I love this! It was short and sweet, but powerful. I love her honesty and vulnerability, yet it’s very light too. I was sitting here struggling, feeling kind of lost, when I found this book. I sat down, read it and did the action steps all right after I got the book. I don’t have complete clarity, but I’m getting close. More importantly though, I “feel” better, more upbeat, and ready to live my best life! Great book, Janet!! Thank you!
I love Janet's writing style and the wealth of great information put in to this book. I actually walked away with some very deep thoughts around my goals and purpose. When I went to the website for the free ebook at the end, all it does is bring up a fiver page, so I was kind of disappointed that the link didn't work, but not upset. Links come and go but the information in this book is timeless. Enjoy it and use it.
This is a short guide that is a good pick me up on a rough day. There's journal prompts and steps to help with daily stresses and to help you be more present. It's a read again book if you need a reminder of why and how to be mindful.
There is nothing I disliked about this book. Recommend this book to young adult's , anyone starting over, anyone who is having difficulties figuring it all out or having it all together. Helpful tips and exercises throughout this book. Good Read.
It's just a good self-help summary. Everything that the book said it's already known. Love yourself, be kind, live the moment a lot of things like that. You know. Nothing new
