Loved this book! I can't say enough good things. Just the scriptures alone are worth the read. Even if you are only raising girls, there is still so much spiritual and practical advice you will read about parenting kids from babies to teens and even beyond. I read it in an hour too, so it is a simple yet important read for all parents who want to raise their kids through the lens of the Gospel.

Whether you are a new Christian or well established in your faith, you will find that this book was wonderfully written with practicality in mind as well as the ability to truly dig deeper into your parenting relationship with your boys, Jesus, AND your spouse! It is short and sweet, yet full of power and mindfulness. There are guided questions to consider at the end of each section to open up conversation with yourself and/or spouse about what you will deem important to you on several different parenting topics. My husband doesn’t enjoy reading and although this wasn’t lengthy, he did mumble about it when I asked him to read with me. However, he ended up really enjoying our conversations and the connection that we received as parents through this book! It truly has been a blessing in my life as a mom and a wife and I couldn’t ask for anything more from a book!

I enjoyed reading this book for raising godly sons! It has short topics and didn’t go into much depth, which is why I gave it a 4, but overall i enjoyed it and it was an easy read!
