Kirill Sabatin is an enforcer for the Kozlov crime family, the kind of man who is used to taking care of business and getting what he wants… even when what he wants belongs to the Irish mob.
I really had to give this some thought before I wrote this review.
Kirill was a killer. That was it. That was all. He was very honest about who he was and what he did. Kirill made no apologies. He did not try to convince Candy that he was a better man, a nice man, a hard, cold, or vicious man. I may not agree with what he did, but I did appreciate his honesty.
This is absolutely not to excuse Kirill's behaviour. I expected Candy to have more street smarts. She worked in a bar, exposed to drunks, and drunken behavior. Her relatives were not exactly above board businessmen. Why as a woman alone in the wee hours of the morning, would she go knock on a man's door by herself? But, it needed to happen so the story could move forward.
I think what irritated me about this book was Candy spent practically the entire book insisting Kirill was such a monster, his behaviour was monsterous, he was cold-blooded, or inhuman. But her body kept reacting to him. Girl please! Then when her cousin stepped in, she went off on him. She could have had her family step in if she truly wanted to be rid of him.
It took her the entire book to be honest about how she felt. During the entire time, she kept up the verbal abuse, but liked the physical aspects. It seemed disingenuous to me. Maybe I am in a crappy mood, but as bad as Kirill was, he seemed to have more redeeming qualities than Candy. I tried to like her character. No success there.
The rest of the book about the different mobs, the infiltration, the traitors, jostling for power, the mystery, danger, and action were interesting. The "romance" did nothing for me. Wonder what it says about me that I liked the bratva dude more than the heroine. Lol.
I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book received via Booksprout.
This story was filled with lots of hot, steamy scenes! Kirill Sabatin was taken in by the Kozlov family when he was very young (his family was killed) and has grown up knowing nothing other than the Bratva life. He is their lead enforcer and is very good at what he does. He is also honest and truthful to a point where you have to wonder if he is really Bratva! Candy Lancaster is a waitress/bartender at Killian’s (owned by her cousin Rian Walsh). She moved here from Philadelphia and is just trying to make a name for herself. She seems to be tough, feisty and able to take care of herself, but after reading this story, I have to say she was insecure, wishy-washy and two-faced.
When Kirill and Candy meet (she was pounding on his door in the middle of the night) Kirill decides he wants her more than anything else – he wants to make her his possession. As I said, Kirill is honest above all else and throughout the book reminded Candy he is not a good man, he is a monster, etc… But Candy liked all the physical parts of this “relationship”, (even though she kept shaming herself for feeling that way) and was always verbally abusive towards him. She was hot one minute, then cold the next. He saved her and she seemed to be ungrateful because he killed the men.
I was not a fan of Candy – she seemed to be above everything, and even though she was saved, it still didn’t change her views on Kirill. Kirill did what he thought was best for her and treated her with respect, and even tried to keep her happy. I did love reading about the different groups trying to take over, the deception, mystery, and other members of the Walsh family. There is action, danger, violence, passion and suspense. While I might not have liked this as much as I have her other books, I do look forward to reading more from Piper Stone and I am looking forward to seeing where this series goes.

