This book contains a great summary of the debates and analysis occurred at HCU 2020 Forum. May trend to be technical in some section, though, there is an appendix and al the matters are related to the use of cases.

Must to read it if you are awarding to what HCI may evolve for the next years and also as a complementary introduction for all the people interested in UX issues, as well.
