Can a ballerina and a football player see eye-to-eye?
Charlotte
I’ve spent my life surrounded by players – football players, that is.
The ones that uproot their kids every few years.
The ones with that choose football over their loved ones. And I’m out.
I want a 9-to-5 kind of guy.
Until he walks into my dance studio.
Weston is all my fantasies rolled into one – cocky grin, backward wearing baseball cap, filthy mouth, and toe-curling skills that any man would be proud to possess.
Except for one thing…. that football under his arm.
Weston
I crave stability. The kind of stability that lucrative football contracts bring.
Except an injury has threatened to rob me of my future.
When someone challenges me to take ballet to get my step back, I think they’re crazy.
And it probably doesn’t help that I insulted dance and her in one breath.
How do I get my size 13 foot out of my mouth?
Because Charlotte and her dance studio may be my only chance at a comeback.

Charlotte and Weston start out on the wrong foot and I love it! Preconceived notions by each has them quickly pitted against one another. Their story is exciting and fun to read.
Despite my best intentions, I’ve lost the battle of keeping him at arm’s length. The question is–will I regret it? -- Charlotte Tillman
I absolutely love all of the banter, especially between the siblings. It seriously had me bursting with laughter. Then there is the dirty talk from both of them that just makes this book even hotter! Serious fireworks! 🎇 🧨 🎆
I love that Alexia Chase writes all of her books in the same universe and occasionally has cameos from past stories. We got to see Jett & Vivian, Chloe & Rich, and some others. It really lends to the small-city feel she has KC pegged for. You don't need to read the others to enjoy this, in case you're wondering. 😉
Terrific book. One of the things I like about this series is you can pick it up in any order and still enjoy it. The characters are all terrific and the story is fun, sweet and steamy. I really liked Weston and Charlotte and thought they way they met and came together was great. My only complaint is that they never really talked to their families about assumptions they made while growing up. That just didn't ring true for me. I enjoyed how their relationship grew and it was a great book.

Okay, the heat between Charlotte and Weston was fire and I had to keep fanning myself. Even when they were not in agreement, the chemistry comes off the pages. I love that we get to see him step out of his comfort zone with ballet and her let her guard down when it comes to football players. This was another great addition to the series.
Between career and relationship 4.5 It's a good simple and tender romance. The two main characters, Charlotte, a dance teacher and Weston, a footballer struggling to recover after an injury, are endearing in their attempts to resist their attraction. They need each other, but Weston's career prevents and blocks what could have been obvious from the start The story is therefore tender but also definitely torrid and sometimes moving. I really loved this story. I thought Charlotte was amazing as she is smart, caring and I enjoyed her interactions with her brothers as I couldn’t stop laughing. And Weston is a sweetheart and so totally swoon-worthy even though he thinks he is doing the noble thing sometimes. I found this book fun and entertaining to read.

Charlotte and Weston are both recuperating athletes. She is a former college basketball standout and has found her new happy teaching dance, specifically ballet. He is an injured football player trying to find his way back to full strength. Both of them are striving to be the best they can for different reasons. Of course, when they meet it doesn’t initially go well. Both of them have to reel in their ego to help him. There is a lot of back story that is filled in nicely and a TON of history that makes the story even better. Also, we get to see some of the characters from other stories and if you’ve read other stories it is like a reunion, don’t worry if you haven’t I believe you can enjoy this story all on its own. Another well done story by this author, I love her work. I may receive an ARC in exchange for an honest review, but I also support her by buying!

This was such a fun book to read. Weston is a professional football player. He suffered an injury and while he did heal, he does not feel 100%. One of his teammates recommends trying ballet to help with balance. Charlotte is a ballet instructor that Weston goes to. Charlotte’s family life revolves around football and she does not like that. She swears that she will not live the life of a football player’s wife. She thrives on stability and football life does not have that. Weston is all about football, willing to try anything to improve his game. His family is very supportive of him. When he and Charlotte meet, there is a spark. Both try to deny it but it is bigger than them. They finally give in and there are some steamy moments! I completely loved this book and will probably reread it.

