I had three hot SEALs with sexy eyes and bodies, and they all wanted the same thing.
Me.
My ex, Rick, dumped me. He didn’t know I was pregnant at the time, and I hated him with a passion for it. Yet, the mistakes of my past had led me back to him. He’d moved on with another, who was nice, but the painful memories of the past kept taunting me.
A planned wedding.
A device to help me stay in the country.
Three ex-SEALs wanted me to get married for different reasons. Andre had a custody battle. He was a family man and promised to help me win my children back. Back home with me, where they belonged.
Cole was the one with the looks. Ladies fell at his feet. We spoke the same language and it was nice to speak to someone who understood me in my native language.
Brad was lonely, he wanted someone to love.
The struggle to decide which one of the three should be my future husband became harder every day because I’d been dumped and rejected before. I hated the idea of it happening again.
I had to trust my heart.
It was so hard when, until now, I’d struggled to trust anyone.
How could I trust all three?
Author’s To The SEALs is a stand-alone reverse harem with a mixture of romance, humor, and even suspense. There are multiple partner scenes, so make sure that not only is your Kindle ready, but you have a towel nearby too as you read this hot stand-alone HEA.
If you think Mexicans that get deported go back in a boat then you need geography classes and you probably shouldn’t write about them. Also, pupusas are not a traditional Mexican dish. The translations were awful.
This is so very badly written, I am struggling to finish it, this story has so much potential, but I feel like its being rambled off to be able to say something and sell it. Very disappointed in this book. Not finished reading it either
I really struggled to finish this book, it took me too long as I had to re-read repeatedly. I assume this was translated from Spanish or at least written by a person who doesn't speak English as a first language. This would be fine, if it was stated upfront or it had been well edited, this was neither. I can't even say Maite's part only was this way as a writing tool to reflect her heritage as the entire book was like it. There was no background to explain why it opens in a lawyers meeting and once the book attempts to explain it doesn't help! The steamy scenes were not steamy and in places impossible to visualise the logistics.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This might be one of the worst books I’ve ever read. I don’t typically leave any kind of review and most books I read get 4 or 5 stars. There were random spelling errors throughout the book. Some chapters felt like they were out of order. The characters made absolutely no sense. The relationship building was nonexistent. As a spicy novel, even the spicy parts were confusing. I found myself rereading (painfully) certain sections because the wording just didn’t make sense. Do not waste your time here.
This one just wasn’t for me. The plot wasn’t super thought out of cohesive IMO. The 🌶 scenes felt rushed and awkward. And the FMC felt like it was made with no real reasoning other than “she had to choose”.
That being said, the author wrote a book & that’s more than I’ve ever tried. It wasn’t my cup of tea, but you might enjoy it.
I thought this was a perfect short and sweet read. It was about 4 broken people coming together and growing stronger and finding love. There was a bit of angst and delicious steam. I love that we get multiple POVs
I loved this story from beginning to end. There’s so much tension and drama everywhere but in every word I felt connected to each character and every emotion they have to work through their relationships together and find happiness. I can’t wait for more
DNF mainly bc I liked Katie, Rick, Pete & Stan from book #8. And it seems like a theme is going to us vs them with the twins in the middle, it lost me from jump.
I don't know what my past self was going through to acquire this, but despite everything, I congratulate my present self for pushing through and reading this to the end 😶🌫️
I opened this book in a recommendation from my book club friend. I was so captivated so fast, and read this book in less than 3 hours!!! If like to give a shoutout to Issy because good lord....
