This was good but it was also a lot. There were four or five books in one. I kind of needed a break halfway through but I kept going anyway. It had a lot of funny parts and was low angst. I’m undecided on how I feel about Xander and Eli sort of having a separate relationship. Sort of made it seem less about the main female character. But it also had shifters, RH and gods and goddesses so I guess it’s whatever. The big conflict was definitely drawn out a lot and then ended up being kind of stupid.

From the moment IVY finds out she is not a human, but in fact a wolf shifter, to the final exciting show down. This was a fun and exciting ride. The whole things had some big issues, and something at the end could have stopped all of the madness. But I enjoyed this enough to keep going to the end. A solid three stars.

That was unexpected. Wolves and Greek myth. It got to be a bit much to keep everyone straight but it was interesting, sad, political and so much drama.

I read the entire series for a rushed ending and a RH that isn’t a RH.
The beginning of Arbor Falls had promise. We’re introduced to Ivy who after graduating, and coming to realize she was adopted goes in search of answers. Her search leads her to Arbor Falls a very small town with even fewer people. But she likes the solitude for the most part, and nature…so she’s happy to settle.
Cole comes into her life after 8 months of living in Arbor Falls. Turns out Cole is the Alpha of a local Pack and he had “sniffed” Ivy out and was upset that she hadn’t come to pledge pack allegiance. Ivy has no idea she’s a wolf, and when she shifts the first time it’s traumatic. She comes to realize that Cole and three others are her mates. And then the story goes all to hell.
Between the weird as shyte Gods and Goddesses plot, which is supposed to explain Ivy’s origins, and in some part, her mate Xanders as well, the fact that this reverse harem dissolves pretty quickly into a polyamorous book NOT a RH. Ivy’s one mate, of course, Xander is bi, and all but jumps Eli (Ivy’s other mate at the first chance he gets). Then Eli reciprocates and there are m/m scenes outnumbering the rest. Eventually ALL the men are as involved with one another as they are with Ivy. What’s wrong with this? Well, there wouldn’t have been anything wrong with it if the book had made it clear in the synopsis that it was a true polyamorous novel where ALL PARTIES WERE INVOLVED SEXUALLY. The largest issue comes from by having all the guys have sex and fall in love with each other…they really lose sight of Ivy. Heck Eli becomes more important, even Xander (with all his issues).
I didn’t like that the Gods and Goddesses were introduced so late in the series and that the explanation for their arrival and the part they play in Ivy’s series is sooooo large, but they’re introduced so late, and then there is a rush to the ending which doesn’t give the reader any satisfaction. It’s a hurried, anti-climactic ending, where the only “climax,” are the ones between the guys, and Cole AND SILAS (the straightest of the mates) jump on the we are now bisexual train. Frankly, the series dissolved into a hot mess, and instead of solidifying Ivy’s relationship to HER MATES, they solidify their bonds to one another, and it feels as if Ivy is on the OUTSIDE AS ALPHA looking in on this cozy “i love you fest,” between HER mates. She becomes relegated to the “daughter of the Goddess who actively encourages her guys to have sex with each other because if course she finds watching sooooo hot… *sigh*. Some women might find it “hot,” but it feels as if EVERY RH out there is now polyamorous NOT traditional RH (we can’t get ONE RH where the guys sole sexual and emotional love focus is on the FMC). And every author presses hard on the fact that not only is the FMC on with it, and encourages it, but it turns her on. Come on already. A little m/m is okay, but it has literally overtaken the RH genre, to a point that I feel as if we’re obliterating RH all together, in favor of “all love,” ie, they all love each other equally both emotionally and sexually. If that is the case I honestly wish the authors and publishers would STOP using the title Reverse Harem. RH, the FMC is the sole main focus of a group of people, men for the most part. It’s a play on the traditional harems where men have all these women at their beck and call, wives, harem girls etc. but in RH (it’s supposed to be the woman’s fantasy, which is handsome guys falling and tripping over themselves to be WITH HER, again, ONLY HER! Her men can be together as “brothers” or equal protectors lovers, husbands etc, to the FMC. But the male relationships especially the sexual and emotional, should NEVER overshadow the FMC.

