more from him in the next book. While Silver may not be able to physically touch someone, skin to skin, they experiment and find a way around that issue. Things get supernova hot, Siberia is an expert at super hot sex scenes and half the scenes in this book were not skin to skin but was some of the hottest stuff I have ever read. And things don't just get spicy with the shifters another person gets picked up along the way and he sort of reminds me of an omega, he brings a softness to the group, and then there is Caspian, Silver's fiance has not gone away. I have no idea who is gonna end up in Silver's harem or how things are gonna work out with the arranged marriage but I'm game if Silver is.

While steam is good (and pretty much what most are looking for in an rh) the plot is good. There are secrets and lies, an unstable political climate, family drama, Hell beasts are hunting down Silver, a political marriage, a stolen necklace, and something shady going on with shifters. Everything seems separate but eventually comes together in a great plot with characters that make me feel all of it. I can't wait to see where everything is headed and I wonder if we will get to see Lucifer in the upcoming books.

I loved Princess of Hell and the name of the series, All the Dark Reasons, just sings to my soul. I connected to the characters, I found the plot to be intriguing and the steam has me hooked. The story ended on a "What the heck are we gonna do" moment and I can't wait to see the answer to that question in the next book in the series.

I have to say that Kitty Siberia really surprised me with Princess of Hell. I don't think I've ever read a book when the main character could not be touched. If you think that would take the steam or sexual tension out of the picture you are completely wrong! Seriously, Lucifer did not think everything through when he put that chastity spell on Silver. There were so many fun loopholes to discover with this predicament. I think the anticipation and what the characters were able to do despite the spell hit the spot for me. I know that in future books it will probably increase and with more actual touching, but as of right now, I'm completely fine with everything that Kitty has given us with the different characters. She got pretty creative with her ideas, and I applaud her for that.

Although Lucifer put the chastity spell on Silver to prevent her from getting involved with a guy, I'm not sure he realized what he was actually putting his daughter through: isolation and extreme loneliness, starved for touch and connection, forced to be strong and self reliant because she couldn't really count on anyone else. It's really sad to see what Silver had to go through for such a long time. I'm not sure if these were part of his intentions or not. We don't really get to know much about him in this book or what his main goals were, but I have to hope that he wouldn't want that for his daughter.

For someone who can't be touched, Silver is really racking up the guys. As of right now she has a large-ish harem with the possibility for more as the series continues. I don’t think there is one guy that I'm opposed to so far. They all seem pretty great and the best thing is that they recognize something special in Silver. They see beyond her beauty and past her inability to touch. They work around what they need to because she is important to them. They've put in more effort than anyone else in her life and they've barely gotten to know her yet. Even those who didn't get intimate scenes in this book show so much interest in Silver and I cannot wait to see how all their relationships flourish in the next book.

The plotline for this book was also really interesting, keeping me on my toes through the entire book. Memory loss, secrets being kept, supernatural beings up the ying yang, and possible demon armies. I am here for it!

Unfortunately, I didn't know it wasn't a standalone book. I only learned about it here. I normally don't read not finished series, because I hate to wait for the next books. And book 2 isn't out or even announced yet. Yeah, shit happens...

But to the content and rating: I liked the book. The story was interesting. Silver is a character for sure. Though, she as a lot from other characters with a 'I'm badass and so on' attitude from books I read before. This kind of characters seems to be favored. I like these characters mostly. And Silver is no exception. For the guys, it is the same. There is always a type for the troupes. Though, the character building and the relationships could be way better.

Still, the book felt unique with the setting. Even if it wasn't, it wouldn't be a bad sign for me. Because I would never expect that an author has to reinvent the wheel. So, as I said, it was unique in the bounds of the possibilities. And I liked the writing.

Sure, there were things I didn't like so much. Like the inner monologues/thoughts and the progress of the story. The problem was, that it was rushed and often disjointed/excursive. And there are time lapses too. So, even if there is a flashback, it doesn't felt fluidly. So, the events happen in a way I can't keep up and left me felt disrupted. I'm not sure how to explain it right. And not to forget, the ending... I wasn't happy with that.

It's difficult to rate that book right for me. Than I really like the premise of the story and there were a lot of interesting points. See, my rating system starts from 3 to 5 stars. I rarely rate a book under 3 stars. The only reasons for a bad rating were, for me, when a book would really do everything wrong. Like I can't understand what I'm reading, zero story and so on. But that is hardly ever the case. I always find something positive about a book. And I don't expect a perfect writing, because human are no machines and making mistakes is normal.

This book is far from perfect. But it has a lot of the right feelings in my opinion and I enjoyed reading it. The book would be a 3.5 stars for me. It's not a clear 3-star book for me. And because I can't give half stars, I would give 4 stars. And hope the next book isn't far away...

