Looking at the process of human development through the long river of history, not only based on the birth of religion, civilisation and law under natural selection, in addition to the increase in productivity, a series of social attributes born in the civilised society, in order to avoid the risk of combing the perspective, there is a certain existence of reason. In addition to this, the fact that several ancient civilisations each chose a different route of development also lays the background for the different cultures of the East and West. What resonates is the interpretation of the phenomenon of marriage and the fact that clan power is still deeply rooted in many parts of China, especially in Zhejiang and Shandong. What is quite inspiring is the interpretation of the past and present life of financial instruments, which, for human beings, have a good ability to avoid risks but can cause great crises, and how to understand and use it is one of the core skills for future survival.
The mindset shifts and insights that this book brings are astounding, and it's amazing to see civilisation in a whole new light.
