One can sense the rush of blood in veins after the workout early morning comes to halt but the result isn't easy to be achieved.

It's the projection of experience in the book which helps readers actually connect and learn from it. With illustrations in the book, Poornima has passed a wonderful piece of work which not only speaks of real life experience of her life where she stepped in to cover the journey of losing weight and as the title focuses on losing upto fifteen kilograms in less than 87 days.

Like any other book, the book not only talks on guidelines on how can one lose weight but explains how everything is interrelated with the weight loss. Like one line says, "movements are important". Keeping active movements is the main thing which helps in weight loss.
Took me quite a good time in finishing the book and understanding it took me a little more time as I analysed a few facts in depth and found them accurate enough.

Health is one of the essential supplement one needs to have intact in himself as without health one is nothing but a scoop of icecream which melts down in weakness.

I actually vote on this book which speaks straight on things. Author has explained things in a vivid clear way for every reader to find it straight and direct which is the kind of thing I liked the most about this healthy read.

A guide for real. This one's a true guide for one who wants to lose weight with no diet plans and while still being allowed to eat things on regular basis which makes the mood bloom and rejoice self accordingly.
The author has shared her journey of loosing weight and the problems suffered due to her negligence. So here is a book that is a compilation of her lessons and a new outlook to lose weight without leaving your favourite dishes but yes reducing their quantity will bring a drastic change in your weight and hence your personality.
It's a descriptive read right from the start. People often opt to read books which could appear interesting but these are the actual kinds of books which have to be noticed and has to be later acknowledged. The author has shared her adventure of loosing the weight in natural manner, the problems suffered due to her negligence and how she actually found her way through which one can drop down the weight. So here is the book that is compilation of her lesson and a new outlook to lose weight without leaving your favourite dishes rather reducing their quantity will bring a change in your weight and hence in your personality.

Like monsoon makes one remember more of memories, this book made me remember my sister's days in weight loss centres and gym at the same stage of life before being married. I found the entire read to be true to a certain extent where I felt it's my sister author's actually talking about in detail. Being an avid reader feels so good as one gets to choose what's best and in that way, I never got my hands placed on a read which could spoil up the weekend.

The emotional breakdown is common when a plumpy human finds it difficult to lose weight and to fit herself into the clothes which the world finds trendy enough.
The book focuses more on ways through which one can lose weight by following a simple pattern of living up the life.
The wellbeing of body is connected with, mind, emotions, self belief and more which one never has been aware of and instead chooses to go for health centres which provides difficult and expensive methods to lose weight and yet nothing happens and instead the stress rises.

A beautiful enjoyable read to go for in order to find a healthy life ahead.

When you sit beside the road on the corner of two busy streets and read a book about this health conscious genre, you find yourself thinking strange thoughts and believing that you see things differently when you raise your head to watch the people go by.
Is fitness that difficult to be maintained and is balance that complex to be held?

There's always a possibility to make things turn in one's favour if right amount of efforts are poured in the right direction.
Adversity is a powerful wind. I don't just mean that it prevents us from going somewhere we might otherwise go. It also tears away everything except what cannot be torn from us, allowing us to see ourselves as we truly are, rather than as we might like to be.

What makes a person overweight or obese is a complicated question, but the essence of it is that most people eat too much and don't exercise enough.


This is how the book starts and this is how I started understanding that there always lies a key to undo things and to improve things in life no matter the delay one has caused or has beared in the previous process or attempts made at improving things.

Poornima the author of the book has brought in light the personal life experience which not only explains how author made the journey of losing the weight in a natural manner and how she actually found the way through which one can drop down the weight which saddens the mind all day long when in open world.
The facts mentioned are all good to be adapted I believe as to a certain extent, the narration made seems to be apt.

Problems have another name which means life has different roles and levels ready for one to occupy or to slip into.
Books on health and Nutrition have this way to make a reader feel completely attached with every word jotted out of experience and deep inner emotions of the writer as there are things which the author would have tried on self for real just to check what's working and what's not.

Author Poornima has been through a challenging period where she opted in for services which offer weight lose on guaranteed basis and also to provide healthy diet plans for the life time but when nothing actually changed and instead the condition grew a little more bad than expected, author took up the stand to learn on how the body hormones work and how she could take charge of them to direct them in the direction she wants to.

Well connecting with the soul through meditation is a thing known but how does one connect with the body system and how does one control his own changes of hormones.
Hormones Reset is a perfect pick to pick up and then to intake knowledge from. I liked the set of words used to explain things in a friendly simple manner.

What is it about the physique which is so catchy to everyone's eyes?
Well it's not the physique which has to be noticed and has to matter but it's more of the wellbeing healthy condition of a human's body which has to be shaped in a good way.
I've been watching my aunt work on her outer presentation way much in a difficult process but when she opted in for the internet ways of jogging regularly, that's when the hope started depleting from her eyes as no results worked. I'm sort of easily convinced with this book and I feel I might be able to her with this very experience journal like read.

Well made narration with phrases friendly enough. A short read with realistic emotions been showed as the chapters proceed.

Clock strikes twelve at night and the calendar changes the date across the country. Well it's time for the mindsets to change on how completely incomplete knowledge had been carried by people all this while.

After going through Hormones Reset by Poornima Vaamsi, I've started realising that the entire concept of weight loss proposed through ads over the social media platforms is half real.

