Somewhere off the shore of Portugal, a man is tortured and dumped in the ocean. In a dilapidated studio apartment in Poland, a rogue operative holds Clarissa Abbot hostage. With a new identity, a new legend, Jack Noble continues his hunt for the organization who put a contract out on his life.
With his connection to Clarissa now silent, Noble faces two critical missions. And he's certain they are intertwined.
Every lead Noble tracks down turns into a dead end. Those who worked for the organization refuse to give up any information. They'd rather die than betray their boss.
With no direction to follow, the situation appears bleak. Until Noble encounters a man from his past. A man who washed ashore in Portugal. A man living a legend of his own.
With none of his connections willing to help and his back against the wall, Noble has no choice but to trust the man to help him exact his revenge.

Another spine tingling thriller and a continuation of Jack Noble and his crew solving some incredible adventures! Thank you LT Ryan for keeping the thrill alive and looking forward to book 16 next year 😊👍!
So many twists, turns, and surprises. Very suspenseful thriller and very difficult to put down! L.T. Ryan keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what is next. It is late at night, and you keep saying just one more chapter. The next thing you know is to come to the end of the book, but you say it can't be finished yet because you want more. I don't know how this amazing author keeps making these books better and better, but I am sure glad he does! I look forward to the next book. Don't miss reading this book; it is exceptional! Happy reading! 😊
I've grown to love the characters over the span of....what is it....16 books in the Jack Noble series. L.T. Ryan writes excellent action scenes. The entire series is one wild ride after another. I wasn't expecting his characters...of which there are many...to have such real personalities though. They all feel real. I do wish just once Jack would get to keep the girl he's after. (L.T. I could write some great romantic scenes. Just sayin'.) Nice work. I can't wait for the next book.
Have been reading most of the series by Ryan. It’s very hard to pick a favorite series or a protagonist. Jack is one where I felt sad to have ruthless hunter. But I was also hoping he would succeed in his endeavors. After reading this book, I’m left with a void as there are no enemies left or they hiding in the shadows? Guess I have to wait for the next book. I felt like Noble hs no one left in his life.
If you like the Jacket Noble series, then this one is a must read! This one has him in hot water in several countries with several of his friends along beside him. Instead of getting tired of reading about Jack in 14 other books, it makes me hunger for more. Hey Lee, how soon can you get number 16 out? I'm ready for more of Jack Noble.
I e read the whole series and enjoyed them, but this one not so much . It was beyond wordy, and I found myself skipping 3-5 pages of unnecessary detail to get one paragraph of the plot progressing . I normally finish one of these books in an evening and this took me weeks because I couldn’t bear to finish it it was so boring .
This was a great read. Really good finish to this part of the series. I think this has been one of my favorite books so far in how they incorporated so many characters and added some new ones. Sad to see a few good characters get lost, though. But it's a good solid story with good suspense and action.
Another great Jack Noble book. Story was exciting and included a side story of Brandon which ended up being a part of Jack's story. Well done. Bittersweet ending involving Clarissa and sad parts for some of the other characters. The whole series has been excellent and have enjoyed every single one. Hope it doesn't end, always look forward to the next!
Jack is trying to determine who wants him dead. There are numerous possibilities and it takes extreme measures to solve the puzzle. This is a great addition to the series.
Need a scorecard to keep all the characters in place
Action finally occurred at the end of course, but man was it complicated. I prefer Ben Porter over Jack. Read him in False Assurances, Threat Bias, Subversive Addiction, Vital Deception and Epic Injustice.
Loved the jump between characters in this book, especially Brandon (who's been consistently one of my favorites since his introduction). By the end of this book, it feels like Jack Noble is entering a new chapter of his life, and I'm excited to see where it goes.
Thanks LT Ryan for wrapping up Nobles crazy adventures, thought for sure it was all wrapped up and over, all to see there is another one coming. Not sure I can wait till 2024. Thanks again for the books you write.
Ok LT me thinks you should either retire Jack or kill him. Seems as he has lost the edge. I have read all 15 of his books, and this one left me wanting. Will the next novel be his last?
Good tale even though confusing in its initial setting of the characters and conditions. Amazingly the main character stayed alive although one has to wonder how that was achieved with the superior class of villains he supposedly faced.
Lots of action and intrigue, but I felt like I needed a notebook to keep all the characters straight! I wouldn't do it again, unless I had started at the beginning of the series! My fault, not the book series!
15 books in, and each book is as fresh as the first. The characters may have developed, but in an age and experience way, and new ones come and gone, but the stories are improving with every book, and in my opinion must read's.
Great story. Jack finally gets the revenge on Meadow craft and gets Clarrisa a new life. Brandon gets his act together and goes legit. Jack also gets rid of Beck. Now he has to find Breeds sister and tell her the news. Excellent job!!! 10 stars plus!!! Thanks, Carl Clause
Rather long and more involved than I care for in recreational reading. Characters are well drawn, but I had the feeling at times that another predicament was added just to increase the length of the novel. I think not one of the best, but good.
The author has written a story of intrigue of deception, betrayal and revenge that will lead you through fights and survival of both Jack and Cassie. A great tale that will keep you entertained and guessing.
- Remembered the main character, but not the others or the interrelationships between them. The author (like others) appears to assume the reader remembers all previous novels which makes this an impossible stand-alone-book.
I thoroughly enjoy this.series. Love Bear and Jack and their wild adventures across the world. Always looking over their shoulder for the next bad guy whether friend or foe.
