Ich habe den Anime noch nicht gesehen und habe den ersten Band des Mangas auf Empfehlung gekauft. Der erste Band hat mir richtig gut gefallen und mich sehr neugierig auf Ichigos weiteren Weg gemacht (insbesondere auf die Soulcity und eventuell andere Wesen wie die Hollows). Ein paar Tränen musst ich während des ersten Bandes auch schon vergiessen. So ist das Buch grundsätzlich düster aber glänzt ab und zu mit lustigen Panels.

Die vollen 5* kann ich nicht geben weil für ich die bisherige Geschichte als eine abgeschlossene wahrnehme. Ich kann mir zwar vorstellen was im folgenden Band kommen wird, aber dafür brauche ich relativ viel Fantasie da dass Storytelling nicht wirklich zukünftige Handlungen anteasert…



(Spoiler: ausser ein zukünftiger Kampf mit dem Hollow der Ichigos Mutter getötet hat)

Comecei Bleach sabendo que estava prestes a entrar em um dos universos mais clássicos dos mangás shounen, e posso dizer que esse primeiro volume entrega uma introdução sólida, mesmo com muitas coisas a serem aperfeiçoadas.
Aqui conhecemos Ichigo Kurosaki, um adolescente que já vive uma vida diferente por conseguir ver fantasmas, o que o coloca direto em rota de colisão com perigos que a maioria das pessoas nem percebe. Quando suas irmãs são atacadas por um espírito maligno Hollow, ele se vê obrigado a tomar uma decisão: tornar-se um Shinigami e entrar de vez nesse mundo sombrio e cheio de responsabilidades.
Como todo primeiro volume de uma série longa, o mangá está claramente focado em apresentar seus personagens principais, estabelecer o universo e jogar algumas pistas do que está por vir. E, nesse ponto, ele faz um bom trabalho. Não é espetacular, mas é eficiente.
A narrativa tem um bom ritmo alternando bem entre ação, momentos cômicos e até um ou outro toque mais emotivo. Gostei especialmente do arco envolvendo Orihime, que já começa a mostrar que esse mangá também tem espaço para dor, perda e humanidade no meio de toda a pancadaria espiritual.
Sobre a arte é perceptível que Tite Kubo ainda estava encontrando seu estilo. O traço nos primeiros capítulos é meio áspero, com cenas de ação que parecem um pouco confusas, mas dá pra ver o potencial crescendo conforme as páginas avançam.
Este volume pode não ser arrebatador logo de cara, mas cumpre bem o seu papel de introdução.

The characters are all so different and all are three-dimensional with their own problems, way of life and philosophy!
I don´t have to say that the drawings are all incredible.
You cannot waste your money. 3 mangas in one book was a great idea!

Richtig packender Start in die Reihe! Der Zeichnungsstil hat zwar noch Verbessungspotenzial, gefällt mir aber jetzt schon. Kenne den Anime teilweise und freu mich die Reihe zu lesen.

It's rather boring so far and Ichigo is suffering from main character syndrome, is instantly amazing at everything and his love interest is unfortunately really dumb.
