Savage Hearts #3

Savage Reign

Some people say you should forget the past, focus on the present, and dream for the future.
That’s what I intend to do, because I want nothing more than to move on and start a new family–and a new life in Greythorn–with Silas, Damon, and Jude.
But the past doesn’t want to die, and despite our reign, there’s one person who wants nothing more than to see our Kingdom fall.
I refuse to see my men get hurt again.
This time, I won’t sit back and watch the attack from the sidelines.
Like a predator waiting for a kill, I will attack.
And I will defend my family like the Queen that I am.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned–and hell hath no madness like three alpha men protecting their young.

Savage Reign is full-length enemies-to-lovers reverse harem romance. It is a spinoff of the Ruthless Royals duet, which does not have to be read first. It is the third and final book of the Savage Hearts series, and it ends with a HEA. Please note that Savage Reign contains explicit language, violence, kidnapping, cult-like themes, pregnancy/breeding themes, as well as light primal play and consensual non-consent.

Anybody wanna talk about how he was like “oh I can totally take your iud out so we can get you pregnant tonight” cause wtf did I even just read? This series got progressively worse for me. I’m a glutton for punishment so I definitely skimmed to finish it but I just had zero connection to the characters and could not get into it.

Um, was this a perfect ending ? Oh, abso-fucking-lutely.
Was this a good series ? You can bet your sweet ass it was a good series.
I enjoyed this ride. I really , truly enjoyed getting to know Lennon and her guys. I enjoyed getting glimpses from Briars life a little, because she is my favorite bitch in this universe. Sorry, Lennon Rose. She simply stole my heart first.
You know for the first two books in series I made an edits and post it on my IG. (anjasbookworld if you want to check it out) but I always post for the last book on here and Amazon. I just think it’s a perfect ending to my reading and in honor for lovely author.

What can I say about this book ?! I honestly don’t know. I am still getting my thoughts together. Well, some of the things I can say is that this book was hot. Now, when I say hot, I really mean like hot-hot. I still have that “snow” scene in my head and it will live there rent free for a while. I love it. I love every twist, i loved every hot moment, I loved every happy and sad moment because one thing was for sure Damon, Silas and Jude will always have Lennons back, and I live for that.

In the end all I can say to you is to go on KU and start your reading as soon as this book is available on May 10th, because this book and this series in general has my 5 ⭐️ and I can’t wait for the new stories to come.

Savage Reign (ARC)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫4.5
🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶5/5

*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*

Savage Reign is a Reverse Harem story. This is the third book in the series, and cannot be read as a stand-alone. Must read Savage Hate and Savage Gods before Savage Reign.

The overall plot of this book is actually so good. The underlying issues and stories that are woven throughout all three books are truly so appealing to me. I love smut, and all the spicy scenes… but the plot is equally important for me. AND THIS BOOK HAS IT. I loved knowing what was going on while the characters were blind, it did add to my anxiety over the plot… but that is what makes it good.

The relationship development grows even more in this book. That is so valuable, a lot of times when we get a RH series I feel we lose some of the relationship… BUT NOT THIS TIME.
Their bond and relationship grew in a very exciting and fun way (Chapter 13 😉). I loved that we got to see some holiday scenes with all of them. Those tend to be my favorite because they are always so precious.

“Right now, standing here with them… I feel secure. Brave. Loved.”

Amanda can write some badass smut, we got introduced to some primal play in this book and I am HERE FOR IT. I loved this element of the smut. I was SHOCKED in chapter 13, and it had me SUCKED in no questions asked. Again, I LOVE LOVE LOVE that the men are also comfortable being intimate with each other, I love reverse harems, but I love them even more when the men are open to other men I think it makes the sex scenes even BETTER. This series seriously holds some of my favorite smut of all time… READ THIS SERIES NOW.

“You like it when we chase you?”

Individual character development is a huge element for me, I like to see characters continue to mature and make better choices and decisions. Lennon's growth was HUGE throughout this whole series, not only is she growing with her men, but with her mom. I loved seeing that maturity shine through and I couldn’t help but be proud of Lennon and all of her decisions in this last book. Lennon is strong, powerful, smart and caring. All the things I look for in a badass FMC.

