As a patient and someone continuously gaining new lived experience with different types of arthritis, I found this book very helpful. It provided useful information beyond the "book" knowledge I already had. Hearing what is possible and is problematic is important from the patient's perspective. I think it helps improve your interactions with your physician.

Excellent overview of arthritis. I now know much more about the different type, standard treatments, alternative treatments, and prognosis. Anyone who has arthritis should read this to inform themselves about their options.
