This was a fun book to read especially if you love coffee, live in Seattle (or Portland) and only drink Starbucks cause it has a drive through!

Every. Single. Barista. interviewed about the 'perks' of his or her job listed 'Free Coffee' as the best (and often only) benefit. Translation: These jobs suck ass. It was surprising to me that so many of the contributors had been in the coffee business for several years. You wouldn't think these would be positions people could make careers out of.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

I love coffee. I could practically smell the shots being pulled while reading this book. Love all the stores and the passion the barista's have for their job. This would be a great book to have in the car and use as a guide for a few fantastic road trips. It was published in 2009, so a little research might be in order to avoid disappointment.

Just pretty much a list of coffee houses and bits of info about them. Not what I expected and I didn't care for it.
