"Legend" follows the course of the band Poco from their early days to 2008. The book analyzes albums and line-up changes in an effort to figure out why Poco never became a super group. On a number of occasions, bad luck and bad business decisions from record companies negatively impacted Poco, yet their music has stood the test of time and faithful fans like Dan keep the horse running after 40 years. For me, not knowing Poco’s full catalogue, the book was a little slow at times but I think PocoNuts might enjoy the details about the band and their creativity. I still enjoyed the story of the people and the process and its hard not to like a book that mentions Kweevak.com (page 232).
