Wait, there's a book 3!

Then why stop at such a steamy moment!!!

And what more is coming!!!! She needs to be prepared, they say!!! Oh my! So much was revealed, and it made me see her in a bigger light. I mean, wow, she's an OG by their standards. But power scares those who cling to it and those who want it, so more danger from those who fear her. Although they are not completely wrong to fear her, she's not completely in control yet!
There are more in this RH, and wow, they went dark. That is a story of trials and obsession, love, disappointment, disillusion... I loved it! The morally grey aspect of this relationship in a dark mage world is tasty.

There is plenty of spice flying around, although the smex is not as much as any of the characters would want, or I want, the smut needs work...for me it can be lacking.

This is a fantastic reverse harem paranormal romance with plenty of steam and our female mc is a total badass whose sassy and snarky and takes nothing from nobody. With a well written and exciting storyline this is one hell of an adventure that you just cannot put down. Thrown in some suspense and mystery in this fast paced and action packed, a few surprises and twists and you have a captivating read every bit as good as the first book. Go Ayla!

This one seems to only get better as it goes on and it truly packs world-building inside of world-building, upon world-building. DO NOT SLEEP on this series—it is sooo good.

It does end in a cliffhanger, but I find it fun—definitely worth it, IMO, even if you dislike cliffies. (Of course, you can read on via Vella, if you're in the U.S.)

Wholeheartedly recommend.

As always the characters development never stops. There is always another twist or turn popping up just when you think there can’t be anything else.

Omg I absolutely love Ayla!!! This series is soooo good!!!! Thorn does an amazing job of setting the scenes & bringing you into the world with her style of writing!! Altho this was written in kindle vella, then released to KU later, makes me absolutely regret not buying the tokens!! She has completely hooked me to Aylas story!! DEFINITELY worth the read, but so is all her writing!!!

All kinds of surprises and discoveries occur in this wonderful book! Ayla definitely has one heck of a journey in this one! Get ready for all kinds of excitement to unfold, and maybe a few more questions to emerge along the way 😉. Our gal proves she's no shrinking violet, even amongst all these growling alpha males lol. I can't wait to see what's next, especially as it does end with a cliffhanger. I can't wait for Ayla to discover the full extent of WHO and what she really is. Definitely one awesome read!!!

Oh my, was that good. It was even better than part one. I read it really quick because book put you in speed-reading since it was action-packed. Can’t wait to see all extend of Ayla’s powers. This was great.

ugh it was so good but then …

It was going so good but then the author add more mates to the mix! Like come on! And then ends the story on a cliffhanger and tells us to finish it on kindle Vella ! I’m done with this series’s just for that.

Another exciting read that kept me absorbed to the end. This instalment was fast paced and action packed, with some great plot twists, I really liked the anti-hero angle, and seeing Calamity from a different viewpoint, I can't wait to see whats next.