Amanda has done it again, I would recommend this book to anyone who loves smut, eats up reverse harem, and enjoys a little bit of mystery. This series takes a top 3 spot in my RH rankings! Cannot wait to read more by Amanda! <3

love those boys

Love the characters. The build up through the three books kept you reading . I feel there was more buildup to the ending than what the ending ended up being but all around I still enjoyed the series and the characters

This is book three in Savage Hearts Series
Lennon is finally in a place in her life where she wants and deserves to be happy with her guys. Of course there is still some drama that happens, but the good out ways the bad. She gets closure from her past and is ready to look towards the future.
Her three loves are ready to do anything for her and with her.
Silas her firecracker
Damon her beast
Jude her sweetheart

To them she is their Queen
Even though this series started out as a bully romance their isn’t any of that in this book. The steam in book three was the best so far (piercing scene, snow scene, etc).
There are triggers in this book so make sure to read before you read the book.

Amanda did an amazing job of this series and I’m happy it ended this way. I was given this book as an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
My opinion is you NEED to read this whole series!!!

AMANDA DID THAT!!! I didn’t think I’d love a harem more than the Ruthless Royals but Silas, Jude, and Damon blew them out the water.

I was beyond sick and was still able to power through this book in a few hours. Her writing is immaculate.

There are some triggers. Beware. This series was THE BEST. I’m so close to owning all her books. Hands down 1-click author. I’m ADDICTED to her writing. If you have not read anything by Amanda Richardson then you are missing out.

"A savage ruler, ready to fight for what's hers. Ready to fight for the future."

It has been such a wild ride to get to the end of this trilogy. Lennon has definitely gone through a lot in her life, and I am so glad she got everything she wanted and more with her three hot amazing men!

I look forward to reading more of Amanda's books in the future!

This series was absolute gold. 🏆

The ending was a beautiful wrap up, and my favorite character remains Jude, I love all of them but Jude is my baby 😍💓.

I'm so happy I choose to read this book, the plotline, spice and development were all well written and thought out. It was definitely worth the read. 🥺

“You’ve been in our lives for years. As kids, and then as angsty, hormonal teenagers. Back then, we may not have known this future–we may not have believed it, either–but I think I speak for all of us when I say, we always felt tethered to you, somehow. Your soul lit up something within us. I thought it was hatred, but I was so wrong. Even all those years ago, my soul loved yours.”

📚 Book Review 📚
This book is so hot! The plot is excellent (who doesn’t want to take down a corrupt church/cult), but the highlights of the story are the very well-written, and abundant, smutty scenes. MF, MMF, group… All you could want and more.

The heartfelt professions of love brought me to tears. They suffered to get there, but that HEA put a big smile on my face.

I highly recommend grabbing this series! It is one I plan on re-reading multiple times.

Plot? None. Romance? None. Absurdity? A million percent. Why am I reading this? Who knows 🙃

This book is nothing like the previous two books. This is the ✨domestic bliss✨ book that so many authors are publishing to end series. And I hate domestic bliss because I'm in my messy book reading b!+ch era right now and all I want is chaos and blood and tears in my books 🤡

At this point, just slap the romcom label on this. They were so happily ever after with each other. All supportive and loving. There is nothing dark or any bullying here. And Amanda Richardson had to go and add the br33ding trope 😫

Other than that, this book was fine, I guess. There's nothing interesting or complex about it because it's literally just about Lennon wanting a baby and that's it. That's the whole plot from the beginning. So there's basically no plot.

The book is dumb but every book in this series has been dumb so that's nothing new. The cult plot in this series is completely mediocre so ignore that. It's a cute and fun series if you just toss your brain aside for a while. The characters are cute so I sometimes enjoyed spending time with them.

Will I read another Amanda Richardson book? Who knows. This series was weak and the previous series is set in f--king high school and everyone is saying the new series is just ridiculous levels of cringe, so who the f--k knows when I'll read another Richardson book 🤷‍♀️

This was a really great conclusion to the trilogy. We finally get to see things wrapped up with Liam and I was really shocked at how it all played out. There were some moments in the book where I felt the story dragged on a bit and I wanted to see more about the relationships between Lennon and each of the guys the goes beyond them trying to knock her up. It seemed to take over so much of the story line and over shadowed the issue with Liam. I think I enjoyed the last 25% of the book the most when it all really moved full steam ahead. There were some really spicy and some super sweet moments sprinkled throughout the book too which were great.

