Great Resource.

This book has some great techniques to work on changing your thoughts from racing and negative to positive, slower ans calmer. It helps you work on identifying a triggered thought process and work to make it stronger to work with you rather than against.

Helpful content

Overall it was a pretty good read. I did like that it was nice and short to help me not get distracted. Much of the content came as a reminder of useful method. I did like the tidbit about nature vs nurture I hadn't thought about the potential for change in our personality traits which made me feel hopeful. Only downsides were, some of the thoughts seemed a little sporadic, maybe could have been presented in a smother order. Also I am not by any means qualified as the grammar police but there were a few slip ups.

change is immenient

Rather short but amazing for those who want to begin to change. The Author gives great examples on mindfulness and meditation.

Decent beginner guide, with exercises included. If you have a grasp on CBT, Mindfulness and Meditation this would act more as a primer.
