Down and Dirty

I've gone through many shadow work journals. And they all go over the same old exercises. But not this one! I like how the author really breaks it all down and dives deeper than any of the other shadow journals. I didn't get the first book, but I am now!

great intro to shadow work

I highly recommend this journal and workbook, as it’s a great starting point to get you thinking about various events or memories that may contain keys to your relationship patters. It may help you get “unstuck” and begin to recognize how and why you react the way you do. I’m already feeling less burdened and less stressed out by examining some difficult emotions and memories. Thumbs up! You won’t regret purchasing this book

Not sure how to feel about this book. Seemed helpful but was a bit confusing. Will come back at a later date to add more if need be but for now it's a 3 star book.