Amanda has done a fantastic job with the conclusion to the Savage Hearts series.

Lennon, Silas, Damon, and Jude went through an awful lot to get to their HEA. It was a rocky ride to start with, all of them still hurting over the past. As they made their way through their hurt they found happiness that none of them had expected. The threat of the Church of Rapture loomed over them throughout all the books and in book 2 they took a big hit. We get it all wrapped up in a nice little bow in the end with book 3.

Savage Reign was a great conclusion. For me, I felt a little that the whole church storyline got a little pushed to the side for this book. It didn't hurt the storyline in fact I thoroughly enjoyed the extra together time that they got because of it. There were a whole lot of spicy, fun moments gifted to us.

This book is really about cementing the future for the four of them and ending their conflict with the church. The bad guys get their moment but it won't be the end of our foursome of course.

Overall, the series was a great read and I'll be looking forward to more from Amanda for sure.

It's been six months and Lennon and the guys are solid, while she never intended to stay in Greythorne with the guys by her side, for now, it is home. The bakery is becoming popular and staying in the black, a relationship with her mother has become possible and she sees forever with Damon, Silas, and Jude. If they can end the Church of Rapture and Liam nothing will stand in their way.

Despite the church hanging over their heads, they are all looking to the future. They want to solidify their bond and they want to make their family whole. With everyone on the same page and wanting the same thing, they make plans to create a real family with Lennon.

“Let’s fucking knock you up.” I grin, my stomach swooping with how happy he looks. “Really?” He finishes his coffee and sets it down. “Hell yeah.” He cocks his head. “Call your doctor tomorrow.” “Why?” I ask, my hands shaking slightly. “Because she’s going to take your IUD out… or we will.”

A week away gives them a chance to let all the stressors from their life fly away for a while. They spend the time falling further in love and being intimate every chance they get. The time away only makes them stronger. It also enforces their need to end things with Liam and the church so their future and family are safe.

No matter how much they prepared though even the best-laid plans can fall through. When Liam makes his move it might not only cost them the family they are trying to create but all of their lives.

Happy Reading.

Savage Reign is a dark romance that will have triggers for some readers. You need to heed the warnings in the beginning of the book. I don't even know how to review this book. It was so freaking good and I feel like going in to it blind is the best way to go. I can tell you that this book has everything that you want in a great dark read and will have you on the edge of your seat. It is spicy and might just catch your kindle on fire. The characters are great and they have some things going on that will surprise you. Their is relationship growth galore in this book and you will love these characters even more than ever. I don't want to talk about this story and give anything away. I do want to say that this book is amazing. The entire series is amazing and one that you do not want to miss.

Having read Savage Hate and Savage Gods, i couldn't wait for more! As soon as i reached the end of the second installment i started looking forward to this one right away! I picked it up as soon as i could and got right back into the Savage Hearts world! I so enjoyed this third installment!

Lennon, Silas, Damon, and Jude's journey continues! These characters and their story pulled me right back in. I wasn't sure how everything was going to play out with these characters in this last installment which had me glued to this book even more.

It was so great being back in this world and reuniting with these characters once again! I loved how throughout all three installments i felt all kinds of emotions from start to finish. I enjoyed getting to see how they'd tackle things in their lives. The heat between Lennon and her men was so fantastic! These characters and their story kept me on my toes for sure.

With Savage Reign, Ms.Richardson has created such a good and unique read / trilogy that brought the heat and made me feel so much! Definitely check it out if you haven't already. I can't wait to read what she comes up with next!

great ending with a baby

This was the third and final book in the Savage Hearts series making this a complete series. It’s a quick read that keeps you intrigued the whole time. We are now six months into their relationship, so it’s a tiny bit further into the future.

In this book, Lennon has fully blossomed and become who she truly is. The trust she has in her men, had her feeling baby fever. After hanging out with nephew Easton, Silas, Jude and Damon also are having baby fever. While we definitely have the issues with the church and Liam to resolve, this book has a large br€€ding k!nk component. 😮

These four truly are settling in as a family, and Im shocked they haven’t moved yet, considering their house has no been broken into not only once, but twice. However, once they were able to eliminate Liam from the picture, and accomplish their goal of taking down the church, they were able to relax enough to bring a little girl into their world.

