How is this book not trending right now? OMG, one of the best how-to guides out there. Very entertainingly written as well. Ironically, I did read it on my phone but I have officially started the 30 Day Phone Break Up and am currently on Day 3. I will update my review as I reach Day 30. As a Millennial-Gen Z (1997 born), I highly recommend this book.
This book discusses the many detriments of cell phone addiction. There are physical and mental health issues as well as the fact that too much time on the phone reduces time for other important activities, work and personal. The author then provides affirmative steps to begin using the phone less. The suggestions are simple but would reduce time spent on the phone.
A very powerful book that provides a variety of prompts and activities to evaluate your relationship with your phone and technology at large. I will certainly be attempting the 30 day challenge.