Another romance involving the players of the Kansas City football team. This stand-alone novel features Coach Tillman’s daughter, Charlotte (Knox’s sister) & new potential player, Weston. Weston, who is struggling to find form after an injury, initially dismisses his team-mate’s idea of using ballet to improve his performance; I Ioved the way the way there is an instant ‘enemies-to- lovers’ vibe when he and ballet dancer, Charlotte spark of each other at their first meeting. She is anti ‘entitled’ footballers and he is derogatory about ballet in general. Despite this, heat between them definitely comes through in the writing and soon erupts in swoon-worthy steam; the scene in the dance studio is seriously hot! Weston’s intention to concentrate on his career & Charlotte’s determination to never marry a football player appears to make an HEA unlikely but I really enjoyed the way they each make the other adjust their ideals. Not the best in this series, in my opinion, but still a lovely read from Alexia Chase.
Lovely story. Charlotte & Weston's story was full with sexual chemistry from the start but both said things they shouldn't you couldn't help but smile reading it. She came from a football family so she already knew who he was & her brother was one of his but he had no idea. Recovering from his injury he needed that extra bit of help so he was referred to herby one of his teammates. Their story was sassy, sweet, funny, hot with wonderful characters from the other books as well. It was lovely watching their feelings for each grow stronger but both scared to go full in wary of how his job could change their future. I love this series of books & definitely recommend reading the others.

I think this might be my new favorite of the series. Charlotte and Weston could have been love at first sight. But no Weston had to insult Charlotte. It isn't pretty either. So enemies it is at the beginning. It doesn't last long though, despite how she feels Charlotte can't not help Weston's recovery from his injury and convinces him to give ballet a try. And making a bet with her as well. Their friendship develops quickly, and lines begin to blur so get ready for some fun because these two are fun. Right along with one snarky little sister and 3 ridiculous brothers all being really great characters and then throw in some fantastic parents. You've got a great book to enjoy. What a great story this ended up being - not that I should be overly surprised because of the author but maybe it was because of the two very different worlds colliding. A ball player going to a ballet dancer for help was totally unique to me as a reader and I thought Alexia has done a wonderful job bringing Charlotte & Weston together. These two first come together having pre-conceived notions about the other before even meeting. As the story unfolds it was great to read the pair slowly change how they felt and when they eventually make it as a couple I honestly thought my kindle was going to set itself on fire. Wonderful storytelling that I have come to expect from Alexia & once again look forward to her next book. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book

Weston is an injured player who is having trouble getting back to who he was. A teammate of his recommends that he take ballet classes and that's how he meets Charlotte. Charlotte loves football especially because her brother and her father have dedicated themselves to the sport professionally. Although the first encounter between Weston and Charlotte is far from amicable, they decide to bury the hatchet and work together on Weston's recovery, after all there is a stake in the game. But as good as their relationship is going, problems arise over Weston's fears of not signing and not being able to provide for his family and Charlotte. Funny and entertaining story.
Charlotte and Weston: Bucket loads of chemistry OMG the chemistry these two have totally just sizzles off the pages. Ms. Chase writes a great sex scene and with The Comeback she has plenty of opportunity to show off that talent. This book is scorching hot. Set in the Kansas City Football World, this is another great outing that while focusing on Charlotte and Weston, is made all the more of a well written, well-developed story by the inclusion of great secondary characters many of whom we've grown to love from the other books in this series and others. I really loved both Charlotte and Weston as characters, she is independent and has so much sass, and while he's a little insecure he's a total sweetheart and I got hooked on their story, staying up way too late to finish and find out how it all ends up. Thoroughly enjoyable!
This is a book of what we think we want versus what we realize we really need to be happy. In this story both characters (Charlote/ Weston) seek life stability in their own ways but find it's not always easy to follow once you meet someone who you connect with and share hot chemistry. As always, the side characters are fun and they help the story along while building from the other books in the series. The downside is that there are a lot of dual POV which at times seems repetitive. In the end I think that this book is a great addition to the series.

Charlotte's dad is a pro wide receiver coach and her brothers have been around it too but she can't stand it! Her love is ballet and owns her own studio. Weston Summers has been traded to her dad's team. He's come off an Achilles tendon injury the year prior but still having some issues. He is challenged to take a ballet class to help improve his performance which he dismisses. But when he realizes it's not getting any better he decides to give it a try. He tells Charlotte he doesn't think it will work and they butt heads but here he is in class. He's cocky but can Charlotte help him or will they continue to disagree?
He needs to get back to his pre-injury form to get the football contract, but he is two steps slower than he needs to be. Charlotte's first impression of Weston, wasn't the best, but lucky she is still willing to help him get back his form. I loved the banter/wit between the characters in this book, they certainly gave me quite a few laughs. I loved the story between Charlotte and Weston, their scorching heat, and I loved Charlotte (she isn't a girly girl) she has plenty of spirit/sass and I couldn't help but be charmed by her. I loved Weston too, he is a determine tough football player, but is has a soft heart for those he loves. I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received, and giving my thoughts and opinions on it.
Charlotte is no stranger to football. Being the daughter of a retired player and now the Coach for the team. So shes looking for a normal guy to settle down with. She owns a dance studio and after one of the players recommends her to Weston who was traded to the team after hurting his ankle. She takes him on promising to get him to trust what the surgions did and his healing ankle. Weston was not looking to meet anyone his goal is to get this contract so he can support his mom and his sister. But something about Charlotte just draws him in. This book wow... I loved both of these characters. I laughed and i teared up. But swoon worthy.

