Hi, I’m Lola! I’m a book lover with a *slight* romance obsession. My books are all steamy romantic fantasy or paranormal romance, and there is always a happily ever after.

I struggled with this one. I think the conclusion to Seren and Kadoc’s story was alright—nothing too extraordinary, but there were a few twists I didn’t expect in the way they unfolded. I appreciated how Seren’s character broke and healed over the course of the book. That arc felt genuine.
My biggest issue was the writing style. There were certain phrases that were so mercilessly overused, it became seriously irritating. Back in book one, I actually enjoyed the swap of modern expressions (like "oh my god" or "fucking") with fantasy alternatives like "skies" or "sky-damned." It’s a common device in this genre, and when done right, it works. But dear mother of patience this book was completely overrun with them. I’m pretty sure almost every page had some variation, and it got exhausting.
Also: I found it a little distracting that the FMC only ever refers to her reproductive organs as her core, and that every orgasm is described as her shattering. I understand the appeal of poetic or euphemistic language, and it can be really effective when done well. But for me, the repetition started to wear thin. A bit more variation in expression would have gone a long way. In the end, I found myself skimming through some sections—especially the spicier scenes—which is pretty unusual for me, but I just wasn’t as engaged by how they were written.
There were also minor inconsistencies in the plot and storytelling—not terrible, but noticeable. Altogether, these things made this book much weaker for me compared to the first two. I really dislike DNFing a book, and the only reason I pushed through was because I was already so far in, with only about 150 pages left. At that point, it felt more frustrating to stop than to just finish.
That said, it’s not a bad book or series. I just think the author has written better.
The perfect combination of fantasy and romance, plot and smut
Wow, wow, WOW.
I freaking love this book so much. Fantasy and romance are my top two favorite genres and oh, boy did this book - series - has everything I could even hoped for and more. I cannot believe such a book exists. It was brilliant, magnificent, perfect. I love it.
I don't even know where to begin in this review because there's just so much that I wanna talk about but at the same time, I don't want to lmfao I just want to keep those secret because of how personally I feel attached to the story.
Okay, I can do this. I'll do intro, writing, plot, characters, romance, then final thoughts. Let's go.
The Dragon King's Fate is the third and final book in the Burning Kingdom trilogy. Of course, I read the first two books first consecutively for two days before I started with this one. Yes, I've read the books a day each because they were just that good. I've read books that are purely fantasy with little to no romance at all. If there's any, the romantic scenes would be fade-to-black, which I don't mind, but if violence and trauma and other disturbing things weren't censored, why was sex censored? Okay, maybe not totally, but the sex I've read in books other than romance were usually written clinically and doesn't evoke feelings at all. I just don't get why. Romance books could vary in sub genres but even if they have elements of fantasy in them, the romance part was heavier that the plot was mostly just glossed over. This series has an equal amount of both which is such a win for me.
Lola Glass has paid attention to both the plot and the characters. She has written the series so beautifully. It was in first person POV limited with the female main character Seren narrating, and Kadoc, the main male character, taking over soon after but only of a single chapter. It was a nice twist in the format distinguishing the books from others which has dual or multiple POVs all throughout the course of the story.
Continuing where the previous book left of, this book slapped me in the face with such intense first chapters. I loved the writing style of the author and how I could not have guessed where the climax of the story would be. I did not expect the beginning to be as intense as it was, but for the sake of not spoiling anything, I'd keep the other intense parts of the story a secret. Just want to put it out there how this book has managed to made me sweating with cold sweat in anticipation, thrill, and dread from the very start.
Another thing I loved the most about the plot was how it was consistent with the first two books. A lot of what happened before was recalled and it created a sense of continuity throughout the whole story. There wasn't any plot holes or loose ends which I was thankful for.
The world building was beyond amazing. It was nothing I've read before. The magic system was creative and explained quite well through the eyes of the characters. It was brilliant how the readers discover the magic as the characters do because they were just as new to it as the audience was. This third book particularly contained an even larger breadth of the magic system and explained a lot more of Seren's powers and its limitations.
There's nothing I love more than characters who didn't desire power, but were thrust into the position of one. Seren was such an admirable heroine. She was strong but she was not the typical loud and fiery fmc portrayed in so many books. Well, she fights back but not without a bout of deep thinking first. She was quiet and likes to keep to herself. She observes and uses her brain before making a decision. Seren reminds me a lot of Katniss Everdeen. Both were born with hunger being a constant in their lives, both fought to save their sisters, both were given the power they didn't want to yield and sway a number of people, and both were survivors.
