An excellent and detailed guide to implement a successful customer education strategy. Must read for every customer education leader. Addresses the complexity of this blitzscaling domain removing complicatedness and helping the leaders understand their level of maturity. I’ll be reaching out to the authors as the next step should what are the key success factors in the playbook at each maturity level.