I really love Piper Stone’s books 📚 and this was another of terrific stories. In this case we have a Bratva Enforcer who gets involved with an Irish ☘️ woman who he can not resist and the same with her. These characters have explosive chemistry ⚛️ and 🔥 🔥 🔥. There is action and a bit of a mystery, but in the end there is a wonderful HEA that I was a little surprised about.
This was another hot read by Piper Stone. I always know what I will get and I was not disappointed. Lots of suspense and action; this was an exciting story with two strong main characters. I loved the give and take, the desire, and the efforts each character made to not become attached to each other. It took some time to get used to the narrator Skyler Morgan but by the end of the book I was comfortable and he did a good job narrating.
Just couldn’t get into this one. It was a take it or leave it book. I wasn’t compelled to keep reading. I really didn’t like Candy and her high and mighty judgement. It went on and on. Very annoying. I loved Kirill. He was all business and sexiness. His character was much deeper then Candy. He could have done so much better. To me they had no chemistry and the sexy times did nothing for me.
Buckle up this is a wild ride, dangerous men, alpha personified, possessive, oh, so gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a deliciously dark story 😊. All the makings of a great a mafia story because there will be suspense, betrayal, sleepless nights, bad judgement or not, secrets, violence, hope, and maybe love. By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! Can’t say I didn’t warn you. This is the first book in the Sinners and Saints series will keep you on the edge and turning the pages just to get a glimpse of a sexy man who makes no apologies so get comfortable. Candy feisty working at Killian’s Bar severing drinks fighting off jerks who feel they have the right to take advantage of her, working long hours will usually make a girl a little grouchy especially when the party doesn’t seem to stop giving her time to get her beauty sleep. So being sleep deprives she goes upstairs to her neighbor to complain or more like demand he turns down the noise but when the man himself answers the door making no apologies well let’s just say things didn’t go as planned. Kirill sexy as all get out enforcer for the bratva actually if reputation are correct he is known to be the deadliest, kill who needs to be killed, threaten who needs to be threaten, and when the feisty redhead neighbor from downstairs bangs on his door interrupting his workout after a bad day in the middle of the night he knew she would be his rather she wanted to be or not (yep he isn’t above using force 😊 to get her to stay)….just saying. The attraction is instant and intense from the moment they meet and the more she stands at his door to convince him to keep down the noise the stronger the magnetic pull between them grows and of course incidents happen that leaves her living with him but will she continue to be attracted after she finds out who he is, what he does for the bratva, will she want to stick around after learning the strings he pulled to get her in his apartment, and will there be a HEA for the beautiful villain and his feisty redhead?.

This is a hard one because you have some positives
✅️ an author with talent ✅️ intense spice scenes that start right away ✅️ action
But also a lot of cringe factors that make this a hard read. This book is like a Lifetime Movie Network movie that plays in the background while you fold laundry and yell at your significant other to finally fix that thing or tell your kids to clean up their room.
Like there are things happening on the page, but it's all so droll, pat, and OTT boring it's hard to muster too much care. The hmmm😔😬
Cringe #1: The smex scenes are good but also redundant. The flowery over the top language doesn't help, "I was opening up my soul so he could see all of me stripped down to my desire. He was heaven. He was hell. He was a monster. " This is the vibe from the first encounter. And some is dialogue pulled from the scene.
Cringe #2 : Candy is not a well fleshed out FMC. She started intriguing but eventually became a standard. "Oh no, I dig him, but he's a bad man. He told me he's a bad man, but I didn't know he was that type of bad man. I can never love a bad man, but I can't live without his touch as it sears my soul. " blah FMC.
Cringe #3: There isn't a relationship, really. Just "hot and steamy" smex scenes that repeat same moves and actions in slightly different locations and small bursts of convo between main characters to kept it slightly interesting but their convos are filled with smirks and lip twitches.
The best thing about this book is The Russian. He's a good character. He's written well. Aggressive. Even though he is described in an over the top aggressive way. One man killing show that would make 1980s Stallone action star blush. I kept reading just for him.
Beautiful Villain is book in the Sinners and Saints series. A Dark Mafia Romance. It's fast paced with lots of action, enemies, suspense, drama, danger, violence, mystery, murder, power struggles, mystery, anger, greed, mobs, submission, deception, hostile takeovers, twists and turns sprinkled with passion filled with spanking rough intense sex and dominance. Beautiful Villain is a full-length standalone novel with no cliffhanger and guaranteed HEA. This is a world where three families rule New York City but the question is, who's the Sinners and who's the Saint? The story is well written with world building characters and great secondary characters that helps support the story. Kirill Sabatin is the lead enforcer for the Kozlov Bratva in New York City. He's cold-blooded, passionate, and honest. He's Kozlov's most feared enforcer. The Russians and the Irish's are at war. Candy Lancaster is waitress working at her pub own by her cousin who's a member of the mob. Kirill lives above Candy. The two meet when she went to his door in the middle of the night to confront him about the noise. One look at her and Kirill decides that he wants her what he wants he keeps whether the Irish mafia likes it or not. When Candy knocked on his door she didn't know that he was Kozlov most feared enforcer. And she most definitely didn't expected him to him to be the most terrifyingly sexy man that she had ever laid eyes on. But is answer was a spanking. The two developed a relationship that could potentially start a war between the Irish and the Russians.