At the end of the second book, Seren was then again separated from her mate, Kadoc, and she went through such a dark and rough time. She went through depression and as heavy as that weighed on her, I loved how it was portrayed. The author did not use sex as a coping mechanism because it just wasn't true, as much as a lot of books written it was so. No, Seren suffered through the pain and the loss before she got better. There was no shortcut to it, it was a long process that only she can let herself get out of. Through it all, Kadoc stayed by her side, not asserting himself or trying to understand or comfort her. He knew that only she can help herself and he could only be there for her when she does.
Kadoc has been such a sweetheart in this book, well, I guess ever since the mating bond snapped fully between him and Seren. He had a dark time with his bloodlust in the second book and he did a lot of bad things to Seren that were out of his control. Well here, he surely did made up for all of those. He felt every hardship Seren felt because of their bond so in a way, he understood her pain. Still, he respected her strength and will to surpass her hurt and demons. Kadoc treated Seren as his equal, listened to her voice and allowed her to make her own decisions however some of them were not to his liking.
He and Seren have come a long way since book one when the two of them blindly traversed through the mating bond and made mistakes along the way. Both were stubborn to a fault but both could not live without each other. Lola Glass has such a mastery of writing professions of love and dedication, and I've highlighted a lot of Kadoc's words to Seren. He took care of her like no other mmc I've read taking care of their SO, and he lifted her up when she was drowning in the foul words of insecurities her traitor sisters slashed her with. Kadoc, you're my top book boyfriend now, just so you know.
This series has a great ensemble of supporting characters as well which only grew more in this book. Seren's circle of trusted friends expanded and I was just so happy that she found her people. I was wondering if we could get more of Maer and Ophir, since their story was left for the imagination. They were among the few who were considered as family by both Seren and Kadoc, along with Lalleve, Zazo and Hvare, and a few new vampires. They are weren't present at the same time but when they were, the author managed not to make it confusing to read about their interaction with each other. I don't wanna talk about Seren's traitor sisters, nor the ungrateful son-of-a-b shifters who manipulated and took advantage of the dragons for so long. I hoped they suffered more, they all deserve worse. Man, Kadoc's cruelty has rubbed off on me lol
The smut in the book was an eruption. Seren and Kadoc's chemistry was off the charts, and I love how the author also wrote about intimacy - on some moments when Seren and Kadoc were together, the author made it very clear how they were being intimate with each other and not sexual. Kadoc seems to know what Seren needs on situations that require it, and their closeness with each other proves there's more to the romance than just smut. Although I was also thankful that the author did not censor those moments with them.
If it isn't obvious with how I enthusiastically wrote a dam essay about this book, I really, really, really loved it; I love the series. I hope to find more like it, well, not exactly the same but I mean the feeling it gave me. To say I enjoyed reading this book was an understatement. I freaking worshipped this series like how Kadoc does his Siren.
Miss Lola Glass, I see you. Well done. Thank you for writing such an amazing series. I'll be sure to check out your backlist which I know deep in my bones were just as splendid as this one.
I never want to read the words”sky-damned” ever again
The first book was ok, books 2&3 are just boring. And anytime someone talks they say “sky-damned” and it’s literally in every other sentence. It’s predictable and her choices are annoying, the first and second book is frustrating just waiting to to have sex and move on the story. Would not recommend.
After finishing the trilogy, I think if you view this as one big work rather than separate pieces, it makes sense and I liked it a lot. There was growth, there was some plot and it was entertaining.
This third book reminded me of Shadow Beast Shifters when it came to the plot. It was the same concept with the monsters belonging to Seren. But there were also aspects/choices I either didn’t like that much or felt they were very underdeveloped. I was here to read about their relationship evolving over time, so in a way I was fine with no heavy plot distracting from that, but at the same time the story did try to be plotty. It was just.. Meeh. If there was more background info/work about why Seren’s sisters are the way they are, what happened with their mates, what is the importance of it all other than drama, I would probably love it more.
