Este o carte plină de informații utile pentru copii și pentru adolescenți. Chiar dacă în carte autoarea se adresează unor părinți, consider că cei mici ar putea să o citească direct. Sunt informații simple și nu atât de extraordinare la care m-aș fi așteptat, pe care orice adult le știe din propria experiență. Au fost puține lucruri pe care chiar nu le cunoșteam, de exemplu faptul că e recomandat să nu frecăm o haină atunci când polenul ajunge pe țesătură, pentru a nu intra mai mult praful în aceasta. Logic! Însă nu m-aș fi gândit la așa ceva.

Mi-au plăcut mult subiectele despre imaginea de sine și igienă și faptul că promovează că tinerii ar trebui să cunoască toate variantele de a face un lucru, să facă propriile alegeri după ce le-au fost prezentate modalitățile generale.

Some useful information, but some of the instructions were hard to follow. (Very basic) And some of the information was complete common sense. This book is definitely for the younger crowd. But overall an interesting read and it was presented well. 🧡

Although I did learned a couple of things, I agree that younger people are a more suitable audience.
