A long time ago, a man came to Hakyung, who was struggling to pay his mother’s hospital bill. The man, who introduced himself as the vice president of TaeWon Group, said he was looking for his father’s benefactor. He was searching for the grandmother of a girl who lived in Hakyung’s neighborhood when he was young, but the girl’s whole family had died a long time ago. He asked Hakyung to dress up as a woman and impersonate the dead girl in which Hakyung accepted the man’s offer because he needed the money. Hakyung, who grew just like the benefactor’s grandson, managed to deceive the man’s father, and everything seemed to be on track as planned. Until the man’s son appeared. 7 years later, Hakyung was working at a bar and heard a familiar name among his customers. He thinks it's a common name and tries to get over it but then, he finally comes face to face with him.

I’ve been on a manwha spree these past few months, and I was starting to feel tired out by the same storylines and tropes appearing. That was until I read this masterpiece.

A truly very unique and beautifully heartbreaking story. The artist’s attention to detail really blew me away. Every character is well thought and complicated in their own way.

No notes, it was perfect. This will definitely be a manwha I revisit in future.

Again, finally something not abusive or toxic, I do adore these characters, all they need is to work on communication, besides that, I adore this <3

Edit: after rereading this, it’s touching, beautiful and heartbreaking. Im glad the next seasons coming out and cant wait to see whats in store.

It has been a while since a manga has made me feel so much. Reunion is deep and complex, and I can't handle it. Hankyung has to do whatever he can to help his family, and no one can fault him for it. I won't allow it. Yoonsung is immediately skeptical of him, which is also understandable. But the slow, torturous love that bloomed between these two was almost too cute to read about. Also, there is a novel if you would like to ruin yourself further.

Yes, I cried, so mind your own business. I will say the flashbacks slowed down the story quite a bit, but I chose to look past that. Also, with almost all mangas, there is the miscommunication trope, which seemed null and void 7 years later. Still, I enjoyed the story immensely. Their kisses stopped my heart, and the artwork had me rereading chapters because it was just so soft and detailed. I mean that scene when the kiss deepened as realization struck. I had to pry my eyes away.

I will be searching for the novel now in hopes someone has translated it. If it is not to be, then I will be in a corning crying some more.

-----Spoiler ahead-----

I don't usually put these in here, but I have to do it for myself. Instead of getting mad or feeling betrayed when Yoonsung found out Hankyungs secret, he was scared, Hankyung would leave him because he figured it out. I literally gasped. Yoonsung is too precious, and we must protect him with our lives. He knew the whole time. *crying*

While I'm not too fond of the sudden timeskips and the flashbacks going back and forth, this Yaoi manhwa is somewhat interesting enough to follow. I mean it does leave you with questions as to why the seme all of a sudden lost his memories of the uke being dressed as as a girl for the grandad? There's no explanation in that part really, I say season 2 will probably explain it I guess?

Look I have mixed emotions lads but the chemistry being the seme and uke is good enough for your own Yaoi spice lol

This is the second bl manwha that I read. I have to say that this one was so good. The plot was amazing for a bl format, the way that they're destinated above all that happens around them. I would've added a lil more develpment of the secondary characters, like a secondary relationship or smth, but I guess that bc of the plot it was difficult and it must focus on the main relationship hahahah. The drawing style was so beautiful too, idk just amazing. 4.5 stars :D.

Me he maratoneado este Manhwa fue… todo! Me ha conmovido y hecho llorar (era de madrugada y estaba sensible, que se yo), dibujos preciosos, y la historia me ha gustado que sea contada en dos lineas del tiempo.