As it is, it is entertaining, still fun and I still got what I signed up for, only that “umph” factor was missing.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
i am angry!!!! i can’t even finish it and i am sad bcuz this has been a common theme in fantasy lately. First books are usually fantastic (this one and Ruin of Roses) but as it continues it just is boring and icky. I loved the first one of this series it was like a combo of so many of my favorite books and it was very original at the same time and it kept me so so hooked. I very much appreciated the author releasing the 3 books in close dates so i didn’t forget about them. the second book was just kind of eh and reminded me of book 2-3 of ruin of roses and these ladies rly need to have better endings because for both of these series i can’t even finish the last book?!? this book and ruin it roses book 3 we’re basically the same plotish vibes but this one took like 30 pages to get started and done so… spice went downhill which also doesn’t make sense but hey lola gj on the first book i actually reread it frequently 😙😙
What a weirdly paced roller coaster ride this book was.
Both the beginning and the end was very intense and anxiety inducing. But the majority of it was kinda slow and mellow but also really emotional.
Seren really went through it in this book and had a lot of character development. She was incredibly strong willed with such a big heart made of absolute gold. Even at her lowest. I also loved Kadoc so much for how unconditionally he loved and supported her while she worked through all the emotional trauma she suffered after what happened at the start of the book. He was definitely her rock and he seriously said the most sweet and romantic things ever.
And there were so many lovely side characters too.
Ms. Glass writes well - you can visualize the story easily and the characters are easy to love (and hate!)). The story kept me interested and up reading WAY to late in order to finish one book To me that’s a mark of a great read!
Worst pacing out of all 3 books. It’s clear there was no plan on how the story should progress in book one and continued throughout the trilogy.
How many times did the word “shattered” appear in all 3 books? I need to know. It was ridiculous. Use a thesaurus to change it up.
The fmc was so introspective about every damn thing that happened that it was annoying to read. This series could’ve benefited from it being dual pov with the fmc and mmc but instead the mmc only got the epilogue in each book.
There was potential for a good trilogy but the story was not planned out well at all and just felt thrown together last minute.

Seren has finally realized that her sisters were not to be trusted; having been captured, tortured, and forced to put her sisters' mates' souls in the bodies of dragons whose souls will be destroyed, Seren does the only thing she can do to get away. She destroys all of her sisters' mates. When she finally reunites with Kadoc, Seren then struggles with her new knowledge. At the same time, Seren works to control the monsters and help protect the other dragons and vampires in her and Kadoc's castle.
I want to start by saying that I read this book without reading the first two books, so I missed all the worldbuilding (or, at least, I assume there was worldbuilding) surrounding this world in which shifters have vampire babies that they are forced to abandon for their own safety and those vampires have magic that allows them to mate with dragons and control their mates' bloodlust. I also missed out on the development of Kadoc's and Seren's relationship, as well as the early days of Seren's relationship with her sisters. Coming in on the 3rd book of the trilogy meant that I was a little confused about some things. Despite that, I still enjoyed the story. The care that Kadoc shows to Seren when she escapes from her sisters shows the depth of their relationship and we also get to see Seren grow into her own in the book as she comes to realize who she is on her own, outside of her sisters, The final battle was good, though I thought it was open rather quickly, and I was a little disappointed at that. I was also a little disappointed at the lack of closure on the shifter storyline.
Other than that, the only real downsides for me were the sex scenes and the curses. For the sex scenes, there was so much focus on trying to include dirty talk between Kadoc and Seren, that it just got funny for me. It seemed like Kadoc couldn't do anything by growl or snarl when they were having sexy times. Then when you add in that the only curse the dragons seemed to have was skies-d@mned that after the 15th time it was uttered in the 1st chapter, it just got annoying. Granted, sometimes the curse would get a little spicier by adding in a f@ck to get skies-f@cking-d@mned. Wow. Really different. I mean, I get that dragons fly, but surely they would have more than 1 curse word?!?
Listening to the audiobook helped, as narrator Aven Paige did a great job with her performance. In fact, if I had read the book, I would have given it 3 stars; Aven's performance is what had me adding a star back to my rating. So, if you listen to audiobooks, then I recommend this one. Enjoy. Happy listening!
4.5⭐️ “The Dragon King’s Fate” is book three and the finale in Lola Glass’ Burning Kingdom Series. Told in MFC pov with epilogue being MMC. Continues on from The Dragon King’s Hate, it’s highly recommended that you read previous books prior to this.
