Leanne Leeds is an enchanting storyteller who spins magical tales of mystery, humor, and heart. Her whimsical contemporary paranormal mystery novels whisk readers away to a world where magic feels familiar and adventure waits around every corner.

Whether reading her paranormal cozies or paranormal women's fiction, readers will find a touch of enchantment in each word.
I didn't like this book as much the owl mysteries or even the cat's series. Partly because when I started reading I didn't realise there was an earlier book, which is related (the circus one, magical midway) and it references that series a lot. Perhaps reading that would explain why she is quite so difficult. The other reason I didn't like it, is she is a witch who refuses to be a witch, she has several men she is attracted to, becomes friends with, avoids doing actual dating despite the fact she is and then she blames them and refuses to help them. Even when they beg. Both romantic interests have lost their mother and she could not care less. She does not work to helping release them even when she does know the full truth and when she finally gets round to it, the ending is good, but goodness, she still hadn't tried it until the last second and only then when prodded. I spent the books all 8 of them feeling irritated with her behaviour and disliking her a lot. She is an incredibly selfish and mostly unlikeable character. She gets her own proper boyfriend eventually, even though she spends most of her time being revolted by what he is. It's not as nice or as good as the rest of the other series.
I absolutely loved this series; it was unusual, meaning it wasn't like any of the other paranormal series I've read ( and there have been lots of them :-)). Oh it had your usual ghosts, witches, etc. (no spoilers here!), but so much more. It was mysterious, thought-provoking, thoroughly engaging, and fun. The characters were all quirky and often slyly mischievous, and mysteries were everywhere. One can hardly keep up with all the delightful and sometimes confusing twists and turns in the plot; in fact, near the end especially the plot became quite convoluted so pay attention! (I honestly don't know how the talented author kept it all straight in her own head lol!) There was also a healthy dose of physchological and age-old wisdom mixed in as well.
I gobbled up all eight books, one after the other.
I was sorry to have it end, and wish the clever Ms. Leeds would continue it; there are certainly enough places to go with it, I think!
This was a great series just wished I knew it was a follow on but even then it’s an excellent stand alone. The characters are likeable and interesting twists and turns. Would have been good to follow them on to the conclusion of there next adventure but all in all well worth reading. A few word errors but this does not detract from this well written series and gentle paranormal mystery.
It's always a gamble when discovering a new author. I started reading the Mystic's End Paranormal Cozy Mysteries series with great anticipation. Shall I say that from the get-go I was enchanted and immersed in the tales. My poor eyes!!! I couldn't put down the kindle as a read almost nonstop(retired, lucky me!) and within a few days finished the series. It's delightful and fulfilling to me as an avid reader. If there's an opportunity, I highly recommend you get these and enjoy!
To be honest I read the first chapter, I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy this set. It was not like any of the other books I usually read. Ever once in a while I would come back and read another chapter. Soon I was not able to put it down. I was hooked on the story, writing style and the characters. It is such a great book, looking forward to reading more!
Fortuna Delphi returns to Mystic's End to open a store and find the answers to her past. She meets some wonderful people who are very supportive of her and accept that she is a witch. Each book is a cozy mystery that you can curl up with and enjoy individually.
What a great series! I couldn’t stop reading. I loved all the twists and turns, didn’t see those coming! I really didn’t want the series to end. I hope there is a next in Fortuna and the gangs adventures!!!
Amazing collection of books. Read them all within a week, they keep you glued from the start wondering how, what, where, who! I was sad when I came to the end of book 8 will we ever find out about Clarissa?
I got hooked right from the beginning. The characters were well developed over the series. It was exciting from beginning to end. I highly recommend it if you like a sassy, smart herione and a wonderful cast of characters.
I’ve loved all of the books in this series so much so I didn’t want them to end, so many twists and turns it will make your head spin, lots of laughter and intrigue I couldn’t put them down
Thoroughly enjoyed. Could see myself living there and trying to solve the mysteries. Many twists and turns in the various plots, but was able to figure out the culprit before the characters. Dynamic characterization. I hope this isn't the end of the saga!!
