I had no idea what this would be like, but I was expecting more information (growing sunflowers, types, etc).
It's a quote and photograph book, nothing more. Loved a few of the quotes, but the photography was just "nice," not stunning or anything.

Sunflowers are my favorite flower for their brightness--looking at one always makes me happy. I'm also a sucker for books of quotes and little wisdoms. I received this for a birthday one year and have gotten good use out of it ever since.