I have read many books by this author but I must say I did struggle with finishing this one. The first half of the book did not hold my interest. I know from reading previous books that the author tends to spend the first part of the book dealing with the first contact and subsequent action of that first contact between the two main characters. Usually that takes up about 20% of the book. I was at 40% and still there was not overarching story line...just the first 2 meetings between the two. It wasn't until after that point that the story started to grow into an actual story. Unfortunately, by then there did not seem to be enough time to really build out the story line. The reader just gets into the background story and it was over. I believe authors has a rough layout to what a story looks like. This author's formula for writing is based on what her readers want and that is fine. Unfortunately for me, that first part of the book began to drag on too long and too much time was spent on 2 encounters between the characters and it did not leave enough time for the actually background/overarching story line. I like books that have a story line and the characters that are in that story are what gives it the life it does. This did not have that in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, what I read was a dark romance, but the actual romance that should have been part of the overarching story line was not there...dark or not.

Piper Stone has been great at writing mafia romance novels and this is another example. Kirill is an enforcer for the Bravata who has many kills under his belt and a reputation for his ruthlessness. Candy is an actress who goes on auditions while waitressing at her family's bar. Her family is Irish who are currently having issues with the Russian Bravata. One night after a long day she comes home to her upstairs neighbor being loud, not being able to take the noise anymore she goes up to confront the neighbor. Turns out the noise is Kirill boxing with his punching bag. As soon as he opens the door there is immediate electricity between them. She is fiesty with him and that just makes him want her more. (That's when he starts with all the different nicknames. Which are cute by the way.😊) That's when he takes her and makes her his. Although he believes her when he asks her questions he can't help but think that she was sent to spy on him. He also thinks it's to coincidental that she shows up so soon after his team was ambushed and he was the only one to survive. He's on a mission to find the truth and get his revenge for his men's murders. The story is packed with suspense, mystery and plenty of steam. If you love mafia tropes than definitely give this one a read!.

“She’d awakened a need that could never be shut down again.”
I usually love Piper’s books but this one just didn’t hit all the right buttons. I really liked Kirill. He was a dark, hard Bratva with a surprisingly soft side. He really cared about Candy and treated her well, protecting her from any and all. He was also extremely honest and never pretended to ba anything he wasn’t. He had a sad childhood loosing his entire family to violence so young and I think the fact he could still love Candy was significant. The biggest issue I had with this book was Candy. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t really like her. He saw her as strong and feisty but I found her to be nothing of the sort. She treated him poorly, hardly ever had anything nice to say and kept denying she desired him calling him names and acting like he was forcing her when it was obvious she was constantly hot for him. She wasn’t grateful for anything he did and was just plain mean. I couldn’t help but think he deserved someone better than her. It wasn’t bad enough for me to give up on Piper. No one can hit a home run every time, I understand this. Hopefully the next book in the series will be better. And to be honest, this book is still better than a lot of the other drivel that’s out there, so there’s that.

A great mafia read, captivating and engaging read This was a very engaging read and I have to say that reading about Krill Sabitini, would you have believed that he was the head of the Kozlov Bratva Enforcers which is an extremely responsible role that only a few men will ever be able to fill, after much care and attention to their training and their loyalty to the family in these dangerous times.
He is instantly attracted to her but is also aware that his position dictates his response and these will be being watched carefully. She realised as soon as she met him the danger, she had put herself in and to survive she must be strong in both mind and body.
What she had not expected was that her feelings for this man that had such a strong personality and that would keep her in line by punishment would soon come to mean more to her that she’s ever expected.
This is a great read I am sure that you will enjoy this book totally.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read. I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

He's her monster, savior, sinner, and saint all rolled into one.
Candy Lancaster worked at Killian’s Bar and Grill and only wanted some piece, quite and much needed sleep after another long night of slinging drinks to jerks who acted the fool. Only she was greeted by the the sounds of her upstairs neighbor who didn't seem to care it was the middle of the night with his constant Wham Wham Whamming! And Whap Whap whapping. When she couldn't take it another night she went upstairs to confront him. All she wanted was to ask him to keep it down. What she finds is a gorgeous larger than life mammoth of a man. He steals her breath away and so much more. Kirill Sabatin is one of the deadliest enforcer for the Kozlov Bratva. He is brutal coldhearted, and a killer but when a fiesty redhead knocks on his door in the middle of the night he is immediately drawn to her. He immediately decides to keep her even if by force. Their story was captivating intense dark, dirty dangerous and oh so delicious. The rest of the story is weaved with different mafia's, power structures and struggles, infiltrations and traders.