Touching the surface
This complete series includes all 4 books. I found very often is RH books for authors is hard to balance between the spice scenes and the story itself. In this series I think the author done quite good job at that. Usually I loose interest in such a long series for one couple and here it happened again. Book one and two were great but by three as usual it started to drag. I read it all as it was interesting enough but I think it had the potential of being great. There are a lot of ideas there but just scratching the surface not been explored deep enough. Instead books are filled with a lot of waiting time which was annoying for me and some talk which tried to make the story fun but felt short in times when you don’t get the actual plot you’re waiting for. Ivy is half wolf half goddess but except her healing skills from the goddess side we don’t see any other of her abilities been explored. She becomes alpha but again not deeply explored. For Eli and Xander we don’t see how their experience affects them and how they deal it. Silas abilities are found just in the end but what used are they at all, I didn’t get to be honest. The whole plot is great but how it’s dealt it is making look wolf and people died for nothing then a child play between gods. I think if you make it such a paranormal/ fantasy book including gods you have to write it greater then what is presented. Spicy scenes were about 🌶️ 🌶️ they could’ve been written way better as well. For four books this series could’ve been great for now it’s only good for me. But I would definitely explore more books from this author as there is a lot of potential.

This is my first shifter romance book and to say I was hesitant to start would be an understatement. However, I found myself hooked on this from the word go. I do wish I had read Salinity Cove first though as this is referenced throughout the series.
The first book in particular had me unable to put it down but found it required a bit more brain power to follow as the story became more complicated.
Each book, except the last, ended on a cliffhanger. I was so glad that the series had been completely published by the time I read them else I think I would have had to tap into my own inner wolf to track Maya Nicole down to find out what happened next.
As the books progress, elements of Greek Mythology become included and I found myself researching Greek Gods and Goddesses to learn more.
I loved the references throughout the books to Twilight and Harry Potter. Had I’d been in Ivy’s position, I would have been making similar comparisons.
Ivy is a good, strong character who proves to be very much up to the job of being the top dog in a male dominated world.
The guys Cole, Silas, Eli and Xander were all quite different from each other but united in their love for Ivy and, eventually, each other.
The story was a good mix of romance, fantasy, thriller and spice with some laughs and also some parts that were quite upsetting.
Maya Nicole is a new find of mine, this year, and I have to say that I have yet to be disappointed by any of the books I’ve read (although I do have my favourites). I love how very different her books are from each other, encompassing many different genres but all are immensely enjoyable (well from the ones I’ve read so far anyway).

Hold onto your seats, because Maya Nicole just stuck the landing in Wolf Forever. The fourth and final installment of the Arbor Falls series, isn’t just a book—it’s a full-throttle, heart-shredding, adrenaline-soaked masterpiece!!!!!
If you thought the previous books were intense, this finale takes everything to a whole new level.
**Why This Book is Unforgettable**
A Non-Stop Thrill Ride: From page one, the stakes are sky-high. I barely had time to breathe between the plot twists and the relentless pace. It’s one of those rare reads where "just one more chapter" turns into 3:00 AM really quick. And I’m left useless at work.
**Action-Packed & Gritty:**
The battle for Arbor Falls reaches its boiling point. The action scenes are choreographed beautifully—brutal, high-stakes, and cinematic. You can practically feel the torment of the wolves.
**Drama & High Stakes:**
The world dynamics that Maya Nicole has built throughout the series finally implode. The betrayals and revelations that kept me guessing until the very end are finally revealed.
* **Emotionally Charged:** Bring the tissues. Watching these characters grow, heal, and fight for their found family was beautiful. The emotional payoff for the struggles they’ve faced since book one felt incredibly earned.
* **Scorching Spice:**
In true Maya Nicole fashion, the chemistry is *electric*. The "spicy" scenes aren't just hot (though they are **steaming**); they are deeply rooted in the characters' connections, making the intimacy feel meaningful and powerful. I have to admit I’m not a fan of MM or MFMM scenes, but this was done in a way that it wasn’t too vulgar. More of the romance was centered around the FL rather than side plots with just the men (although there were some chapters).
**The Bittersweet Goodbye**
I am genuinely devastated that our time in Arbor Falls has come to an end. Saying goodbye to these characters feels like leaving behind best friends. However, as hard as it is to let go, this was the perfect conclusion. It wrapped up the overarching mysteries while giving our favorite wolves the ending they deserved.
Final Verdict: 5/5 Stars. A breathtaking, spicy, and soul-satisfying end to an incredible series. If you haven't started Arbor Falls yet, what are you waiting for?