I definitely suggest this book and the entire series. I do have to point out that having a baby is a large concept in this book, and should be known going in.

Hmm... Not my most favorite series, but a decent RH overall. It felt a rushed, especially since I think it was kind of pushed as a dark bully RH, but it was definitely light on the bullying part. As I said in my review of book 1, I think there could have been a lot more bullying - they really forgave and moved on too quickly for my tastes.

I liked the cult storyline, but I kept expecting more darkness from Liam, or even a change of heart for him to join in, since he had an attraction to Silas. Especially after what happened with them all in book 2, i thought maybe Liam would be less hostile to them. But the boys seemed bent on taking down the cult, not realizing that Liam was on to them.

I did love how Lennon and her mom made up with each other. It was great to see the growth in her mom, even as a side character. The changes in Lennon, too, were great to see and experience. Going from scared, unsure, low-feeling, to confident, pursuing dreams, wanting motherhood.

The pregnancy trope was something I did not expect either. For as short as book 3 was, a lot of big events happened to this group. It was great to see them come together for each other, have their steamy times, and motivate one another to move onto the next phase in life.

I’m just gonna do my overall review here!!! Because I literally couldn’t stop until I got to the end!! I devoured these books!
Lennon was a broken woman at the beginning with her mother being a class a biotch basically leaving her to her own devices at the age of 6 and never to know love at all, until walking into Savage Ink when Silas, Damon and Jude turned her world upside down and showed her that people do care about her.
I could relate to her in her noting her emotions and only showing anger or try and be funny anytime someone tried to show her any type of affection.

Silas the broody cinnamon roll, Damon the alpha dom, and Jude the quiet one.
Silas and Lennon have so much in common that when she was bullying them didn’t want to give them the time of day. But Silas’ childhood was very similar to her Patents never there and the emotional toll that takes on a person. Raising his younger brother as well.
Damon and Lennon’s banter was everything to me. The way she would push his buttons to see how far she could take him until he would snap (in a good way!!!) to him saving the day at the very end!!
Jude he’s my favorite what that ass hole did to him was terrible it broke my heart and Lennon was so worried for him when he would go and do the thing that he thought was right only to come to the realization that it wasn’t worth it anymore!!

And we are at the final book of this trilogy, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. We got to witness the love that these four have for each other, a little get away and so much family that it ties everything up in a bow.

Now, I don’t want to give anything away or give possible spoilers so know that the Church of the Rapture will never leave Lennon and the guys alone. Jude has been working hard to get answers to help bring them down, but nothing has come from all that he has done. As Lennon spends time with Briar and her other friends, she is getting more and more comfortable with who she is. This is the new Lennon, and she is much happier than she ever remembers. The support system she has created for herself helps keep her in a safe place especially when her mom reaches out to her and wants to meet up.

Jude, Silas and Damon are all still very talented tattoo artists and Jude is working hard to help with the backlog of clients. The guys all show their love for Lennon and support her in all that she wants to accomplish. Nothing comes easily for these four, but they all have their roles, and it works beautifully.

I am in love with Amanda Richardson. Man can this woman write some hot and steamy reverse harem novels. If you like RH, then you’re in for a treat.

In this series, we meet Lennon, Silas, Jude, and Damon. Lennon is the tough-as-nails FMC (after discovering herself), Silas, the soft emotional lover, Damon, the wild and daring kind; and Jude, a mix between the two. The lucky woman has a touch of everything with this trio. The one thing they all have in common is their love for Lennon, their Princess. The crew had a rough go of it in high school, but her soul is what kept them tied to her.

Mix in the church, which has never been easy with any of them. So much drama, pain, and turmoil surround that church. The guys will do any and everything to expose the filth of these sinners, who call themselves men of God. Everything that unfolds is almost unreal and sickening. One thing that never waivers? The love and passion they feel for one another.

This is easily one of my favorite reverse harem trilogies. I am so excited about Amanda's next release…Lords & Rivals: A Dark Bully Reverse Harem Romance, coming later this year.

Happy reading!!

