Hendrith Vanlon Smith Jr. is a leading authority on organizational architecture and systemic resilience. As the Managing Principal of Mayflower-Plymouth M&A Advisors, he serves as Strategic Counsel to corporate law firms, private equity investors, and mid-to-large-scale enterprises navigating the complexities of high-stakes M&A transactions and prolific macro-environmental change.

His work is centered on the elimination of "governance friction"—the structural misalignment that accounts for a 20-30% loss in organizational efficiency during periods of transition. Hendrith is the creator of the proprietary R6 Resilience Change Management Framework, an iterative, evidence-based methodology designed to dissolve functional silos and implement agile, value-stream governance models.

A Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Candidate specializing in Leadership and Change Management, Hendrith’s research into systemic interconnectedness provides the empirical blueprints for his advisory work. His multidisciplinary background—combining an MBA in Strategic Management with advanced graduate studies in Macro-Systems and Policy Architecture—allows him to synthesize rigorous financial oversight with a sophisticated understanding of human capital and organizational behavior.

As the author of GAME CHANGR6 and other definitive works on corporate strategy, Hendrith provides boards and C-suite leaders with the tools to move beyond reactive management. Whether architecting a post-merger integration, optimizing a fractured supply chain, or aligning complex HR policies, his mission is to ensure that organizational restructuring leads to sustainable competitive dominance.

Specialized Advisory Verticals:

*M&A Integration: Capturing deal value through systemic synergy and structural alignment.
*Supply Chain Resilience: Engineering adaptive value streams in volatile markets.
*Human Capital Strategy: Redesigning governance to optimize cross-functional coordination.

As the Managing Partner of Mayflower-Plymouth M&A Advisors, Smith has sat on the Board of Directors for several companies. His wealth of business wisdom has garnered recognition from influential platforms, including Seeking Alpha, FORBES, Yahoo Finance, Good Housekeeping, Brigham Young University, and Data Driven Investor, making Hendrith a sought-after expert in the corporate world. Smith is also an investor.

My teacher uses quotes from this book for most of her lessons. It helps me to understand the ideas way better than the textbook stuff. A lot if my classmates seem to like it too. I'm going to really rock out when I graduate high school in two years.

Really good book for just the basics! Best audience is probably high school students like me but for those of us looking for my detailed stuff, this is not the book.

My Economics teacher used this book for one of our assignments. Then I read it and it has my excited about learning more business stuff next year in 11th grade. Glad I'm learning this stuff in High School so I'll be prepared when I get to college, when I get a job, and when (if) I start my own business.

My high school economics teacher had everyone in the class read this for an assignment. I quickly realized I actually much rather read this than some of the stuffy complicated textbooks we typically have to read. I enjoyed it. In fact, going to be using this book to help me get my mind right for starting my own business while I'm still in High School.

The book could have been titled ‘A collection of business quotes’ because that’s what it is. The author clearly has a lot of wisdom on the topic though and many of the quotes are truly eye-opening and mind-shifting

Amazing wisdom that clearly comes from experience and study by the author….. but…. Mediocre book that’s basically just a collection of one-liners or short quotes by the author. But the author is honest about that on the book description. I think you have to shed your expectations before buying or reading this book. Then you’ll probably find some very useful content in it. It’s more of an encyclopedia you have for occasional reference/inspiration than a book you actually read from start to finish.
