I've started eating vegetarian lunches for health reasons. This book broke down what vegetables are good for different things, like protein and fiber. However, the recipes and information are very basic. I have found better vegetarian recipes online or from experimenting. It's a good starting point but not much else.

Speechlessly horrendous!
The “recipes” are worse.
So many editing errors I’d expect better from a child. Hardly vegetarian, but fantastic if all you want to do is eat tofu.
Definitely not even close to healthy, nor any chance of being tasty recipes (If the recipe is even legible).
One of the worst books I’ve ever seen 100%

Written for people who are complete beginners to cooking... hence, the "dummies" title. But I did learn some important facts about vegetarian nutrition. A good place to start when considering a meatless diet.
