This book just doesn’t get there for me. I think the dialogue between the FMC and her dad about knowing her intentions in becoming the nanny and then how it all plays out kind of lacks any tension in the plot. So it just didn’t work for me.

It felt like it was written by a child. What kind of father sets his daughter up with a man his own age? And both of them act like teenagers in their thoughts.