“Beautiful Villain” is a dark mafia romance, and the first book in the ‘Sinners and Saints’ series by Piper Stone. It’s an intense story, and it took some thought before I could craft my review.
Candy is a waitress at an Irish pub owned by one of her cousins. She’s in New York City scraping by while she tries to achieve a dream that can only happen there. She ends up in a confrontation with Kirill, the huge, green-eyed man who has the apartment above hers. There’s a lot of steamy activity in this book, some with dubious consent – but there are warnings about that lso I didn’t mind. Kirill is the lead enforcer for the Russian mafia in New York, He and Candy develop something of a mutual obsession.
There’s an interesting story here having to do with politics between rival mafias, and to do with unions. For me, sometimes it got lost a bit among all the repetition about Kirill being a monster, and how special Candy is. They do get something of a happy ending, and he turns out to have the ability to be a good.

Kirill cannot sleep without seeing his dead family and the 6 men on his team of 8 that were murdered six weeks ago. He relieves the constant pain by punching a bag all night long. Candy, who lives in the apartment directly under his, is losing her mind. All night, whap whap whap. She finally goes to confront the man keeping her from sleep, and finds a man who oozes danger. When she offers him food, he claims her. She is his now, and he will never let her go. Kirill and Candy are neither what the other expects. Always suspicious, and frequently for good reason, Kirill suspects Candy of being planted in front of him by the Irish mafia, aka her cousins. Candy doesn't expect the hard man to be so tender with her, to make her love him. Their HEA is so romantic, as only Piper Stone can pull off in a dark as sin mafia romance. I cannot tell you how glad I am that Piper publishes a book every two weeks. I am not sure I could wait any longer between her delicious novels! This one is definitely a five star read, and well worth the one click.

Wow that’s a wonderful amazing start to a new series I really enjoyed book 1 and can’t wait to read more in this series!! This book has mystery, murder, a lot passionate crazy scenes between the two main characters. The main guy character is crazy hot and doesn’t believe he is or could ever be more then a monster and do unforgettable unforgivable things for the mafia family and the people he works for. The girl character has hopes in dreams when she finally got her parents to let her move away from home, but like always it can be hard making things happen on your own. So what happens when she gets tried of not getting sleep cause of to much Norse from her hot mafia upstairs neighbor and goes to tell him off? And once they get started what’s going to happen when life keeps getting in way? Find out these answers and so much more in this amazing fun book series book 1. The girl character is definitely independent and feisty and the guy character has no problem handling it lol 😂 I love piper stone books so much there so much of everything I love to read about in picking books:).

Overall: 5 of 5 stars Performance: 5 of 5 stars Story: 5 of 5 stars Reviewed: 08-22-22
Kirill Sabatini is Kozlov Bratav’a most feared enforcer. He also just happens to be Candi Landcaster’s new upstairs neighbor! Too bad Candi wasn’t aware of WHO he was when she knocked on his door requesting he stop making so much noise in the middle of the night! Oops! When Kirill ushered her in, seduced her and decided he was keeping her, she was in NO position to argue. Beautiful Villain is a suspense filled, fast paced, edge of your seat thriller stuffed to the brim with with marvelous, well developed characters, delicious decadent heat, twists, turns, betrayals, and Irish/Bratva shenanigans galore! The writing is superb, the heat level off the charts, the dialogue fabulous and the narration brilliant and beautiful! The action is non-stop and oh my that ending! No spoilers, but let me just say swoon worthy, made me cry happy tears while fist pumping perfection! Five stars in all categories across the board!
To begin with, I'm a huge Piper Stone fan so I'm always excited to read what she's written. 'Beautiful Villain' is book one in her new "Saints and Sinners" series and it's exactly what the title describes. Through a set of circumstances not of his own making, Kirill has become a loyal enforcer within the Kozlov Bratva. To say he is good at his job is an understatement. Candy works for the bar her cousin owns. They meet because Candy is continually kept awake, after coming home, by the new neighbor that moved in above her apartment. Thinking she was going to be nice and break the ice by offering whomever it is the meal she brought home in order to get some peace, she wasn't prepared for the man who answered the door. I was sucked into this world quickly and could connect with the character's personalities easily. As a matter of fact, there were so many feelings in this book, both good and bad, that I had a tissue in my hand. What a great storyline. I can't imagine out of all the side characters whom we'll get to meet next but I'm ready!
Candy is a waitress, coming home from working her shift at the bar. When she gets into her apartment she again hears loud thumping in the apartment above hers. No longer able to take the noise she takes the stairs up to the next floor. When the door opens she sees a really big man, well built with dark features that are mysterious and dangerous. Kirill is all that and more. The thing I really enjoyed about this story is the wave of emotions you will experience reading this story - darkness, danger, mafia threats, murders. But you also will experience conflicting feelings for the characters. Candy is young, intelligent, curvy and has aspirations to be on stage. Kirill is a top notch mafia enforcer. He is older, stepped in tradition, dangerous, deadly and feared by everyone. The twists and turns, starts and stops are dramatic and suspenseful. I enjoyed the good girl vs. bad, bad man it gave the book dimension. I really enjoyed all of this book!.

