I started reading this book before I had the opportunity to meet Mike in person at my company sales retreat. Prior to meeting him, I had been testing out many principles in this book and they have worked very well. Keys points for me: creating an advanced elevator pitch; asking the client about "their process;" territory review and strategic planning; and overall how to engage clients and prospects in great conversation. I finished the book and my desire is to start on page 1 to learn what I didn't implement the first time.
