In short, among the stakeholders in the airline industry, customers, especially customers in search of low prices, have been the winners.” | As visible by my being only the second reviewer of this book on Goodreads 13 years after its publishing, this title discussed a niche topic within a nice interest. With that being said, if you are interested in commercial aviation labor relations, it is well worth your time! At points, the book was repetitive and showed its age in an ever-evolving industry, but the insights it provides into airline employee dynamics at-large are insightful.