Insta-lust 🔥🔥

This is the first book I have read from this author and I enjoyed what I have read so far. This book was a fast burn with plenty of steam between Silver and the men she has surrounded herself with. Also some delicious MM scenes 🤤

The plot is interesting so far and has left me wondering about the mystery of Silver’s mother, the reasoning behind Lucifer’s helicopter parenting and protective spells, and how Silver will find her happy ending with all her men. The concept of Silver being unable to touch or be touched has thrown a wrench into her sexual escapades but she has found multiple ways around the hinderance which made those scenes incredibly erotic. There is latex, voyeurism, pegging, video phone sex, and toys.

I did notice some grammatical errors which can easily be fixed with another round of editing. I did find the opening chapter rather difficult to get in to since it seemed so scattered. She’s fighting a big demon and struggling to stay alive but we get some major info dump from Silver’s inner monologue. It was hard to keep my interest with that first chapter. Towards the ending, I felt like a lot of the scenes were being rushed through and had little details. Transitions from one scene to the next wasn’t as fluid as earlier in the book so I just got the feeling that the author was rushed to complete this book.

I will definitely continue this series to find out what happens and will be venturing out to see what else the author has. I enjoyed the author’s creativity and steam level so I am interested in seeing what else she has published.

I really enjoyed this book, a first in series. It has plenty of shifters, demons, and other supernatural beings to tease your imagination. And, there is so much spicey heat.🌶🌶🌶 I have read this author's work before, but this has been the hottest I've read from her.

My favorite part of the book was the plot and sub-plot. (Don't get me wrong, I love the spices bits, but I need a story to go with it!) Silver is Lucifer's daughter who has come to earth to find her missing necklace, a gift from her mom. A mom that Silver thought was dead and one she can not remember due to a spell herfather placed on her. Many beings are trying to keep the necklace from her, even if it means death for her. The necklace is very important, as it is actually a key with very special power that will be dangerous in the wrong hands. The sub-plot is interesting, as Lucifer has plans for his daughter to marry Prince Caspian and unite the powers of Hell. When Silver was younger and kissed a boy, Lucifer placed a Chasity spell on her. If anyone touches her bare skin, they burn.

When Silver meets a shifter pack early in the book, an attraction grows, and Silver hires the pack to help her find the necklace. With the help of the pack, which is going, Silver learns more about her mother, the necklace, and how to have sex without burning anyone.

The only thing I wish was different was the need for a clean-up on the typos. Those were a bit distracting.

In the end, I recommend this book to fans of supernatural romance, reverse harem tropes, shifters, and extra spicy heat. Fun read!

First time reading by this author and am not disapointed at all! Such a good book, loved the characters  good world building and character devolpment nothing was poof there it was slowly building and i love that in a book.
cant wait to see more of them in the second book!
Hopefully Caspian learns to share that would be amazing!

So heres some thoughts and feelings.

Multiple Pov's yes yes i love those and not just a chapter but sometimes more then 1 pov in a chapter i loved that ALOT!

We dive right into the story and we getting bits and pieces of the back story, its nice and i like that!.
Am loving Jacks and Silver l's connection, their connection feels right and loved the bond they formed.

The author sure is creative, ive fallen in love with the Preqch/Jacks/Silver moments i absolutelt adored that!!!
The way they improvise to get intimate is beyond amazing i loved reading that!
Its not your everyday hot and steamy touchy feely but in a way its genuine intemacy and i loved reading it!

Then we meet Caspian am stil unsure how i feel about him ive cursed his name for his alphahole attitute and his seagul from nemo.. mine mine mine, so yeah am stil unsure about him! Maybr he will be better in book 2 and learns how to share!

The book ended so suddenly am stil like wtf, its not really a cliffhanger but it just stopped. Didnt like that to much but atleast its not a massive cliffhanger!

I liked the bool so much its worth 5 stars!

The idea for this book is A++ but the execution is D-. I really liked the idea of the princess of Hell not able to be touched and her seeking some answers about her mother, but the writing is not very good… It left me more confused than anything sometimes and this is one of the reasons I DNF this book.

I liked the characters we were working with (three werewolfs is plenty to begin with) but the addition of Preach when we had so little time with the others was just too much.

The book is also so fast paced in some areas and too slow in others. Like the relationship between Silver and Jacks was so fast, like give them some time before the steamy stuff. And usually I like that it is fast with the romance but that was way too fast or not executed well enough.

The sexy scenes were fast but the plot is not really moving and there is too many stops ant the time in the book is really weird. In one sentence they had travelled from Miami to New Orleans, like HOW????

I really wanted to finished this book, but at the 70% mark I realised that it was likely not a standalone and I didn’t want to read another book with the same issues I mentioned. I think that if the book had gone into some/more editing it would have been a really good book.

