Learning about Avalynn’s human magical culture keeps Genesis intrigued. Knowing he can’t stay long, Genesis fights his sudden feelings.

Captured by the Dyekee, the opposite of the gods Avalynn and her village serve, Genesis underestimated the lengths they will go to obtain power.
Genesis is a short prequal story setting up the world of Watchers and Artifacts. The story ends on a cliffhanger that will be resolved later in the series. The next book is titled Witch's Fancy and will be released at the end of May 2022. Impatient? You can read Witch's Fancy now on Kindle Vella!

I can’t wait to learn more about these fated mates and the new magical race that was created by their origin story! I really enjoyed this prequel, learning the origins of the magic system and the love story that will drive the rest of the series. Fast-paced and mysterious, this is a quick read that packs a punch for fantasy lovers!

Genesis is the only one of his kind, cursed to roam the world and observe life evolve around him. When he stumbles upon a small village of odd people with magical crystals, he is pulled into a long-awaited battle between light and darkness. Will love save him? An intriguing novella introducing us to the world of the Watchers and the Artifacts. The story follows Genesis, the half-human main character as he learns of an interesting new type of magic through an encounter with a local woman. A storm rolls in, causing a twist of fate that changes the course of their lives.

I look forward to learning more about this world and the magic thrumming through it.

Wow short but intriguing.  I need some answers though so looking forward to the next one.
Doomed to walk the earth as ordered by his demon father -Genesis  is very much alone. Along comes Avalynn and he discoveries not all humans are selfish.
She tells the story of powerful crystals in the mountain. Read their story and how their two souls connect.
