Lots of information to take in but all in all, the book is packed with some very good information for an entry level person like myself who’s trying to find their way.

Benjamin Sweeney has written the book perfect for a digital marketing student, a digital marketing associate, or a pro who just wants to keep up with any changes that will most definitely take place. Digital Marketing QuickStart Guide is much more than just a quickstart it is really guiding you and recommending you further reading and resources, no gatekeeping here. So useful and practical, a must-have for anyone in marketing or for someone starting a business who wants to undertake some of the digital marketing duties while you gain brand awareness.
I’m amazed at how much useful information was packed into this book. I’m a visual learner, so, I found the charts helpful. I liked how the author explained each of the main media outlets FB, IG, and Twitter. Learning how each is structured and how it ties into the big scheme of things was enlightening.
The author says, “understanding who you are talking to, and crafting messages that resonate with your audience is classic marketing in a nutshell.”
I also liked the helpful tools he suggests, and the reference material at the end of the book is a wonderful way to take this to a whole new level.
This is good for beginners and for those who have been using social media but want to use it more efficiently.