I have read a lot of books that had the "princess of hell" trope but this is the first time I've read about a princess that couldn't be physically touched. I've heard of overprotective fathers but this was to the extreme. Silver, our female lead, has a spell on her that would burn anyone that touched her; everyone except the one who placed the spell on her (her dad) and her fated mate. Anyone else got burned. This lead to a particularly touched starved princess and some kinky moments. This book is still a reverse harem to it but with how it's written I could be wrong and that would just be another fun moment in the book. This book has so many things going on that you'll keep reading just to know what happened next. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. Things were heating up and I wonder what's going to happen when it reaches a fever pitch! I even did a whole book blog on the book, so check that if you want to know my full thoughts on the book!

Her treasured necklace which is the last connection to the mother she never knew has been stolen.

Who has taken it and why...?

This was my first read of Kitty's and I completely and utterly fell in love with the cover!

As for the story itself it started out as a simple find the necklace, all will be well with the world, but throw in some shifters and demons and suddenly it's not so simple.
Chapter six is where the story really begins to bloom, and from there onwards oh my gosh the heat is turned up to max and the steam level is off the charts!

This for me is definetly a why choose read. I loved ALL the male characters from the wolves, to Caspian and even the strange and rather unique Preach.

A great start to a new world, one of which I look forward to spending more time in!

I could not stop reading this fast paced fun story that draws you in. Silver is on a mission to retrieve what was stolen from her, her only memory of her mother. One complication is that her skin can not be touched or it will burn whoever touched it. She is an incredibly strong character and will not let her situation stop her. Each of her men brings something different, and want to help her find the truth. The mystery in this book kept me engaged and asking questions. I am interested in how relationships will develop, as well as how the characters will grow as the series continues. I highly recommend this book, especially if you like demons and werewolves.

Princess of Hell was a fast paced and fun read. I really enjoyed Silver's attitude about what was happening around her and the times where she would just spout semi-inappropriate things. She's a total bad-ss B and I loved that about her. I'm really curious about her relationship with Jacks' pack and how that will play into her relationship with Caspian because he's made his feelings clear on that. But I don't think Silver is one to let someone push her around. I found Preach to be a really interesting character and addition to the group. I can't wait to find out more about who Silver is and what's with all the secrets being kept from her.

Intense and so wonderfully different

This story is just so unique. Silver is the star of the story. She may be the daughter of Lucifer but she has a heart screaming for love and especially touch. The story is filled with action and intrigue as Silver hunts for her stolen necklace. It will lead to meeting some interesting characters and things seem to either become more dangerous or get insanely hot. For a female that can’t be touched she sure knows how to turn up the temperature. The other characters are slowly brought into the story and we do get to see things from their perspective as well as Silver’s. It does end in a cliffhanger but it is so worth it.

Silver is the daughter of Lucifer, who is on a mission in the human realm. Here she meets a small wolf pack who aids her on her journey. Along the way, she picks up Preach and Caspian joins in the fun. Along the way she learns her life isn't what she thought it was, and she's been deceived by those she trusted most.

This book is steamy and full of angst. Each of the men brings something different to her. And helps her find out the truths that have been hidden from her.

I'm excited for the next book, and watching the relationship with each character grow!

Silver had something very precious stolen from her. After "traveling"...well more running away to the human rhelm, she meets a wolf pack and they assist her. Along the way, a few more travelers join in to help with the search. This leads to one, hot, sexy adventure.

Love, love, love this so much! Silver was such a fun, adventurous, sassmaster. I really loved this story. It's refreshing to see the FMC to see inner beauty first instead of the outer beauty. This is my first story by Kitty Siberia and I am definitely a fan. Can't wait to read more from her!!

Amazing read!!! 🤩

I loved Silver and the guys, they are all so hot, but I have to say my favorite is Caspian, shocking that I prefer a demon over a shifter but... you will see!!! 🥵😉
The plot is mysterious and intriguing, besides all the steam, I really want to know what’s going on with all the mystery behind Silver's mom and her necklance, but also the strange shifters and everything behind them... something big is happening and I think is really bad!!! 😩🙈
So looking forward to read the next books in this amazing series!!! 😍🖤🔥

Another fantastic book from Kitty!

I absolutely love Kitty’s books they always take you in such a journey and are incredible.

The Princess of Hell is no different. I was completely gutted when it ended and am in desperate need of book 2.

Silver is a badass female I mean how could she not being Lucifers daughter! This book just gave me all the feels and is hot as hell!

The guys in this story are everything and I cannot wait to see how it all plays out in book 2!

Loved it Kitty! Once again another fab book 😊

Entertaining read. Who would have thought Lucifer would put the ultimate chastity belt on his daughter, ensuring she can’t be touched by anyone. The steam factor is high in this story despite Silver’s “condition”. Her relationships with the guys were fun to watch as they deepened and heated up!! The mystery of her mother’s supposed death is intriguing. I look forward to the next book to get some answers, as well as see what happens when Silver’s fated mate/fiancé, Caspian realizes the depth of her feelings for Jack’s, River, and Drae.