Having binge read the prior two books then Savage Reign, I am LIVING for this world that Richardson has created for us! Spicy, twisty, intense and emotional, we are taken on a roller coaster ride that will have you fanning yourself and falling in love with Lennon and her men. I love that each guy delivers something different to the table. Especially after everything they have been through to get to this point. Damon is the beast of the crew, Jude has this sweet yet mischievous side to him and Silas, well he is just damn. I am not sure what it was about Silas, be it his history or something more, but I was drawn to him more. Seeing Lennon grow throughout this series was amazing too and seeing how much she is the glue to this group within Savage Reign is everything.
With this being the last installment of this crew, we see the side storylines close up and everything is opened up and exposed. We see some closure in a lot of ways for Lennon as well when it comes to her mom. Life opening up and letting them flourish! Now is the time to binge read this series and fall in love with this crew!

Ok, I mean, this series was fine?

Right off the bat - This shouldn't have been a trilogy. There was definitely not enough meat to this plot to sustain 3 books. And they were short anyway, so trim the fat and make this a duet, if you absolutely have to.

Speaking of the plot.. What? If I was writing this series, I would've combined the 2 main antagonists. instead of separating them. That was a weird, weird choice. Especially since one antagonist was literally only in 1, maybe 2 chapters. WEIRD. Not a fan. Again, another reason to make this a duet instead of a trilogy.

Now, one thing I really did enjoy and felt like the author did well was the whole polyamorous relationship. I loved that everybody was lovin' everybody. That's my favorite kind of RH and it's so rarely done and I was a huge fan.

But overall, there was a lot I didn't like about this series. Like I said, it was fine. It's pretty heavily connected to her Ruthless Royals series, which I also just felt fine about. This can be read as a standalone, but I'm not sure I recommend that. Having said that, I'm not sure I recommend either series in general. I won't be rereading either.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Genre: Dark Romance/ Reverse Harem
Spice: Yes 🥵
Series: Savage Hearts, book 3

Thoughts - what a way to wrap it up!!! There’s definitely two parts to this book. Their love, commitment and want to start a family together. Special mention for the primal play/snow scene #IYKYK 🫠 and then the outcome of the cult scenario, which is also sooooooo satisfying, in a vengeful way not a spicy way. Mind out of the gutter people 😂 definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Plot - the future and ‘what if’ is weighing on Lennon. She loves the men and can see her life with them but what if something happens. What if the church of rapture finds out what they’re doing. What if she’s not ready for a baby, what if it changes everything between them. Regardless of what happens though no one will get between her and her new family.

* ⚠️Trigger warnings
* Touch her and die vibes
* MMMF, MF, MM
* Vengeance
* Cults/ secret society
* Tattoos/ piercings

After everything that’s happened in the 6 months that Lennon has been back in Greythorn, she’s ready for the next step in her life. She’s more happy than she’s ever been and cannot imagine her life with anyone else. Silas, Damon, and Jude have also all hinted at starting a family. Can they all really move on when Liam and the Church of Rapture are still out there?

I really loved how this last book gave Lennon the happy ending she needed. After everything that she went through, it was nice to see her living the life that she deserves. Like everything in life, nothing is perfect and of course they still had Liam to deal with. We got to see everyone grow and see how they felt and what they wanted their future together to be like. I love how much Silas, Damon, and Jude love and care for Lennon. Even though they’ve all known each other for most of their lives, it took them a while to realize how much Lennon really meant to them. This book perfectly sums up everything that we didn’t know we needed to see for Lennon!

The overall plot of this book is actually so good. The underlying issues and stories that are woven throughout all three books are truly so appealing to me. I love smut, and all the spicy scenes… but the plot is equally important for me. AND THIS BOOK HAS IT. I thoroughly enjoyed knowing what was going on while the characters were blind, it did add anxiety and excitement over the plot… but with such a short series this is what makes it good!
The relationship development between the 4 of them grows even in the last installment of this reverse harmen book That is so valuable, a lot of times when we get a RH series I notice we get lost in the SMUT and not the character growth and how they all seamlessly align all together. I loved seeing that maturity shine through and I couldn’t help but be proud of Lennon and all of her decisions in this last book. Lennon truly shows us how much of a BOSS she is. The ending of this series truly finished smoothly and normally I find with these RH series the ending is rushed and not thought about, but Amanda outdone herself for me!