Started really well, ended flat due to excessive craziness
The first book in this series started really well. Unfortunately the author fell into the two worst pitfalls for romantasy stories: 1) early popularity misled her into extending the book longer than was interesting and 2) the extension required going over the line from fiction into absurdity.
I originally loved the FMC. Scratch that; I do still love the FMC all the way to the end. I wish she had been a little more pushy about her position in the pack toward the end but I accept her as a decent example of a strongish FMC. She was smart, adaptive and humorous as well as caring. A well rounded package mostly.
I originally liked Eli and disliked Cole. Toward the end I found them both relatively useless. They just don't live up to the character's potential or the needs of the plot. Xander is a decent MMC but his "two truths and a lie" facts are unnecessarily absurd and don't quite work for the society he describes as his pack. Silas is the solid winner of the guys but..... His parentage was part of the step too far.
Honestly, I should have stopped reading after book one. It drops off pretty steeply into excess and absurdity relatively early in book two. Book one would have made a better set up for mutiny against the patriarchy hierarchical nonsense instead of an episode of Greek gods Maury.

The ideas were interesting. Gave it three stars because the first three book were readable. Unfortunately, the plot was really choppy. The insta-love didn’t ring true. The MM plot lines seemed forced. There was no chemistry or build up with the characters. Just spicy scenes thrown in for their own sake. Some were good, but most were blah. None of the three alphas were any good at leading, they all came across as weak and reactive. The Greek Mythos fell flat. The author didn’t seem to have any idea what she was talking about. She had Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, against hunting and all but vegan. I actually made it to 88% and really wanted to finish just so I hadn’t wasted the time. Unfortunately,

The author spent the whole series building up a conflict between Apollo and Artemis and she resolves it with a thumb war… Yeah. So lazy. I just couldn’t do it. It felt phoned in. The relationships were mechanical at that point and driven by the author not the characters.

Great Omnibus
I’ve read a few of the first books and I’m glad I got the chance to read read them and the new ones in them one go. Maya knows how to write drama, passionate love, emotional heart wrenching scenes, in surprising situations. It all plays together well. My favourite part was reading the multiple point of views. We got to see in each of the characters minds and it allowed the reader to fall in love with each of them.
I did find that a lot of the same stuff repeatedly happened. Those situations already broke my heart the first time and to see it happen again was hard.
I am glad that they came out of it each time, and I also liked that each book felt like it had its own issue with the last one tying them all together. The characters just experienced torture from another’s hands after being kidnapped again.
Overall I liked the book. 4*

Confession Time
I lost a collective 12 hours of sleep this week and I’m entirely blaming Maya Nicole. 🙈🐺
I finally picked up Arbor Falls: The Complete Series, and let’s just say my responsibilities out the window. There is honestly nothing better than finding a series that completely takes over your brain.
Because it’s the complete collection, I didn’t have to suffer through any cliffhangers—I just slid right from one book into the next. The world-building is so vivid, the pack politics kept me stressed in the best way, and the chemistry? Absolutely electric. 🔥
I fell so hard for these characters and their journey. If you need a paranormal romance that will make you completely forget about the real world for a while, please do yourself a favor and dive into Arbor Falls. 💜

I fell so hard for these characters and their journey. If you need a paranormal romance that will make you completely forget about the real world for a while, please do yourself a favor and dive into Arbor Falls. 💜

Solid 3.5 stars on character building, world building, action, drama, and spice.
This is a RH Shifter romance. Full of twists, turns and spice I just wasn’t blown away. I would consider it LQBTQ. I may have liked it more if Ivy allowed her mates to be a little more domineering and if the writer tested their love a little more. Although the story was good it felt too easy.
Maybe if Dante wanted Ivy all to himself, Apollo kidnapped Ivy , the pack wasn’t so accepting of Ivy or she took some beatings It would have been more captivating🤷🏽♀️. Ivy doesn’t exude “alpha” so if anything she and all her mates should have been alphas.