The actual way comes from the inside of a human mind after a decision is made. Author from the start, explains how flow of money to get reduction in weight isn't the actual way to opt in for. It's the requirement of knowledge which is missing in most of us and author has been guiding now in a way perfect indeed.

There are many other things discussed in this book to help an individual in their weight loss journey.

The book is helpful as it is packed with information for those who want to start their weight loss journey and get visible results.

The language used is easy, understandable and beginner-friendly.

Overall it is a good book but if a little more information on various subjects were added then it would have become a perfect book.

Health and wealth.
These are the only priority things which one runs behind and so does this entire world but there's a reality people are away from and that's nothing but how both of them need complete attention, presence of mind and will power.

Author started with basic mentions and slowly proceeded towards fast paced narration where every explanation made a proper sense and made me find the book acceptable.

As the title suggests, this book helps in losing weight and in gaining self confidence but it's left upto the mind of one to actually accept things at the end. I sort of found myself convinced easily with the research shown in the book and with the trendy form of narration where illustrations keep the reader engaged well with the book.

I can speak up well at my own space or at my home in front of people I know but when it comes to public speaking, my mind goes numb and my mouth freezes up. This one and plenty other reads like this which actually talk on how a person despite the flaws and helpless being, comes up to the top of the peak of life. The author has explained the value of the ability which a person holds in life and that can be seen throughout the read which focuses on healthy way of living.

I liked how the book motivated me strongly on the process of losing weight in 90 days. People lose weight and gain double by eating out of tiredness and that's a wrong process which they follow.
This book pretty much helps well.

Highlighting things has always been my thing and speaking about this healthily read, I couldn't highlight things as every point narrated, is strong and effective enough to be followed by the readers who feel or appear to be fat or haven't been able to maintain their body activities.
The book has talks on immune system, how outer environment affects the inner hormones and how actually the fatigue takes place in the first place. There are points which the author has made specifically in clear terms on how to rest, and why a proper sleep is important too.
Moreover, the main thing I agree with, is to have self belief and to listen to the inner voice before anything else as that's what controls our powers at the end.

Timer is set and countdown of life keeps making changes. How does one keep a track or balance of personal health when there is no such meter to check on what's going on inside the body?

It's always a risk for the health when one's unaware but this book would truly work as the light to let one see through things clear cut instead of roaming around for answers around the world.

A well crisp, clearly narrated read.
Hormone Reset is the book which would make the reader enhance the unfit health into a complete fit and happy positive one. It's not about muscles always. I don't have any weight machine, so I can't tell you how much I have lost. But I have measuring tape and I have measured that my waist has been reduced THREE INCHES in more or less three weeks (not 1 inch per week). I didn't see much changes in 1st week. But I started feeling good within few days. I have trusted her every impractical word without doubting and implemented it.

Trust me guys, losing weight or fat is not a big deal but adopting a healthy lifestyle and discipline is a real challenge as I was extremely indiscipline. To adopt a healthy lifestyle it demands a serious and sincere effort. Once you adopt it you don't have to be bothered about weight/fat loss. It will happen naturally WITH PROPER EFFORTS YOU PUT IN. It’s a great read.

This book is an amazing option for people who are struggling to lose weight or just want to balance their health. Sometimes even after doing all those insane workouts and following all sort of diets the internet suggested we might not be able to see the results. This lack of result is not due to our lack of hard work but due to the lack of knowledge. To achieve our goals we first have to understand our body and how it works. The author has done a very good job of educating us , she has taken years of personal experience and research and condensed it into this little book. It is written in a way that makes reading it interesting , with a few illustrations here and there and an amazing way of delivering information this book has been a very helpful one. Totally recommend!

The efforts put by author Poorvi is clearly visible. After going through complete read, gonna hold this book like a baby bcoz this book is a storehouse of information. Also she has mentioned some sample diet and activity records through simple questions(which is really useful).
Initially I thought this book would just be like other books for example like only knowledge but no output or desired results and took time to try it out. And I saw tremendous results within 2 weeks (not only physically but mentally too). I weighed 78kgs when I started and currently am 75kgs now in the fourth week.
This book is a must buy for everyone who has tried all fad diets to lose weight and yet gained extra pounds later on.

I did the hormonal reset back this summer and I've kept them in check until today. I'm a menopausal woman with Hashimoto - not a good combination. I bought this book out of desperation. When I purchased this book that time my health went downhill. Although my doctor said that I was OK, I felt miserable. No energy at all. I did the reset with my sister. My goal at that point was not to lose weight although I desperately need to drop pounds. I just wanted my life back. Not only did I get my life back, I'm dropping pounds slowly. I'm not hungry, I have zero sugar cravings and my body just craves clean food. I had another check up recently and my OK blood levels (hormones and such) are, according to my doc, excellent.

It comes up with good funky narration to make the readers easily connect with the indirect guidelines which one could find difficult yet this book explains it in a simplest manner. Developing circumstances in life which could make one find a push to keep on going in life isn't easy to be developed.
The book's a great pick for a start on self betterment in terms of health as the book easily explains the importance of health and how health should be looked after carefully.

One grows serious and fearful at times when a sickness takes place but this very book through its focus on weight of a particular human body, makes the readers understand overall process of immune system and how issues can somehow still be tackled for good. I liked the knowledge I got to take in through this read. A perfect title which suits up well with the content narrated.
