You are heading to the edge of the space map where danger lies, your only clue a note written that warns, “Here be dragons.”

The first group are the dragons of cursing. This series is part of a universe where cursing is not only accepted but encouraged to be as creative as possible. Some dragons of cursing in this series are small and some are full grown, but they all could pose a barrier to those who find cursing dragons to be offensive.

The second group are the dragons of violence. The dragons of violence in this book are relatively young, but they grow as the series progresses. They make no apologies for staring you in the face while they kick the asses of those who find injustice acceptable.

The last group are the dragons of abuse. The dragons of abuse in this book are mental and emotionally related, but they still exist to nibble at the unwary traveler’s defenses.

If these dangerous dragons intimidate you, best you stay clear. There will always be dragons at the edge of the map.

Friendship, family and trust are a must

The story develops smooth and very detailed characters bring it to life. Friendship, family and trust are a big part of all the characters involved in this incredible journey of discovery and adventure.
A absolutely brilliant series and hopefully a beginning of more to come.

Another great series set in the Etheric Empire

This is another great series set in Empress Bethany Anne's Empire! The characters are vivid and easy to like (or hate as the case may be!) The action is smooth and the plotline carries well throughout all 4 books. I would heartily recommend it!!!!!!!

Very enjoyable

These books are full of struggle and determination. It shows that sometimes our families for various different reasons aren't always the ones we were born to, but instead the ones we choose and that choose us right back. Lots of action and intrigue. Emotional struggle and healing. Coming of age and finding a true calling.

Great companion series

This is a great companion series to gambit and endgame. This introduced new characters and helped expand on some of the older characters. Some from the beginning of the gambit series. This was a very enjoyable read for all ages.

Full of Surprises

Every adventure is full of twists and each book reveals new and exciting worlds, heroes and villains and more. I really enjoyed reading the series and found myself having trouble putting it down to get other things accomplished.

This series will steal your nights!

Started this on a winter's evening and I've lost hours of sleep trying to finish it. Most enjoyable. This will go on my list of re-read imperatives.

I want more of this series!

This was a fun and interesting sub-series in the Kurtherian Universe. Loved the characters and it was easy to become invested in them and the story line. I hope this isn't the last book for Phina and her "found family".

This was my first sortie into the Kurtherian universe. It is a young adult series, so a little corny - rom/com meets Marvel meets Space Opera.
However it was quite good fun.

Great read

Hard to believe these are Ms. Weir’s first novels, they have an elegance to them that blends in perfectly with the whole Kurthurian series. Brava