If you have read much Piper Stone, you know what you are getting into but it not, check TW/CW before proceeding- lots of spice, usually some sort of captive/captor or forced proximity situation and definitely an alpha male. Oh and definitely an FMC who is anything but a pushover! This book was a little tamer on the spice/smut than normal and a much more of a slow burn than normal for her normal books- this added to a lot more plot (so Spice over Smut if you look at the categories and tropes out there)! I was definitely engaged most of the book but did get a little glazed over when Kirill went on and on during some of his POV scenes- he was a little fuller of himself than most PS male main characters. I was a huge fan of Candy- she was more vulnerable and real than most of her characters which I enjoyed reading in her POV chapters. What I do most enjoy about most Piper Stone books (at least what I have read) is that while some interconnect they are standalones and end on an HEA!.

I read almost a book a day and probably DNF less than one a month. I just couldn't get into this book. I pushed until the halfway point. It just doesn't go anywhere.
The steamy scenes could have been good but the steam was killed with figurative ice water. There's too much internal dialogue in the middle of those scenes that doesn't have anything to do with the act itself. The scenes go on for pages, but the parts that are physical are only a few sentences.
The MMC character finds Candy fascinating but I can't figure out why. She's a waitress at a bar. The only thing she's done to show any personality is to ask him to not make noise at 3 or 4 in the morning. She hasn't shown intelligence, humor, loyalty, or any other good quality other than meekly standing up for herself.
I wasn't paying attention to the author when I downloaded this. I've read other books by this author and didn't hate them but found them to not be that interesting as well.

Wow! I always love a good mafia story and this book was absolutely amazing. Piper Stone really brought this book to life, and brought me to an emotional rollercoaster. The characters Kirill and Candy OMG!! There was so much going on, so much of a power struggle Kirill is a trained killer he works for the Kozlov Empire they are Russian Bratva. Candy works at the family bar they are the Irish mob. Candy lives below Kirill, he was making a lot of noise so she went and knocked on his door. As soon as Kirill opened the door the chemistry between them was explosive, the way he spoke to her was sexual the sensual words coming off his tongue, brought the heat up instantly and the longer they got to know each other and around each other was too hot to handle. The ending made me cry I just loved the book.

