Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

I found that I am experiencing a lot of cognitive dissonance reading this book. It makes some great points, but I find myself wanting to dismiss it because it goes against what I know is true for a long time.
Hermeneutic is the challenges here, for a guy that has believes in Complementarism for pretty much all my life, I am struggling with some of the ideas.
I am reminded of the phrase speaking the truth in love, and I feel challenged that I have not been loving to people who think differently to me.
