This book was amazingggg! I've been following this author from the start and let me just say... Her books keep getting better!
I've not really a big reader of f/f but I just absolutely fell in love with these characters! It started with Amy, who we met in Served (Lucy's bff) and then I met Val. That smexy Brazilian and her interactions with Amy had me fanning myself all over the place!! The chemistry just SIZZLES!
Their struggle with acceptance and Val's conservative upbringing made me cry on multiple occasions! I HIGHLY recommend that you read this book and bring a box of tissues with you cuz you're gonna need em!

Beautiful
This book made me laugh, made me cry, made me angry…I loved every page! I related with Amy and how difficult change in a friendship can be. I related to Val in being scared to show your true self. I loved Amy and Val’s journey. This story touched my heart in a way I wasn’t expecting.

Wonderful continuation to the Club Series. Absolutely loved that we were able to see some of the characters from book one in this as well. The continued world building is wonderful and the character development is well done. Stroked took me on an emotional roller coaster and resonated with me on many levels.
This did a wonderful job at setting up for a future book with another beloved character and I can't wait to see what is to come. I recommend this to any one looking for a starter sapphic romance novel.

An incredible journey!
First and foremost, this was an was outside the box read for me. Second, it just proves Ms. April can write romance like no one I know.
I absolutely love anything written by April Berry including this story. It held all the romantic elements I've come to know and love with just enough struggle for the characters to get there. I'd expect nothing less from this author. READ THIS no matter your sexuality! It's fantastic!

If you've already read book one in this series you're going to be thrilled. This is Amy and Val's story and it's a hot one. I laughed, I got teary, I got angry, and I cheered. Despite their issues, you're going to be rooting for this couple. A fun, quick, and sexy read that will leave you wanting more. What a wonderful addition to the Club Series.

This was truly my fav book from this series!! I'm sorry but this one knocked book 1 WAY out of the park!!
The narrator was PHENOMENAL!! She knocked this one so far to the sky u can't come down!! The way she did the female voices and u felt the difference in the personality was just *chefs kiss*!!!!
I couldn't get a enough!! Eliza u are so friggin talented! Don't ever stop! I can't wait to hear more of ur work! April this was a truly amazing story and my fav so far of urs!!
Amy is truly a great woman and my fav!! I loved Val so much to!! I loved reading about their story! I loved how Vals mom tried to get help understanding and wat she should do to approach the subject!

Oh Amy!!!! I love the sassy and strong woman you are. I am so glad you got your own story. Sometimes we have plans and theories for our lives but life can knock us off our feet when we least expect it. That seems to be what happens in this story and not just for Amy. I really enjoyed the dynamic that Amy and Valentina have with each other. Their give and take was so beautifully put together. I of course listened to this in audio and once again Eliza Summers did a beautiful job bringing these characters to life. The emotion she is able to pour though the speakers to my ears had me holding my breath a few times.

This one is a FF story and that threw me for a loop for awhile. I adore Amy and grew to enjoy Valentina by the end.
The story of how these two healing souls found their final salve in each other was so wonderful to see.
They each had demons to overcome and they each helped each other process them even if it was under the surface.
Just spicy enough to keep the angst at bay lol
Lucy and Jason popping in here and there also was great as we got to continue to see their relationship blossoming

Her missing piece
Val and amy are perfected for each other. I love that amy can't read val and she try her little hints to see if she bats for the same team. And the fact Val knows how amy is but still want to have fling with her had me giddy. I loved getting back to this series! Amy and Val's story is smokin' hot but also really heartfelt. Both main characters struggle with who they are and who they need to become, but they eventually get there and the happy ever after is so good! I highly enjoyed it, and if you love romance, you will too!

Amy is my all time favorite character! I enjoyed this book so much. Amy is an out and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community while the woman who consumes her thoughts is very much in the closet. Very steamy. Read the TW's. It will also sneak up on you and break your heart. I highly recommend this book.

I loved reading Amy's journey going from woman to woman with no emotional ties to them to falling for Val and becoming vulnerable. She opened herself up to so many possibilities. April you're an amazingly talented woman and I can't wait to see what happens next!

This is the second book in the series and I am so glad we got to delve into Amy's life, it didn't hold the drama that book 1 did, which I craved if I'm honest. But I loved Amy's character development and I am so happy with the ending!

April has done it again. My second book I have read of hers and I am still in love. The story is amazing kept me wanting more. This series is so good and I would so give it 10 stars if I could.

I loved book one in this series and was so excited to come back for Amy and Val’s book in this spicy sapphic romance. The bar scene (where Amy works) made for a fun vibe, and Val manages bands, which was also interesting. Amy is an artist as well, and happens to have connections with Val’s family, which makes for complications as things begin to heat up between them. I always love April D Berry’s books and can’t wait to read book 3 in the series! 5/5 stars.

I don't know why I pushed off reading the remainder of this series for so long. I regret waiting, because I absolutely loved this book. Beware, it made me cry happy tears that actually needed a tissue. So potentially be prepared for that.
I loved Amy and Valentina so freaking much, they are just so perfect for each other! Amy has commitment issues, when it comes to relationships, but she's always honest about it. Meanwhile, Valentina has a secret she must keep hidden, so she isn't looking to have anything more than a fling. Perfect, right? Wrong, why? Because their chemistry is so freaking strong they can't resist returning to each other! And I love it. But secrets are hard to keep, and family can present some challenges.

She goes through so much in this Book. I fell in love with her character in Served. Her dismay was so heart felt when Lucy moved out. Until she realized she didn't loose her best friend but gained another friend in Jason. I was so giddy when She laid eyes on Val for the first time. Their HEA is not an easy one, they grew so much together and I loved Every Single Thing about it..I literally couldn't put this Book down!! I laughed, I cried, so many emotions. Amy is Lucy's friend from book 1 (go see my review on that book!) They have been friends for a very long time, and roommates. Now that Amy is all alone in her apartment, she decides to bring a hookup back to her place for the very first time. Except this hookup is not a one time thing. Val is not out to her family and friends, and Amy very much is, so theres some adjusting to be had. Sparks, steam, spice, and sweetness all combine in this story to give readers a beautiful sapphic romance. Great read!

I loved Served (book 1) and am so glad I got the chance to read Stroked! I fell in love with Amy’s character and her attitude, so getting a whole book focused on her and getting things from her POV was perfect! Definitely look at trigger warnings though!
I have been sitting here trying to write an actual review for this but I don’t know what to say…I’m speechless. After dealing with past relationships and her trauma, Amy had a system that worked for her and she never wavered from until Val walked in and threw it all to hell.
I feel like Val was the best kind of person for Amy. The way she is straight forward about what she wants from Amy even when it’s hard (trying to hide from her parents) was amazing!
The dedication April puts into her books and her characters is phenomenal. The time and resources to make sure that things are represented correctly and the experiences they go through are handled with grace is something I haven’t seen very often but is greatly appreciated! 🖤
