I wish I could give six stars. I have had this book on my to-read list for several years and have finally gotten around to reading it. I have been dealing with some chronic issues and have found the prayers to be very comforting. The first section is a wonderful collection of Psalms for healing and coping which has been my favorite so far. Otherwise there are prayers for caregivers, prayers for before and after surgery, prayers even for the healing of memories, which was probably my favorite. The prayers to certain saints like Sts. Jude, Peregrine, and Raphael are comforting. There are also prayers for a good death and the dying, as well several of the best (in my opinion) Marian prayers. I love that it fits in my purse as well, makes it easy for travel. This is a book every Catholic should read or have on hand!