If you haven’t read books 1 & 2, than STOP!!! Don’t read any further, don’t go and see other reviews, just stop whatever it is you are doing. Go get yourself a copy of The Dragon King’s Mate and delve into this wonderful world filled with Dragons, Vampires, Monsters, and Magic.
If your are still here reading than I am hoping that you are all caught up and might be anxious about ready this book after the devastating cliffhanger. Well let me tell you to put your big girl or boy pants on cause you are going to want to read this. Many secrets and revelations are revealed, betrayal and heartache will have you on the edge of your seat, whilst new promises, bonds, friendships and playful moments will have you swooning.
This book has it all, I am not kidding, we literally start off with a kidnapping, come on how much more of a in your face intense start can you get. If we get such a strong beginning you know things are only going to get more interesting. We get to see new sides to both Kadoc and Seren that we haven’t seen in books 1 & 2. The monsters get to play a bigger role, Seren’s sisters cause trouble, Kadoc’s Dragon roars and rages, Seren learns to trust and the Dragons and Vampires work together. See told you so much happens.
Unfortunately I am only able to rate this a 4.5⭐️ as I felt as if the ending was a little rushed, we have had the last two and a half books getting acquainted with this world alongside Seren and than all of a sudden it’s come to an end leaving me feeling like I missed something and wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye. Other than that I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to read about Kadoc, Seren and the rest of the Dragon and Vampire gang.
It’s been a heck of a wild ride, and I am hoping that in the future we may get books for other characters *cough* Kove 😉.
This final book in the trilogy is my absolute favorite.
I was kept in suspense from the very beginning, and was more than a little surprised when things didn't go the way I had thought they were going to go.
From the word go, Seren was tortured by her sisters. Told to take the souls of monsters and put them into innocent dragons that the pod of vampires had captured. Long lost mates that the previous queen had imprisoned in the monsters. Honestly, I think if the previous vampire queen did that then there had to be a good reason. Given how cruel these vampires are, I would say that they had it coming when Seren killed there mates.
Kadoc spends a great deal of this book taking a back seat. Being a pillar for Seren who grew with every page I read. He did whatever it took to protect, feed, heal, and satisfy her. It was a beautiful depiction of love that everyone deserves to experience. Its what I imagine a true partnership is, full of trust, hope, and care.
The end was the best part. Kadoc being captured by them, the plan the dragons and vampires came together to put into play, and the monster joining in to protect the vampire queen. It did suck that one of her sisters finally came forward to tell her that they loved her. Prina was beautiful, but I think it was far too late for them to heal from the hurt. Despite Seren's grief in the end.
The entire story is a tale of LOVE in its many forms. Romantic love, sisterly love, friendship love, animal love, and family struggles. Complete with all the struggles and worries that come with those kinds of relationships.
Out of all of Lola Glass' books, this series hit me hardest. I couldn't stop reading the stories from start to finish. It was worth it and I guarentee if you read them, it will be worth the ride.

Before this book I'd say this series was kinda blah and predictable. The only reason I kept going was because the endings were so good and I'm glad I did. Before I'd say the series was kinda predictable (Kadoc always compromising and Seren not listening and doing what she wants anyways) which was but it wasn't at the same time. My issue before is it felt very surface level and mundane. Not really a epic read or just a mate romance. I felt like you always left meat on the bone and never dug deeper. Like someone that makes a test for themselves with 1+1 as a question instead of questions that challenge. Like if Kadoc knows the sisters will try to lure him with their voice then why not plug your ears to resist or even diminish the effectiveness if their power. I hate a simple plot because it redirects the readers focus away from the actual story and onto the simple solution and why it wasn't used. I feel like you can always tell when a author digs deep and Lola Glass was definitely digging into some deep ish in this last novel. A good book makes you feel something but a great book makes you feel everything throughout the book like an actual reading rainbow of emotions. You might laugh, cry, hate, and feel happiness throughout the pages. I can't call this a great read but it was absolutely a good read. I even cried a little at the end with Prina's last words and felt a kindred spirit with Seren's broken soul. Lola Glass definitely cried making this book because this book has all the seasons and spices that book 1&2 lacked. Again I'm so glad I kept reading and I look forward to reading more books by Lola Glass.
I listened to all three books on audible and I loved the plot and most of the characters. The world building was great. My favorite part was the relationship between Seren and the monsters…The books were good.
