It’s what sends Lexa rushing from the room whenever Ezekiel and Jeremiah enter it, and has for months now. She knows nothing good can come from giving in to the feelings that fill her anytime they’re nearby. She’s fine with the desire that they make thrum through her, but she has sworn off anything that has to do with the heart for as long as she can remember. Two sexy brothers are not going to make her go against that.
When she’s attending her best friend’s wedding, and loses her room card, she’s left with having to ask to stay in the room across from hers. The only problem is that the Wright brothers are in it. With the only options being to sleep in the hallway or knock on the door, she rises her hand.
They invite her in all too easily, with smirks and lingering stares. Once she’s inside, they offer a single night with them...between them. After a few intoxicating kisses and torturous touches, she accepts. She can feel though, that come morning, nothing will be the same.
This is a standalone erotic romance. No cheating, no cliffhanger, and HEA guaranteed!
Lexa has been avoiding the chemistry she as with Ezekiel and Jeremiah, but then she is locked out of her hotel room while at a wedding and ends up sharing a room with them. They offer her a hot and steamy night together but will one be enough? Fast-paced read with plenty of drama, emotion and steam. Great characters and a fast-paced and sizzling read. I liked it.
Honestly, this one was pretty disappointing for me. To begin with there, there were numerous grammatical errors that pulled me out of the story, but that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was the absolutely out of character way Lexa (and to a certain extent Ezekiel) acted. For the entirety of the first two books, we learn that Lexa is absolutely closed off to the idea of love, this book explains in bigger detail just why. And yet, the very first time Lexa has sex with the brothers she starts having feelings for them. And those feelings grow each and every time they sleep together. No honey, that's not love, that's lust. And maybe I could have overlooked that, if the sex scenes weren't one, at least eighty percent of the book, and two, repetitive to the point of being boring.
Seriously. I never thought a threesome could be boring, but here we are. There was nothing exciting about them, or even different. And so help me if I had to read about gel being pressed against her "tight ring" or how badly it hurt to be taken that way one more time, I think I might have thrown my kindle. As it was I began to just quickly flip through those scenes as to not have to subject myself to anymore of the drivel.
On the plus side, we do get to see more of the others from the first two novels (Sophie, Law & their son Shawn as well as Charlotte and Jackson), so that was nice. I also liked seeing the different events that Lexa pulled off. And the glimpse into the future that was an epilogue was fun as well, even if I knew what was going to happen due to reading the first two novels.
At the end of the day, while the last two books missed the mark for me for different reasons, if they sound like you're cup of tea, I recommend giving them a shot. You may just enjoy them more than I did.
I WAS GIVEN THIS ARC IN EXCHANGE FOR A FAIR REVIEW Denial it's a quick hot read. We meet our heroine, Lexa, in the previous companion novels in the series. From the first moment she's introduced to the heroes we can see the insanely hot chemistry between them, but Lexa doesn't want the complications behind a possible romantic relationship. And this is where this book begins, with her trying so hard to deny any possible feeling and desire to the twins. After a night where she's forced by the situation to sleep in their suite things will never be the same. I loved the fast pacing of this story, and the difference between the twins. Each has a distinct personality and face different anxieties. Of you want an erotica romance that'll make your blood boils, but with tender and sad moments too this book is for you. On the negative side I'll have to say that this book didn't look edited enough. Often words were repeated and others misspelled, but it could be an ARC problem.
Lexa, the female lead, has been avoiding Ezekiel and Jeremiah, brothers and the male leads, as much as possible since she mentioned that she was interested in ménage as part of a Truth or Dare session and found that’s their preferred sexual/romantic engagement.
When she’s locked out of her hotel room and they’re her only option, they quickly fall into a sexual relationship. But she and Ezekiel don’t believe a romantic relationship is possible…
This story is female lead POV, well written, and an interesting conclusion to what I believe is a trilogy. I found the engagement with and integration of secondary characters built depth into the story and I enjoyed the character interactions, especially the distinction between the male leads.

This is book three in a set from Jade Dare. Each is a standalone HEA so you don't need to read the previous two to enjoy it, but I do recommend that you do. It makes it even better! You'll be introduced to Lexa and the set-up for this relationship with Ezekiel and Jeremiah.
The story begins in the thick of it and doesn't slow down or hold back. If you haven't read the previous story, Lexa is simultaneously attracted and closed off from the men pursuing her. She guards her heart but little by little finds herself falling for them.
Jade's writing style excels in character development and the relationships between the brothers, friends, and family are truly well done. The plot is immersive and emotional and the love scenes are hot!
“I can’t afford to let this feeling nagging at me grow any more than I foolishly already have.”
Book three of the Meet Me in the Dark series is Lexa’s book, just as I expected. I have already read the first two and was pretty sure Alexa would be next. Once again Jade has written another fantastic book that is as interesting, captivating and hot as the others. Jeremiah and Ezekiel are so unbelievably amazing! I fell instantly in love with them and devoured every page. These three belong together and I really enjoyed watching it all happen.
While this is a stand alone try to read the first two books before this one. It really does make it more enjoyable. Trust me.

Saving the best till last in my opinion. #whychoose MFM (no MM whatsoever) Lexa doesn’t do commitment, watching her mother for years making herself into what her new love wants (then picking up the pieces when they leave!) so that’s not for her. Zek and Jer are going to change her mind, but Ezekiel is only in it for the fun, he doesn’t want anything more permanent. Can these three become more than friends with benefits? This was my favourite out of the three books. A little angst, lots of heat, and banter that will have you chuckling.
Ezekiel and Jeremiah are the men, who Lexa desires, but denials her and him the pleasure They admitted in a truth or dare game to be interested in a menage. Not everybody belives in romance though. Lexa avoids them, but then comes into a situation, she can not avoid them anymore... There is a lot of lust and love. Well written.

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the first two, but I feel like this one wrecked me more when things went wrong.
These three, it was a fight from the beginning, and sweet Jeremiah was the only one brave enough to face everything head on. Both Lexa and Ezekiel have pasts that could ruin everything when it comes to protecting themselves.
But even with the fighting each other in the feelings department, the heat is so very hot!
Ezekiel and Jeremiah want Lexa. She wants them but can seem to stop running. A not so chance situation leads to walls coming down and some serious heat. I loved that this book was definitely erotica but also had a good plot.

There’s not really any plot in this one at all… it’s basically all smut. The brothers only seem to say suggestive remarks or flirting. Like do they ever talk about anything else? Where are their personalities? And why would two brothers be so intent on sharing a woman like that? Eh it wasn’t very good.
A steamy romance read. The characters fit well together and have amazing chemistry. The story will keep you interested to see what will happen next. Overall a great read. This is a new author for me and I am looking forward to read more.
Absolutely loved this book! The steam and love between them was fantastic. The way they came together after both have been hurt by someone in their lives was perfection.
