This is one of the many books from Doreen Virtue and it's basically divided into two parts. The first part covers various experiences of hers including a visit to Greece, while the second part deals with various healing approaches.
There are several very interesting bits in the first part. She is talking about what one guy told here while in Greece. He claimed that 300,000 years ago beings who called themselves the Pleiadeans arrived on our, and that some of their DNA is in us and relates to our spinal column. They apparently mixed with beings who were here so present-day humans are hybrids of the two races.
They Pleiadeans were also not mammals but were serpents or serpent-like, apparently from a planet where reptilian life forms had evolved intelligence rather than mammals (which is something that could have happened on this planet if the dinosaurs had not been killed out 65 million years ago.)
Atlantis is also discussed and it seems that at least some Atlanteans had considerable psychic abilities.
A guy claims to know about the 'hollow earth' idea, and that various beings live there including dwarves, fairies, Atlanteans and non-Pleiadean aliens. He claimed to know various entrances to the area and showed her, but at no time did either he or she actually go underground to see if there was anything there.
That early forms of pre-human may have been altered by aliens from another planet has been believed for quite a while by some people. I severely doubt that the Pleiadeans, if they existed, were actual serpents; I think by 'serpent' the people who wrote about them long ago were really talking about reptilian in nature.
I do think that if there were any DNA in the human genome that was so different it could be identified as alien would have been found long ago. The idea of races living underground is also not knew, but there is no actual proof of any such thing. The guy who claimed that these races existed did not offer any proof at all. Even if he could not have shown Doreen Virtue any of the races he could at least have had some kind of photographic or written proof he could have shown here.
Basically, anybody can claim anything, but proving what they claim is true is another matter entirely. I'm not saying that what the guy said about the Pleiadeans is total trash, or any of the other stuff he said, but I'm not going to accept it as being real without some form of proof being offered.
The second part of the book relates to angels and healing and deals with the use of light and colors in healing, chakra cleansing, working with crystals, self protection and various other topics. Now this section is another kettle of fish entirely as these healing principles have been known for hundreds if not thousands of years. There are numerous books on the subject and numerous cases in which people have been healed by the use of things like crystals, laying on of hands, color therapy, etc.
Either every single person who claims to have been healed by these means is self-deluded (which is pretty much statistically unbelievable) or there is really something to these methods of healing.
I have used chakra cleansing, aura cleansing and healing with energy and found it works. It's real. Is it a substitute for regular doctor-type medicine? No. These types of energy healing should be a supplement to regular medical approaches. There is no conflict between the two approaches expect in the mind of some ultra-skeptical medical people who refuse to believe anything other than the tested scientific approach to helping people.
Overall it's an interesting book, the second half being the strongest.

Miraculously healing! I have a personal secret ambition to be a witch, or rather a "healer" in modern day terms. My 1st book on angels proofed intriguing beyond the means of Reiki healing hands or Silva mind methods. In fact my own neverending studies of this fascinating arena summarize that all forms of energy healing weave together similarly as one. Virtue introduces angels as supernatural remedies for the budding lightworker toolbox. And i love her interesting encounter of spell binding discovery in Santorini because i too had once been enchanted by the scenes of this beautiful island. I've since read most of her delightful books, but don't yet own any of her extremely popular angel card decks. Pleased to say because of Doreen Virtue i believe in angels. Bewitching!

Obviously Doreen Virtue has changed paths to a more conventional religion these days, but her 'old' books are still great. This one reads more like a gripping fantasy novel, like it's sequel Goddesses and Angels, is a really interesting read that makes you want to travel to the spiritual 'power places' it describes. Plus there's some nice testimonials and practices to do.

This is not a book about how to heal yourself, it is a book about how Doreen Virtue healed herself. But the text is negated now that she has repudiated her life as an Angel Healer. You can skip this one unless you are committed to reading her entire canon.

My favorite book about angels Healing and pastlife regression ...:) i read the book i do not have the audio it has 239 pages.My favorite theme though is about the lost civilisation Atlantis.i read it in the swedish language... :)

Perhaps I should have started with a book that was a little less "out there". This book was very hard for me to read because it was so different. Seeing angels and listening to talking stones is some pretty out there stuff. It was also hard for me to believe the stories because I feel like the author never really explained what angel medicine is.
Part 1 was about her travels around the world and the people she met.
Part 2 was stories about people that prayed and got what they prayed for.
Part 3 was like a reference (the meat of the book).
The book was not completely bad. I just thought I would finish it with more of an understanding and faith in this type of healing. I felt like I only learned something new from a handful of pages. Majority of the book was story-telling. I bought the book so maybe I will read it again and have more faith in believing the stories and applying the techniques after gaining a better understanding from a different book

This is a great book to get you on the path to healing. I love the whole story behind Doreen's own personal journey, and how different therapies she's discovered can help you. Amazing steps to get you on the path to healing. It's been really helping with my own health issues. So much positive thinking and support to help lies within the pages. A really good read. Moved onto Angel Detox now, and love watching her weekly Angel readings on her website. Fabulous writer and life coach!

This is not a deep or intellectual book in any way, but it is a simple, practical guide encouraging us to ask the angels for help and suggesting which type of problem we can ask them for help with and we specifically need to ask the angels for help, otherwise they're not permitted to intervene.
I recommend this book to all those who are open to the existence of these beings.

Me gustó mucho que la autora comparte recomendaciones y ejercicios para quienes están interesad@s en experimentar una interacción con este plano espiritual. I like this book a lot. I've applied many of its principals and had very good results. Even if it's nothing more than putting you in a positive state of mind and helps you to pay more attention, it's beneficial. I use this as a reference book on many occasions.

Someone in my Tai Chi class lent me this book to read. It is a very good book for those who are interested in the metaphysical. I learned a lot about the possibility of past lives and how that life affects your present life.

I have been so greatly moved by this book that it was why I went and studied with Doreen Virtue and have been amazingly touched and effected by the Angels and the miracles they can do.