With that being said, I absolutely had to remove one star because of the amount of times I had to listen to the performer say sky‘s damn. It became absolutely unbearable in the book 3. I also found myself skipping over all of the spicy parts in book 2 and 3 because a lot of it seemed unnecessary and I realized the Kadoc was never going to take the lead and that was turning me off so bad and I didn’t want it to ruin the story for me. Also why was there absolutely no back story on a war that nearly wiped out the dragon species? Or Serens sister’s and their mates? Or no consequences for the shifters after hiding the information about the dragons and the vampires being mates?
Also in what world does Mayeir deserve Ophear? He deserved so much better than a women who cries over a man who tortured her and her friends and tried to kill her family and rejected him for more than a century.. bffr
After finishing the whole trilogy under 3 days, I’m still craving for more.
Now, after seeing the full picture, the end of this story left me dissatisfied. I feel like the end got insanely rushed to get to the epilogue after the build-up.
I feel like this trilogy had more potential to it if taken a different approach/direction.
I felt like the main conflict here was too easily resolved. I think the author took the easy way out. I was literally clenching at what’s gonna happen, and then when I rushed through the pages I saw “EPILOGUE” and I wanted to scream.
I wanted to see and learn more about the other parts of the world. Climb inside the book and discover more.
For what it’s worth, I will probably try another book from the author, cause I did like the main and side characters, the couple’s dynamic, the world building, the challenges, but I really feel sorry for the lost potential. I think this story was good! Really good. But it could have been EPIC.
I say with the best intention, I hope that one day Lola Glass writes something epic, cause I think she’s got it in her, just need to figure it out.
• He pressed my hand more firmly to his chest. "My heart beats for you. It beats because of you. Every muscle on my body, every inch of my skin, every strand of my skies-damned soul belongs to you." •
Sweet jesus, these books were an adventure. From book 1 till this one, I couldn't put them done! This is an unknown fated mates, enemies to lovers story with a twist. I didn't know I could love dragons so much. But after these books, please tell me were I can find my own dragon? Because Kadoc definitely set an example for all those fated mates out there, that is for sure.
The books centre around Seren, who is stuck in a place called The Hollows with her sisters, and gets picked up by Kadoc after drawing attention to them. Their connection from the start was magical and such a pleasure to read. Over these 3 books, their relationship evolved, their love grows and trust is gained. Their bond becomes unbreakable and it is such an emotional ride with love, hatred, betrayal and friendship.
I love them, I really do. These books are probably one of my fave reads for this year now! ▪︎
Skies, that was a good series. I just discovered Lola Glass 2 weeks ago and I'm obsessed now. She creates worlds seamlessly and her writing flows effortlessly. She really creates a culture feel in her books with these worlds where you feel a part of it, especially with phrases like "skies" being a slang term. I love that she includes pronunciations for names and words. This series was definitely more of a steamy one than some of her others to me. I love that there is substance to her books and not just all love scenes. I absolutely love kadoc and seren's relationship and how they're a team. I so wish I could mind talk with my husband! Lola's epilogues are always the best and so great.
SPOILER: I do wonder about the monsters. Like why were the ones they killed like the echidna so much more evil and not willing to follow seren but the ones that were left were?
Overall, Definitely a great ending to this series.

Firstly, I want to praise Lola for such a daring undertaking. The thing I seriously like about Lola are her "Afterthoughts.". Lola will take the extra time o write her thoughts and explain some of her choices in her creative process, not out of some need to explain but to share her struggles and reasons for some of the choices so we as readers, have a better insight into her protagonists.
In this book especially, I felt Lola's struggle. I literally was compelled to struggle along with her, feel her joy and I cried with her sadness. To me that is the hallmark of an exceptional writer. I read at least 2-3 books a week. Some of the most prominent authors can write an exemplary book with a good plot... But making me struggle alongside her characters and their burdens, share in their triumphs; to me, that is exceptional.
Thank you Lola! I hope you all see what I see in this series and enjoy it as much as I did!
Okay, this series from the beginning had me hooked and unable to put it down. Lola's attention to detail in her amazing world building sucked me into Seren and Kadoc's world from the first chapter of the first book.
This book, this book was DARK compared to the first two. In this book, Seren is pushed to her breaking point and then pushed further. Some of the scenes between her and her sisters were tough to read, but made her story absolutely breathtaking.
