Author states in his afterword, that "My name is Shoji Goji. While I may have gotten the first volume published by fraud, sticking a beautiful girl on the cover, and in spite of thunderous criticism, I have been graciously allowed to write a second volume. I admit, it was a trap: in the first volume, once you opened the book past the lovely Class Rep on the first page, you meet the ugly but true main character of the series. My editor, Y-san, was the one who planned such villainy. It was virtually inevitable that Volume Two would feature yet another trap after that. So thank you, Y-sama, for continuing to commit crimes on the regular. "
There is something wrong with this light novel series, something definitely wrong with it! Author uses parody, comedy, sarcasm and repetition, as the main character's main weapons and abilities. The only problem is that author is not really funny. Repeats ad nauseum/ad infinitum, all of the "jokes that missed" over and over again... Main character, Haruka, did not want to participate in this Isekai story, he was escaping from his classroom (so as not to be teleported with the rest of his class), because of this, the "God" in charge of the "teleportation" did not have any real abilities or skills to give Haruka (because all of the "good ones", the over-powered skills were chosen by the rest of the class)... So with "worthless and strange" abilities, (most contradict each other like Master of None), the anti-charisma (main character calls it "his sex appeal") creates enmity with everyone Haruka faces...
Haruka is more stubborn than a bull, probably suffers from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) so he can't remember (or maybe dementia-amnesia) any of the names of his classmates or any of the people in this alternate reality world (also due to the debuff of a worthless skill he has, that makes him lose his memories-probably). The other part of it, is that Haruka suffers from Delusions (paranoia, psychosis, etc.) because most of the time he imagines things that aren't really happening, or actions/emotions/feelings from other people that aren't really true...
So instead of being over-powered (OP) or having cheat skills, Haruka, defeats all of the Demon Lords and Boss Floor Lords and Monsters by the weirdest and atypical methods possible... For example, makes holes on the floors of the Dungeons (which is impossible in traditional Dungeon Delving fantasy stories) but here, his "deconstruction-contruction-modification" skills change the caves, mountains and dungeons, all of the time (with no magic to protect the integrity of the dungeons which is the traditional "law" within the Dungeons)...
Things get so absurd, that with a servitude skill (that enslaves people and monsters) Haruka controls some of the monsters, especially the strongest one, and then uses "her" as his "champion" and "sword" to defeat all of the adversaries that Haruka is unable to deal with... Haruka is delusional or worse, because he sees a shapely figure from a Death-Knight, skeleton.... and is constantly seeing "glares" from "her", when she doesn't even have "eyes" or skin on "her" face, to be able to make the "glare-face"...
This light novel volume is on the "long" side with 250+ pages and 29 chapters...it is about 50+ pages less than the first volume... Author and illustrator are already promoting the third volume at the end of the second one. The only thing is this light novel series is totally irrational...and not funny to me...so I do not know how or why it would be funny or interesting to somebody else...
Author changes point of view of first person narrator on a whim, all of the time, without knowing really who it talking...(repeats most things) with a play by play commentary by some of the girls in the class...

Enjoyed the first novel. It was just a fun read. However, the Blockhead ability of Haruka was extremely overdone, making him a complete moron. He claims the jocks are meatheads, but they were still smarter than him at this point.

In addition to an annoyingly stupid protagonist, virtually the entire volume was him explaining how he cheated clearing 43 floors of the dungeon, all while being glared at by the girl he freed from the hundredth floor.

Not likely to continue the series at this point. Haruka is just to stupid.

Lots of glaring, lecturing, monster killing, soy sauce, and the pure ridiculous genius that is the main character, whose name I'm a little unsure of... And uh...don't forget the endless search for sex appeal, definitely not something you forget. Yeah, mine must be max level or something by now, right? No?... It's lower than what'shisname's?! *cries inconsolably*

A good and happy story

The loner still doesn't get why people are mad at him and believes that he is unpopular while the girls of the class worry that if he is any more popular it will cause trouble and hate the fact he puts himself in danger.

無關劇情
有時會在雨天時想起(特別是要上班要出門的時候)
所謂運氣是最大值的人
在雨天甚至是颱風天出門時,是不需要雨具的吧

Hilarious and original!

The author has a great writing style that shines in this second volume. This book has so many funny moments, and the personality of the characters are just awesome, especially the main character. Is hard to find books with OP main characters as good as this one. The story and plot of this volume is nothing special, but is the dialogues and moments between the characters that make it so good. Definitely looking for the next volume.

don't like absurdism, and this series is exactly that; however, I enjoy it very much and I'm a sucker for subverted expectations.

I enjoyed book 1 and was looking forward to book 2, but the character’s rambling in the first several chapters seemed a bit forcefully single-minded. After a few chapters, you find out that it sets up the reason why he decides to enter the dungeon alone.

The dungeon dive itself was interesting, especially since the hero fights monsters in such unconventional ways. I personally thought that the prose during the dungeon boss fight was especially beautiful.

It was a solid 4-4.5 star read until the ending. My only beef is at the ending and how his relationship with a girl takes a sexual turn. There’s nothing on the page and it’s only hinted at, but it kind of smacks of a teenage boy’s fantasy. The series doesn’t take itself seriously so I realize that this shouldn’t be unexpected, but I’m put off by these types of sexual turns in books. It just seems like the author is indulging in his teenage fantasy, which doesn’t really have any meaning to the actual plot of the story.

I had bought books 3 and 4 and started reading book 3, but the hero is a typical teenaged boy and has sex on the brain, which detracts from the storyline about his search for other dungeons. I won’t be finishing this series, I don’t think.

I still very much enjoy the writing, the concept, and the sense of humor inherent in this series so far, but I had to take a star off for the dungeon segment which got monotonous very quickly and then extended for another 20% of the book after I was already done with it.
