I’m a little but disappointed with this, the art style is great and love to see characters blushing and graphic novels, even the drama i find entertaining but is annoying me the fact that we don’t know anything about the main character except his physical appearance and that he blushes for hot dudes, does he have parents? how is his family life? what are his aspirations? we spend a lot of time with and still we know more about the competitive rival and the ex bestfriend
Continuing to enjoy this series. Especially enjoyed seeming some versions of tug-of-war. I was just thinking about the normal one, but the different versions they tried were really cool actually. I'm curious to see what happens next. I also don't know if this story is done after the 5th issue, but I guess we'll see.
Sure, the work can have points for inclusivity. Also, there's been noticeably fewer wonky panels in the last two volumes (which is to say, I haven't noticed any, lol). Inclusivity alone isn't going to sell me on this one, though. If I wasn't under the proverbial gun with regards to my reading goal, I'd probably have dropped this one already.
These are cute, but just much too short. They go so fast, and I feel like I didn't get enough story per copy. I might read more in the future, we'll see!
I like how they easy to read YA graphical novels talks about dating, friendship and discovering yourself during at teenage. This is my favourite part of all the 5 books I read in this series so far.
