Rate this book
All Caitlin Kelley wanted was a vacation in New Orleans. See the sights, check out the voodoo shops, drink a hurricane at Pat O'Brien's, eat beignets at Cafe du Monde, the whole deal. Rest, relaxation, and...well, there isn't a good word that starts with "R" that means getting her drink on, but that was in the plans, too. Until she saw a monster at the airport and ended up smack dab in the middle of the New Orleans supernatural underworld. Now she's dodging black dogs, hunting nightmares, dealing with confusing feelings about a nun and a cop at the same time, and killing demon spiders. All the demon spiders. Oh, and a giant panty-stealing ape swiped her underwear. If her vacation doesn't kill her, Caitlin Kelley is going to need a serious break when this is over! Blood Moon Over Bourbon Street collects the first three novellas in the Caitlin Monster Hunter series - Caitlin Monster HunterA Touch Too MuchTrouble in MindFans of Quincy Harker, Demon Hunter, The Dresden Files, and The Hellequin Chronicles will love this snarky dark fantasy series!

I’m a relapsed writer and dream-chaser. I wrote as a pre-teen and continued all the way through my college years. After college I stopped writing for about 10 years, but now I’m back on it and working to hone my craft. The dream to write fiction for a living is something I gave up on before, but I’m back to chasing it and I refuse to quit this time. Failure is not an option.

My Day Job is one that keeps me eye-ball deep in the human condition. While nothing I see should surprise me, it often does, but at least it gives me fodder to continue creating unique and twisted characters.

This book keeps you wondering and guessing, and has surprises at every turn. Intense, but so worth it. Like a good movie in a book, so you get to dive in even deeper yourself. Looking forward to more from Caitlin!