I guess the plot wasn’t bad, but the rest was. It moved way too fast, and was missing a lot of small details. For example (spoilers), she’s graduating and then gets a call, the next sentence she’s in her fathers office opening a drawer. In that time her parents had died. Like what?? And she immediately finds out she’s adopted by an old news clipping. The headline was kinda vague and I didn’t see how she put it together so fast.
Literally two seconds later she’s forgotten all about her dead parents and wants to go find her “real” parents.
The next sentence she’s moved across the country, at a bar with new friends, a new job, and it’s been 8 months.
Talk about whiplash.
Just want for me.

If you like found family, discovering yourself, why choose, alpha female, goddess, shifter type of spicy books, this is for you.
Maya did a great job on all the details and keeping attention. The story line was great and it wasn't continuously predictable like most stories these days. While it does have a HEV, it had enough emotional twists throughout the way. It is a extremely fast burn spicy why choose with 4 men and 1 woman. There is MM action too. If you aren't into that or multiple partners I don't recommend unless you skip the pages. Overall, this was a good shifter series (4books in one).
Only thing I wish the time line wasn't so short. All 4 books take place within about 6 months give or take.

So underrated!
I’m shocked that I haven’t heard of this author before, especially having seen that she has other series out! I was pleasantly surprised on all fronts - totally expected this to be a knotting/vibes read, but what stated as a seemingly simple shifter story evolved into a fight straight from Mt. Olympus. Shocked? So was I. But since I love anything related to Greek mythology, it hit the sweet spot. Definitely not your average shifter story. And I’m happy to say the spice (and WAS THERE SPICE 🌶️🌶️🌶️) didn’t distract from the story at all for me. I’m excited to read the rest of her stuff.
If you like shifters, tension, trauma, fierce FMCs, and alpha-men embracing their emotions and opening up to new experiences, this one’s for you!

i wouldn’t waste your time; ending sucks and one mate betrays the pack
Extremely disappointed. Found this from an FB ad and it as misleading. Yes, Silas finds her tied up but there’s no war.no fighting. Just Huge misunderstanding. The reason i rated this book so low was because of Eli. He literally betrayed his mates for his sister. Everyone was t0rtur3d, has mental scars all because Eli had to be NEAR his sister. He didn’t even plan on saving her. He just wanted to be. Spurred besides her. That was honestly unforgivable to me ND EVERYONE JUST BRUSHED IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh im getting mad just thinking about it again.
Also the ending sucked. Lots of build up, hail the queen, all for a lame excuse of climax. We didn’t even get a proper explanation…. All be us she wanted a wife… yeah believable.

It's an ok read.
*small spoilers* I am glad I read it for free. I like the length and the fact that all 4 books are together. However. I feel books 1-3 are slower and then 4 wraps up everything too quickly. The whole Greek mythology thing with gods and goddesses just seems like an after thought and some of it makes you go "w..what..?" Like settling things with a thumb war?? I mean it was funny and broke up some of the seriousness but its like um why...? So if you're a reader who is looking for a good mix of spice and a story line from dream. It's not bad.

I loved Ivy’s story. I loved her in Salinity Cove and she only got better and feistier in Arbor Falls. She met new friends da and was having a great life. Her life was nice and neat until Him.
Ivy gets sucked into a world that she never knew existed. Her life begins to take her on a wild and crazy ride and she navigates her new found life!! Buckle up and get ready for a great time of twists and turns that will have you saying “Wait, WHAT?” in the best possible way. If you have issues with swords crossing, don’t read because there is plenty of it.