I felt rage, sadness, more absolute rage, I smiled, felt some suspense and anxiousness for what was to come and finally ended on a happy note.
I am so beyond sad that this series is over. This is the first series in a long time that captured me and had me hooked and it was an incredible ride.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The third book was good, and worth reading, buuuut, it kinda dragged a but here and there. It felt more like a filler book then the second one.
Spoilers....
YOU WERE WARNED!
Why I took away 1 star...
What annoyed me was not having the sisters background explained a little bit more. Why were their mares souls taken?
How did a huge city go un discovered and how did the sisters know about it?
They had to be around a long time since Kades parents told him to keep the prison island monsters from getting away....sooooo that would mean the "sisters" are older than Kade and were there during the war?
Instead of prolonged xxx time, (which I do like, but yeesh!) I wanted those answers more.
While I wish I got to read more about Kadoc and Seren’s life in their new home and the monsters acclimation, I really enjoyed this series. The main characters were extremely likable. Seren’s strength, cunning and loyalty made rooting for her easy, even when she made bad choice.
The mythology is also a standout. The dragon and vampire mates, the magical chains, the painted palms, and the monster prison are all uniquely derived from Glass’ imagination. Save for a rather significant lull in the middle of book three, the action is incredibly well paced. At no point did I skim over text or skip chapters.
Burning Kingdom enthralled me. Glass has her own particular brand of magic, and it’s siren call is threaded though every word of this series. If you enjoy paranormal romance and fantasy, this one is for you.
I was kind of done with this book about half way through. Not because it's bad but because I felt the characters stopped growing. Once they were okay having sex (starting in book two) that's all that seemed to matter. I'm not knocking a "more sex than plot" book. So many people love those. I just wish they would have actually spent some time talking and getting to know each other, working together. Siren has used her magic so much, has been without sleep for so long that she is ready to black out and needs rest. Does she rest? No. They have sex a dozen times in a few different places. Yes her mate is attracted to her but if he's screwing her instead of making her sleep, does he really love her? And fighting her sisters? They never learned from past fights and it was kind of unbelievable. This conclusion just kind of missed the mark for me.
--------- In this last book we can see how Seren grows and becomes stronger developing her powers, but at the same time we can see that vulnerability that she has towards her loved ones and even though her sisters betrayed her, she still feels affection towards them. Her relationship with Kadoc grew stronger but we also get to see those vulnerable moments. It was a good ending to this series.
I have really enjoyed reading this and following Seren, Kadoc, family & friends and seeing where their paths would lead them. There were references to what had happened in the previous two books, reminding you where they are and how they got there; and the world and situations they find themselves in are clearly and beautifully described so you can really picture what is happening in the storyline. I loved the action, twists, seeing how the characters grew through the story and where they all ended up.
Would definitely recommend this one, though reading the three books together to fully know the characters would be best.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I will start out by saying I somehow got thrown into this world and came out the other side in tears. There are issues I have with the series. It could have been condensed into one or two books by taking out some unnecessary fill in stuff. There was a tad bit too much sex in it for my taste but I am a full on plot first kind of reader. I wish there was more to the story and the magic and the monsters and a little less sexy time.
The characters though. That’s where Miss Lola Glass shines. I became almost instantly connected to the main characters and swore on God that if their story didn’t end happy I would riot. I’ve never read anything by Lola but I am now going to read every book by her. She’s filling a void in my heart one book at a time.
I don’t usually write reviews but I loved this series so much. I could not put it down. From the beginning it takes u right in, it’s so hard for me to even explain, but the author put everything together so perfectly, not giving anything away, sometimes I would be on the edge just reading fast to know what will happen. The love and bond these two have is something any woman would die for. The intimacy parts were some of my favorite, and loved the way the author didn’t leave anything out. These kinds of books are my favorite to read, and I promise u will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to reading some of the other books Lola Glass wrote, and thank you for writing this amazing story.
Once again brought right back to the cliffhanger ending that was tearing our MCs apart.
They are forced to deal with some excruciating circumstances and pain, but the way they work through those challenges was so well written. The way their relationship had grown and continued to be nurtured in this book was beautiful.
The individual growth of the MCs was also a delight to read. They both faced their own challenges, but what the FMC had to work through in this book was so significant and I thought very well executed by the author. Our MMCs supportive role was so heartwarming and really showed his own growth.