Kirill is Russian Bratva, a lethal enforcer and brutal being. His job is what's important and his methods are proven over time. Candy is an aspiring actress and working at her cousin's bar while she goes on auditions. After a long day at work, she can't believe the noise her upstairs neighbor is making, and she has every intention of telling him to knock it off. When he answers the door, she sees it's a punching bag that is on the receiving end of his wrath and she tells him to keep the noise down. Kirill doesn't take offense, heck no, he's intrigued! He sees something in her that he craves and that includes making her into the woman whose needs he can more than meet. Candi surprises him because she's taunting, verbally abusive and, at the same time, sexually open and responsive. This is a wonderful story, in part because Kirill and Candy are written so well, with a depth of personality and character that leaps off the pages.
Saints and Sinners is a new series by this author, and it starts with a BANG with Beautiful Villain.
Candy’s close to her Irish family, but not IN the family besides working in their pub. After a long day on her feet, tired and sore, she’s finally had enough of the noise the new neighbor is making in the apt above her. And with the goal of just being able to sleep, she goes up to grumpily request (demand) some basic apartment living consideration. What she finds is Kirill. He’s intense, Russian, handsome and the Bratva’s enforcer.
This kind of book, is my catnip. A random meeting, instant attraction, sass, intense loyalty and drama. Well developed characters and storyline, with intense smexy scenes throughout.
A great read from a consistent author. I’ll definitely be looking for and reading more in this series and by this author. I received a copy of this book and I’m voluntarily leaving a review.
My rating is based on all of the implausible events that occur in this book starting with a single girl knocking on a stranger's door about loud noises in the early morning hours. Sane women call the police, go see the landlord or simply wait until daylight . This girl, Candy, is pulled inside the apartment but never screams for help. She is manhandled, abused, forced to sleep with a brute who uses her all night and she does not report it or discuss it with anyone because "her body took control of her senses and actions." Give me a break. All of Candy's actions are illogical. The monster Kirill was truly a killer and a hundred times more believable as a character. He was worthy of the two stars I give this story. There is no chemistry between the two main characters. They just have sex which isn't enough reason for me to buy or enjoy a book. Story was empty.
Candy just wanted some peace and quiet. The new guy upstairs with his Wham! Wham! Wham! was driving her crazy. She just wanted to get some sleep from working all night with jerks leering at her. When she goes to his door to ask to quiet down, she is stunned. Kirill is not a man to mess with. He sees the fire in Candy and isn’t about to let it die. I love that these two from the beginning were explosive. Yes, he was demanding and overbearing. He captured her and kept her. But the passion was off the charts. Candy didn’t see the man with a soul or heart. She saw the cold hearted villain. But she had to look deeper to find the man that would do anything to protect what was his. The story was steamy from the start. A bit of a turf issue thrown in and even family drama. But it is Kirill and his drive and determination to have Candy as his and her never wanting to let go.
Beautiful Villian is the story of Kirill, a souless bratva assassign and Candy, an aspiring actress working in a cousins Irish pub and somehow loosely connected to a faction of the Irish Mob. They end up together and in the middle of a revenge plot leaning towards a war.
Bottom line, there are a lot of twists and turns trying to figure out whats going on and lots of sex and feelings. I liked both characters. They were strong and went well together. The reasons it got 4 stars and not 5 are: first, this is the same exact formula used in book 1 of the Italian mafia series. Second, the ending once again is abrupt with no meeting the parents even though they are in NY and no epilogue. The endings are all starting to feel unsatisfying and incomplete.
Even the devil can have redeeming characters when the right person choses to look within. Candy never dreamed how her life and heart would change when she knocked on the door of the mysterious stranger in the apartment over hers. Kirill Sabatin is known as the Hunter and is supposed to be the deadliest and most heartless enforcer in the Kozlov Bratva. Unfortunately for Candy, he is also the sexiest and most alpha man she had ever encountered and one who doesn't take no as an answer. That one chance encounter leads the two of them on a roller coaster ride that hurtless them toward an ending that will keep you guessing until the very end.

Wow! I really enjoyed this story. I mostly like Piper Stone's books but this one was different, just really grabbed me. I felt like this story was just a bit different and more rounded. Candy and Kirill's story was very hot and steamy and I liked the background mystery of the families in play. The development from the physical to emotional attraction worked with the story. Kirill never pretended to be something he wasn't and was very open with Candy from the start, he was just searching her truth in everything and finding the truth in what had happened to him. I think it was a great start to the next series.

I loved this story about Candy and Kirill. Candy wants to be on Broadway and in between auditioning picks up shifts working as a waitress in her cousin's bar. Kirill is an enforcer for the Bratva and knows he is a beast with no heart or soul, but when he meets Candy this changes. He can't change who he is and he is determined to not fall in love and ruin her but will dominate her. But after Candy is kidnapped and rescued by Kirill he places her in his condo to protect her. I loved the love hate relationship that Candy has and her dilemma about loving a killer. For Kirill it becomes a double edged sword and he fears what he feels he will inevitably do to Candy. I didn't want to put this book down.