🌶️ If you’re looking for nonstop reverse harem smut then here’s one to read. You’ll get pretty much everything between Ivy and the four guys who claim her as their mate, and more once the guys claim each other as well.
For story… it’s all over the place. It’s got the found family Ivy is looking for after her adoptive parents die in a car accident on their way to her college graduation. Now, having found an article showing she had been found abandoned in a smaller town called Arbor Falls (no waterfalls mentioned, so who knows where the name comes from) she decides to make this the spot in order to build a new life and possibly finding out why she was abandoned as an infant.
Lots of references to Ivy’s best friend, a Siren and her three Triton mates (one who keeps a pet shark), but you won’t know much about them unless you read that series, plus there are moments with a fox shifter who is Ivy’s cousin, but Wren’s story is yet another series if you want to know about her).
Ivy, naturally, gets her found family in mates, when no one believes there is such a thing amongst wolf shifters… and Ivy winds up with four of them (incredibly greedy). Secondary characters will pop up and then be forgotten, so don’t bother remembering who they are.
We will also discover gods, sacred deer (funny after Ivy rips out the throats of a few bucks). She is super-powered to the max after being to weak to shift for 26 years. After that it snowballs within a few short weeks. We get a pregnancy scare that is quickly dropped and forgotten, we have a smallish town with houses exploding and forest fires set and no one in the human world questions this?
Militant marching armies of shifters had me imagining Scar’s Nazi-esque parade of hyenas from Lion King. These lead characters face near-death over and over and miraculous recoveries and war declared and the gods have their own undercover agency a’la Men in Black with some of the gods even serving in the ranks.
And no one is far from either a shower or a bed or a treehouse for sexy times.
It’s a whirlwind ending in the last ten percent of the book that leaves you with whiplash and nearly five percent of that is the ending that goes on and on and on with nothing but sex scenes between the leads in various pairings.
It’s a hot mess in far too many ways… basically you’re left reading this one simply for the smut as the rest of the storyline gets wayyyyy out there. Mostly it’s just everyone going through a wide range of traumas while Ivy tries to figure out just who and what she really is. Seriously, if Xander had any more trauma thrown his way I think that boy’s brain would have just pulled the plug to escape the Matrix. Eli not being far behind.

I am not good in writting reviews but this series was so good couldn't stop reading.
I even started being very emotionally when they attacked Ivy and Cole. Even the love the between Cole, Silas and Ivy had me going.
By time i started reading the 2nd book is more of a mythology when Apollo and Artemis was included.

Decent chunky read. Ideal for a holiday by the pool. Loved all the characters. Ivy was one lucky woman to have such devoted males. They all went through so much & I wish there had been an extra last chapter showing them later & I hope all happy leading a much quiter life together. I had Apollo pegged all wrong. I don't think I've read this author before but I will read again probably starting with Riley's story.

I wanted to love this series so much. Book one was amazing and was a great set up for a wolf realm story. However, along the way the story fell off. I think it’s because of the complexity of including gods and goddesses. The series had great potential and it was an easy and fast read. I recommend the read and it’s worth four stars because I loved the male characters. Cole was my favorite, but I must admit it was disappointing and didn’t live up to the potential that it could have.

A great read with excellent characters. Enjoyed the tie in with the other series. I felt Iike it needed some more ending though. I feel the same with the other series too. As the reader you go on a long journey across multiple books with the characters through challenging times so I feel like we should get a bit more of the good times and what happens with them in the future.

lack luster
I’m not sure where to begin with this one. Yes there is spice. Meh it’s just ok. There isn’t much of any story happening. It lacked excitement and was pretty mundane. The FMC had a weird fixation with tasting deer. Just didn’t hit the mark for me. It left a lot to be desired. There are so many good reverse harem books. This one lacked plot and it just wasn’t an interesting read for me personally.

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. It had me sucked in the entire time. The only reason I don’t give it a whole 5 stars is only because it wasn’t one of the best books I’ve ever read.
But it’s well written, has good plot, great story line, (the MFC can be irksome, but it’s bearable), angst, everything you can ask for. I think I’m just picky and prefer darker stories. Like, sad. Soul crushing, lol.

Good story.. but I got bored with it fast..
The story for the most part is good.. but its destroyed by 3/4s of the chapters being sex... wasn't what I was going for when I selected this book and I did skip most of several chapters because the sex was just too much.. major crisis happening let's all just drop our pants and f**k .. too stupid for words could have been an epic story.. but was disappointed by cheap smut

Extremely hot and sexy!
A great series that, while it includes great sex scenes, also tells a great story of shifters, the struggle of Ivy learning she is a shifter AND a female alpha, along with betrayal within the packs along with outside interference from the Greek deities of mythology. A must read for those interested in the genre.

This series has something for everyone! It's an action meets rom com meets paranormal wolf shifter reverse harem meets mythology meets erotica! This is a four-book series and each book leads into the next one to make the completed storyline. It's spicy steam and action adventure to keep you on the edge of your seat. It is definitely entertaining and will keep you happily entertained for days!