I received this as an arc from the author and I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.
This really was a great comeback and Weston really needed that in my opinion. I don’t think I have ever disliked a character that much so fast and definitely not one that was able to make me do a complete 180 in just a few chapters, he completely won me over and I just couldn’t help loving him. Charlotte was just the right fit for him, she challenged him in so many ways and I loved their chemistry. This was another amazing story from Alexia Chase.
Weston and Charlotte’s story was a wonderful book that pulled me in from the beginning and I couldn’t stop reading. It’s a fast pace opposites attract hot and steamy book. The characters had hot chemistry together. He’s a football player and she’s got a dance studio. She’s helping him get back to his pre-injury status and she’s determined not to fall for the football player.

This was such a sweet book it was one that you just felt warm and fuzzy, the characters were amazing. Charlotte owns and teachers a ballet school and to teach balance to the footballers. Weston was a high Pro footballer had the model of a girlfriend had it all until he injured his ankle. Will she be able to help him.

This is the story of Weston and Charlotte and how they meet and both agree that the timing isn't right and that they aren't right for each other. However, fate, destiny, life, whatever you want to call it, has other plans for them and you get to follow along on their up and down roller coaster of a romance. I liked that, while there was drama, it was kept low-key and wasn't that angst drawn out that you get in some romance novels. This was enough to show the main characters what they both wanted out of life and each other and to give you the satisfied feeling of the happily ever after ending.

I have loved every single second of this book and with this series. I love how every book is in a way connected to the next and how the characters are all intertwined. Charlotte and Weston were destined to be together and I'm so happy that they were able to go the distance and create a beautiful life and family together.
This was a perfect addition to this series. Weston and Charlotte have chemistry that steams up the mirrors of the dance studio. Getting out of his comfort zone, Weston strives to get back to his pre-injury self and with the help of Charlotte and dancing he is well on his way to finding what he truly needs. I recieved this as an ARc and love reading all of Alexia's books as they never disappoint.
Charlotte is the daughter of the football coach for the Kansas City team. She swore she would never get involved with a player. In walks Weston Summers in need of her help to solidify his place on the team. Their chemistry is instant but both have reasons to stay clear of each other. A fun read full of miscommunication, family angst, and steam. I look forward to more stories from this series.
This is a well written book with strong characters in Charlotte and Weston. The author does a great job developing their story and bringing out all the emotions. They have a hot chemistry but many obstacles to overcome. The story moves fluidly with well thought out and painted scenes and is an interesting read.

I am really enjoying the "Sinfully Tempting" series of stand alone reads. This is a story about Charlotte and Weston, a ballerina and a football player. This is a football romance that I loved. The characters are great with loads of chemistry. The plot is addictive!
Charlotte and Weston were such good characters. Playing off each other so well. I laughed so much reading this book. Each scarred by their past, they are determined to try with each other. Grab your copy to see it goes.
Charlotte & Weston's Adventure An amazing page-turner that will make you excited with all the drama, adventure and steam. Weston & Charlotte are charming, strong, determined characters you will love and enjoy. A captivating adult sports romance that will entertain you.
Another awesome sports romance with all the heart! Charlotte has watched her family have their entire lives revolve around football. She acts like she hates it and has refused to date ball players because the last time went horribly. When one of her favorite players ends up in her studio she wants to feed him to the wolves for his condescending attitude and maybe kiss him stupid too lol. This romance has heart and depth. The struggles in all the characters are so real and just knock you for a loop. I love that this book adds layers of more then just the main characters relationship and brings them together through a common thread. I also love that this book visits the differences of how kids see situations bed how they truly are. That whole theme was truly facinating to watch unfold and the truth come to light. And how kids views shape them as the grow. The hooks an amazing read!
