Inspiring, enlightening, comforting, and uplifting! Just a few words to describe Amore by Julie Kusma and Derek King. Page after page lifted me into the sphere of the heart. I delighted in poetry that gripped my mind and soul. Amore lifts the reader out of the mundane and into the world of the heart. The abstract concept of love is presented with images that make your mind tingle with possibility. One recalls each and every infatuation—each moment of falling, diving, and jumping into impractical emotions, those that grip one's entire being—just as love does when it is fully realized. Take a journey into your very soul and read Amore. Your heart will swell with the magic that is love!

In 'Amore', Julie Kusma and Derek King have composed a magical and passionate dialogue in poetry. Interspersed with truly exquisite artwork featuring birds outside of cages, this collection is truly a delight to read through.
My personal favourites are 'Soar' and 'Morning Star', but every poem is a wondeful expression of love and desire.
