Outdated and disease-based diabetes management. Written to appeal to the average diabetes info consumer but avoids all the tough conversations around the condition.

So far, much of this isn’t new information for me but if you haven’t read another book on Diabetes, this one does provide good coverage of the basics.

Explains concepts well and in a way that is easy to understand! Would recommend this book to anyone, even if they do not have diabetes, as to support those around you who do have diabetes.
