(*wink*) Tamara has tamed Marata, while Marata has pushed Tamara a little closer to the dark side. Together we have the third episode of the Alpha Claim serial, Vampire.
Narah’s sentence is about to be carried out, she is sicker than a dog, and no one is talking about what is going on. Caught between a Hunter and a Turner, three barbed lashes in her future, she refuses to run, even with the help of the human underground. Is there no way out for Narah that won’t cause pain and grief?
Seriously intense, dark and completely magnetic, these pages will fly by as Narah’s saga continues, one brutal step at a time. A strong female character in a dark and dangerous world, where one misstep could be lethal, crisp writing, no holds barred scenes, great dialogue, than goodness it ended when it did, I couldn’t hold my breath any longer.

Utterly Brilliant!!!!!!
I love the instant connection between the characters and the reader, the world building is delicious and your there above it all watching the scenes fold out.
Edge of your seat enjoyment throughout in this instalment.
I am really enjoyed Narah's short time with the human friend/saviour/booty call Marc.
Its time for Narah's punishment the dreaded lashes and if one of the hotties from Vampire Town or Hunterville will step up and save her!!!!!! And her impending will she or wont she become a vampire or a sterile human.
You feel for her in every agonising step she takes towards her lashings hoping someone will hurry up and rescue her or her to at least rescue herself.
Spectacular!!!!!!!
Yes another cliffhanger but instalment 4 is already out and ready for reading.
All up I think this is the most action packed instalment in the series so far and I really cant wait to see what becomes of Narah, Aeslin and Matthew. I most Definitely will be continuing on with the series.

Amazing!
What can I say? This author is simply amazing. This series grabs a hold of you and won't let go. The multitude of layers, and the depth of each character is spellbinding. She brings spectacular life to each one, with glorious detail. I'm in awe, and can't wait to read what she has in store for us next.

Audiobook. I didn't like this one as much as the others. It was almost too much with all the "extra species". Way too much. I skipped the last 10 chapters and went straight to the Epilogue.

Narah Adrienne is not his. She is mine. Now I fight for my life, as I fight for hers. HOLY TONGUE WALTZING, BATMAN!! Well, I think it's safe to say that this part is the most nerve wracking part so far, so much so that it had me holding my breath almost throughout it all! (Which is no easy feat since I had to stop reading for a few hours! LOL) The more I read, the more I learn, the more I get to know the characters, the more I love - or hate - them, but what surprises me the most isn't my connection to Narah nor Aeslin (What? He's a Vampire! wink) but my jonesing for more of Casper & Marc! I have read this ENTIRE Alpha Claim Series already, so I do know how it all plays out and which characters we will see more of, but even knowing that & regardless how much of a part they play, Marc & Casper are two characters that I really didn't pay much attention to! But that's what I love, Love, LOVE about reading a book over & over again – each time I TURNER a page, I HUNTER out bits, pieces, parts & wording I missed the first time I read it.. and the second time... and the third time... This truly is one FAN-TAMARA-TASTICALLY written series that I CANNOT get enough of!!! One wants me so he can keep me human, the other wants me so I can have vampire babies. Tomorrow I'll wake up as a vampire—or a human. If I wake up at all.

I received Book 1 free for an honest review. I have to admit, when I realized that each book was basically a chapter and when you finished each book you had an incomplete story, I bought books 2 and 3. Even more stupid than that, I bought the set that included books 1-6. I just wanted to get the whole story. The worst part of it was the Narrator. She was HORRIBLE. I will never listen to her again. She almost made my stomach sick. Too many pauses. Reading too stilted. Characters' voices were ridiculous. The only voice that was half good was Narah's. About the story, I'm not really sure it was good either. The ending was predictable. It was actually very immature. Could have been written with a little more depth to the characters. I got so confused with the characters that I didn't get the details of the story. I will not put myself through that pain again.

Love it!! Cliffhanger? Yes definitely! Lol.... Short and intriguing and a lot of fighting action. You have to read one and two with this one to understand what's going on. definitely recommend if you don't mind short stories with action fighting then this is for you.
